Negative experience: I had a bad experience with the staff in the morning. He kicked me out of the studio and wouldn't even say please.. I was alone when I was there and when he came to start the class without saying anything he told me to go outside. It was not polite. I am also new to this gym. I didn't expect this kind of behavior from the staff.

Negative experience: Too busy at any times of the day...
Fantastic experience: The Sweat 45 class with Swifty is punishing but fun.
Negative experience: This gym has become a terrible toxic environment, it’s always ridiculously busy and always smells bad. None of the equipment ever works and something is always broken most of the time it’s cardio machines if not it’s the roof leaking and dripping on machines or people. The toilets always smell and it’s never clean and tidy in the changing rooms especially the men’s The PTs aren’t the same in there as they used to, most of them have horrible egos and want to charge the moon and stars for one session when in reality they aren’t that good. There is no fresh air and honestly this gym has just become horrible for my mental health. Thank god I have now left this horrible gym and moved to a better one with such a more friendly environment!
Negative experience: Not my favourite PureGym. Always SO busy and it's pretty small. Always someone on the stairmaster they should get more!
Fantastic experience: My first time going to the gym. pleasant experience very nice employees and also very nice members. great gym. only problem showers arent the best
Positive experience: Very convenient. Very varied customer pool, although in late hours predominantly youngsters. Variety of machines available, although could have more as it gets really busy.
Negative experience: Sink in men’s toilets have been broken for over 2 months now. Showers are pretty dirty, there is one toilet which only flushes every now and then. Only reason it gets 2 starts is because it’s the cheapest gym around and has good nearby shops.
Positive experience: Honestly, I been here many times. At hygiene level they are very bad, including toilets are disaster. If you need to wash your hands or washing face, this is not working for many weeks already. Compared with other locations, here they have very less machine.
Negative experience: Full of pure gym employees taking up all the equipment app crashes weekly full of little kids not enough equipment for how many people are here. Employees saving equipment for friends and family.

Positive experience: A maintenance guy needs to be employed! Machines constantly broke, showers are cold, taps to wash hands are out of order, a puddle builds up in the disabled toilet when taking a shower, and most of the lockers don't lock
Negative experience: Porr quality, poor maintenance, showersl facility filthy and showers unable to produce heat. Work needed i travel across northamptonshire peterborough and Leicestershire for work using multiple gym this is by fast the worst PUREGYM ive ever come across.

Negative experience: Decent gym with decent equipment, however i find it funny that 24/7 gym isnt open 24/7, on 2 occasions this week i got there before work and whole centre is shut, oh and when questions are asked via emails they seem to be ignored.
Negative experience: Awful gym. For £21.99 a month it’s small, cramped, lacks equipment and is extremely busy. Avoid if you can.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, always willing to help and always friendly, creating a good atmosphere (especially Lee when he shouts across the room). However it could do with some better ventilation in the hot summer days.

Negative experience: Always busy! I’ve had too many sessions just standing around waiting for equipment or benches, sometimes cutting sessions short as it was pointless! Dirty toilets and showers.

Negative experience: For the love of God PLEASE consider getting a window or two in that place. It's really affecting my mental health, took myself two years to realise why I didn't enjoy the gym as much as anywhere else I have been to for workouts. Not only does its always stuffy in there and it smells like blocked toilets, it makes no sense having no natural light in the room. I've already started looking for other gyms, I don't think I can carry on doing this. I hope someone sees this review and takes action!!!!

Positive experience: I actually enjoy this gym I really do even when busy it's relaxing. Staff are fantastic helpful. The only thing I can say is would be even better is to have some form of punch bag like other gyms have for men as well as women. Or even spin classes that would be the icing on the cake and would be 5 star's around

Positive experience: Decent sized gym with friendly staff. Got a little quiet area upstairs next to female toilets which is nice. The only reason I’m knocking one star is because machines take ages to be fixed and blue rolls aren’t refilled on time. So when you should have 8 rolls in the dispensers, sometime there’s only 1 to be shared across the whole gym.

Positive experience: Phone says I've been but I haven't. Looks like a gym so I imagine it's quite like a gym. Not as good looking as other "Jims" I have also walked past. Phone doesn't say anything about that.

Negative experience: They were doing a 3 day free pass and wanted to see what it's like. My gym charges £10 a month more and I'll be sticking with it. This gym is very small and not enough equipment so you are constantly having people asking when you will be finished or weirdly people queuing for machines which I haven't seen before. There's a reason why it's so cheap it's cause you can't use any of the equipment without queuing

Negative experience: The gym is so hot no aircon on hot days unbearable to work in won’t need going again

Fantastic experience: A great no fuss gym to work out in. Plenty of equipment so your not hanging round ( only been off peak times ) friendly staff and welcoming environment. Would recommend to friends and family .

Positive experience: Don't know just drove past
Positive experience: Visited here twice whilst on holiday. It catered for my wife and my needs perfectly. The staff were super helpful (especially Swifty) which is probably why the place has a very chilled vibe. Zero attitude from staff or members which is pretty rare these days. Knocked a star off because no free towels available unlike my home gym at S Ken.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym I have ever been to! Everybody is so welcoming and make the gym experience fun! It’s like a home away from home! The trainers, especially Leigh, aka Swifty have really pushed me to do things I would never have thought I could do! I have never been to a gym where I feel we are all one big family. It’s also always clean and tidy!

Negative experience: Small gym with the pictures being deceptive online making it appear bigger. Peak times was a nightmare with pretty much every piece of equipment being used. On my visit found it full of young men with many trying to outdo each other with weights and poses and flexing both their muscles in the mirrors and their egos very off putting and also comical. Had another young gym goer try to intimidate me off of one of the few benches asking me was I using it then scowling when I said yes. He furthered his antics by standing too close during his workout, leaving his bag and other items at the head of the bench I was using, pulling poses next to me within touching distance and dropping weights from waist height. No doubt in an attempt to make me feel uncomfortable enough to leave. Which didn't work. Wasn't a welcoming atmosphere at all staff seemed more concerned with standing talking to friends than doing their job. Coupled with small groups of young men standing around talking or hogging equipment. This isn't a gym I would be visiting again. Glad I didn't pay for the monthly membership.

Negative experience: Haven't been there
Hi Antony, thanks for taking the time to leave this review. Our gyms don’t have a reception desk and require a unique PIN to access. You are more than welcome to have a look around the gym before joining! The best time to visit is Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm, simply press for assistance at the doors in the foyer and a member of staff will be out to assist you as soon as they can. You can use the contact options available through the gyms home page on the website to arrange a time to meet with a member of staff and ensure they are available when you visit and answer any queries that you have. Positive experience: Has most of the equipment you need in a gym from cardiovascular to weight lifting. Decent prices for a gym, under £20/month rolling contract meaning you're not tied in to anything. Friendly staff and personal trainers as well. The only negative is that it's not the biggest of places and gets very busy during peak hours, but I understand this cannot really be helped. Best time to train is anytime after 7:00pm during the weekdays.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a great buzz about the place. Lots of happy smiley faces in the gym whilst I was training. Plenty of good quality equipment and free weights. Excellent bar area for pull ups and allowing me to work on the rings. Excellent value for money and can't wait to get back there again. So much space to train!!

Positive experience: Small and easy access to gym. Clean facility. Always available certain time and day worst between 5pm-9pm
