Fantastic experience: Dementia club love it here every Thursday 1030 -1230

Positive experience: Very nice place quite and peaceful very helpful staff

Positive experience: Hot tub has filthy parts. Been like that for a while. Pool area looking dated. Wood looking aged and needs re varnishing.. or painting. Mens changing rooms.. half been replaced/renewed... but flooring very slippery and no grab handles. Changing rooms have had old equipment reused... so smells of urine. Not a luxury spa. Changing rooms.. most lockers locked.. but empty. Very old and battered. Gym.. pretty good. Too many treadmills. Missing a Jacobs ladder. Too many young me hogging equipment.. mostly sat around on mobile phones. Wish the staff would challenge them. As a budget gym.. it's OK. But needs to look at others in Grimsby for inspiration. Staff lovely. Friendly and cheerful. Seeing an instructor use the urinal and not wash their hands... and then go to train someone disappointed me.

Positive experience: Joined a month ago and delighted by the number and variety of classes which is the main reason I joined. Im not much of a gym bunny but the gym area is well equipped. The changing rooms are in desperate need of a refit, particularly the toilet area which is why it's only a 4 star review. I've been told its been like this for some time so maybe its time for the club to do.something about it!!

Positive experience: Good classes, friendly people. Changing rooms are definitely not those of a premium health club though. It's a shame because this could be the nicest luxury gym for miles but it's run down in a lot of areas, putting it in the budget category.

Negative experience: The spa is absolutely shocking service, completely unorganised and unprofessional! Several attempts to contact and speak to management via email and telephone, management clearly non existent. Would put 0 starts but cannot leave a review with 0 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Negative experience: Lovely club, grounds are very relaxing and I really enjoy using the health suite. Classes great too with many excellent instructors. Zero customer care, the club only cares about making money. When will they realise members will go elsewhere as soon as contract is up.

Positive experience: Friendly staff massages we're lovely.

Negative experience: The staff were very friendly, but the cafe area is in need of some refurbishment as tatty and the lunch was terrible, worst food I’ve had.

Positive experience: To be honest I expected the shower block and toilets to be a lot cleaner but the gym is lovely and clean and thay are always saying over the speakers to clean your equipment so just disappointed with the toilets and shower area

Fantastic experience: Go to the gym and swimming here 3/4 times a week, facilities are brilliant. Mens changing rooms could do with being re fitted as they are tired.

Positive experience: Nice venue, pool area was good, staff friendly. Had a spa treatment, for what we got against other treatments we have had else where, I personally didn't feel it was value for money. Luckily we got a discount on Wowcher.

Negative experience: I have recently made an enquiry over the phone concerning a voucher that I was bought as a gift. A member of the reception team was very unhelpful and very rude whilst I was making this enquiry and the receptionist cut me off, I rang again the receptionist had once again cut me off line! I am utterly shocked at this with such a high rating establishment as yours. I've heard so many good views on the team that works here and what is on offer. I just thought that I would bring this to your attention..

Positive experience: The food is stunning, and I liked the creativity used in serving up such big dishes. The facilities themselves, whilst well maintained, might not be ideal for big parties - there's too many niches; there's the main hall and bar, but also the conservatory, the bar room, the patio, the grassy area, the barbecue in another paved area, the food in a second, smaller hall - the party scattered in all different directions...

Negative experience: Greens were in a terrible state. Would not pay 15 pounds to play there whilst they are in that awful condition. The rest of the course is ok at best. Needs a lot of improvement before it can be considered amongst the courses nearby.
