Fantastic experience: Class gym , not too busy so machines are always available

Fantastic experience: Wow what great gym , always been worried about joining gym , but this place made me feel so welcomed right from the start , I was shown around, equipment explained on how to use it . The staff are amazing, Sarah is so lovely and welcoming and always there for advice. Mo is a fabulous trainer with his cheeky banter which you can't help but laugh with and makes you work hard Leanne another fabulous trainer who's classes are fun and makes you work hard Had a opportunity to have a personal session with jay , who is very knowledgeable and makes you work A great place to join

Positive experience: A great little gym. Basic but has everything you need. I love that it tends to be relatively quiet when I go so no issues getting on the equipment I want (week days after work and weekends daytime) Friendly staff and good sized changing rooms with showers etc.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, not very welcoming, still waiting for my contract and entrance code promised twice now by email, weeks later still waiting. Very small spin class, limited bikes with pathetic air conditioning ! Lots of cardio machines but limited weight resistance kit, for example no hip flexors or bands, broken leg extension, only 2 mats for stretching etc. Advertised at £17.99 per month but this is misleading as direct debit is actually more. I guess you pay for what you get

Positive experience: Gym used to be good, I think it's under new management now and too many things were being changed, classes being cancelled etc. a few machines never got fixed, weights were always left on racks, floors were quite often dirty and multiple times there was no blue roll to clean down machines. Plus they set up a 'Womens workout area' which was basically just a spin bike and very low weights in a cupboard? Very bizarre? Cancelled my membership.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym , it’s clean the staff are friendly especially mo ! And it has everything I need . They have a Lot of weights and weight machines witch I love so good for my work out. I feel like I’m part of a community here of like minded people ! Would recommend it !

Fantastic experience: Great gym, staff are really friendly and make the atmosphere really positive and energising. The gym is set out really well so there's plenty of space and enough equipment so you don't ever have to wait for anything. I have been a member here since it opened and the atmosphere now is the best it's ever been, friendly members too. Leanna is amazing, so so so friendly, she's always got such much to give and always has a smile on her face. The new gym manager Lauren is a breath of fresh air, always happy to help and very welcoming ☺

Fantastic experience: Recently joined Fit4Less as I was after a change from the gym I had previously been at. Fit4Less has not disappointed. The gym is always very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the equipment is brill. Not a huge amount of equipment but has what you need and is fine for the size of the gym/ amount of members in at one time. The gym isnt overcrowded at any time (a reason I left my previous gym) and is brilliant value for money! Will recommend this gym to anyone. :)

Fantastic experience: Popped in for a little look and taster literally just came back out a second ago and thought id review before I forget. Fit4less can be hectic and messy in other locations but i really liked this 1 and after my 2 week holiday will be my go to gym. The 2 staff in were extremely friendly and helpful and good equipment.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for the last 3 years. Love the gym. Basic but has everything for a good effective workout. Takes me 5 mins to get to from home so it's very convenient. WiFi is available which is great.

Positive experience: No frills, however I found Puregym better in terms of range and equipment. Not bad for the price though.

Fantastic experience: Fab price and everything you need for a good work out without the frills! If you are happy to just burn the calories and not have a jacuzzi and spa afterwards then this is the place for you!!
