We believe passionately in the power of movement – to make you stronger, happier and on top of your game. How? Hormones. We’ll give you the knowledge, power and moves to work with them – not against them, so you’ll get a mega mood boost every time you see us.

“It was my first time back to exercise in a few years. That can be daunting but Frame and it’s team create such a welcome and inclusive environment that I just felt excited to be exercising again.”

“Chris Unwin is the GOAT, I love him, he never fails to put a smile on my face. I go in feeling like a sack of potatoes and come out feeling like a minx. I think he may actually be magic.”

“I love these classes: they’re fun and varied enough that I don’t have a moment to think about how tired I am, and I feel so happy after. They’re consistently fun and a great workout.”

“I just think the idea of a class on mini Trampolines with a disco ball and great tunes is the best thing ever. I never leave a class feeling sad!”

FRAME Shoreditch: Opinions

Positive experience: Very fun dance cardio classes. Some of the instructors do expect you to pick up choreography very quickly, which I have found a bit disappointing as, on those occasions I haven’t gotten as much out of the workout as I would have liked. The Shoreditch studio is always very clean and tidy and prices have remained stable over the past few years which is very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Frame Shoreditch is a vibrant, energetic studio with a fantastic variety of classes, from dance and cardio to yoga and pilates. The instructors are upbeat and motivating, and the classes are always fun and challenging. The studio has a great vibe, with stylish interiors and a friendly atmosphere.

Negative experience: Great instructors! But has a very rude encounter with the receptionist today, not having the mind set as a service provider

Mayse Alves 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I have been trying some of the classes in this place and it is very good. The staff there are friendly, and the gym instructor is very excited and makes you training hard, which is what I need.

Karla Ramos 1 year ago

Positive experience: Took a pilates class and it wasn’t as challenging as I hoped it would be. Studio is cool and in a nice area.

Andreea A 1 year ago

Negative experience: Last-minute class cancellation

Kristen Lum-Borg 1 year ago

Negative experience: I had a class cancel 30 mins before the class started to which they only gave a class credit back, rather than offer a refund or a perhaps an extra credit as an apology due to majority of the class still turning up with such short notice. I emailed my concerns to the managers of the gym, which they simply responded they can only extended their apologies. I do feel this is poor customer service considering the amount of inconvenience was caused to their customers due to their short notice.

Positive experience: Love Fran’s yoga class, one of the best in London! Staff are friendly and great location. Thanks Frame!

Fantastic experience: Loved Bounce this morning! A brilliant fat burner but low impact on my knees, will be back!

Francesca Baker-Brooker 1 year ago

Positive experience: Super fun and inclusive. I have anorexia and mild exercise addiction (come a long way from when it nearly killed me) so the idea of a typical gym setting or where people bang on about calories and feeling the burn is not something I want. Bar one instructor everyone at Frame has been ace!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Love that the towels are included and not charged. Something so simple but makes it so nice. Showers and changing area also good. Lots of variety and at great times!

Annie Kabale 2 years ago

Negative experience: Attended the kettlebell class on Saturday morning. The only good thing was that the moves were challenging as expected but I wasn’t expected an instructor that couldn’t care less about the students aside from 2 ladies who must be regular/friends. They came in late, were very obnoxious with poor gym etiquette spreading all over and walking twice on my hands without apologising. We were 8 in this class and many time I flagged him to ask for modifiers but he wasn’t interested and only focused on those 2 ladies. What’s the point of paying for a class and an instructor if he isn’t looking at for all the students. I don’t recommend this class unless you’re his friend.

Positive experience: Of all of the FRAME studios I have visited, Shoreditch is by far my favourite (sorry Angel). The welcome is always warm and the atmosphere is energetic and buzzy. I’ve attended most classes and my recommendations would be, Ben S, Catherine R or Scarlett for Reformer Pilates, Chris U for Dance Cardio, Vivian S for Kettlebells (mostly Angel I think) Alexus R for Lift or Box Fit and Francesca for Yoga at all levels. Each have their own style but all are motivating, enthusiastic and give me total confidence that I’m being taught by a total expert and am in great hands. And, while there are plenty of sweaty Betty’s and Lulu Lemonites there, it doesn’t feel at all like an exclusionary girl gang of perfect instagrammable fitness snobs, which has so far meant I’ve never dismissed the idea of trying something new, which is what I think Frame represents, encouragement and exploration of movement. My only gripe is how busy the classes can get, which can be off putting when you feel like a sweaty sardine.

Negative experience: Paid 20quid for a 2 session pass. First class was fine, cramped studio but worked up a sweat. Session this week, got there 15mins early, asked what studio and was told it was studio 4 and we would be called. Sat patiently and it was close to start time so I asked a PT and she said they swapped rooms so I sat back down waiting to be called and still nothing so asked reception and the class had already started. Shambles

Lili C. 2 years ago

Negative experience: Overcrowded and overbooked to a point where the space is physically unable to accommodate the number of people they try to cram in. Not worth your time.

Stephen Nock 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Really fun Dance Cardio Class with Charlie Armstrong just now. Really nice energy! (Cassie: don't be jealous, you were missed! - your DC classes are also great fun too and have equally nice energy)

Alexander Berrisford 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Can't get enough of Frame. Tom and Catherine's reformer classes are easily the best in London. The studio itself is really cool situated underneath the railway arches - tonnes of character!

Air 3 years ago

Negative experience: I went to a few different classes in other FRAME venues and it’s been good. Once booked a class at FRAME Shoreditch and I was late for 5 mins and the front desk staff didn’t allow me in. I understand it was my fault to be late, but traffic in London can be very unexpected sometimes. I traveled one and half an hour that day to get there and I wasn’t allowed in. I think while venues should always remind people to arrive on time but they shouldn’t shut people out of the door if they were a few mins late. It was a bad experience, I stopped going to FRAME.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town - I love it so much. Lots of differents classes. Make me all time super happy to go the gym. Teachers and staff are absolutely amazing.

A. H. 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: This studio is really one of the things I miss from my time in London - I was going to the pre-natal and post-natal classes (yoga, pilates) and I can't recommend them enough. It felt very safe (before and after delivery as the instructors really knew what they were doing - as opposed to my experience in my new country). Caveat: if you don't need to wear Stella McC to fit in (I obv don't), it still helps though...

Chelsea Dowling 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: Honestly this is the best place to work out. The classes are so well curated, the trainers are the best, so good at what they do and so much fun and the studios are beautiful. Whichever class you do it will be so fun, even if you hate exercise it will just feel like play. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Samantha Calandrelli 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Shoreditch, Victoria, Fitzrovia and King’s Cross and the classes are always very good and the instructors and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I love Frame! Would recommend to anyone who hasn't tried their classes

jamila Dixon 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: My first in person gym session for well over a year and it felt not only safe and like it’s usual friendly self but having that class energy there for frame strength as well as the brilliant instructor meant that I aches for two days after and already can’t wait to go back again!

Param Singh 4 years ago

Positive experience: Trainer was nice but the space was just too congested. And weights also were limited. Couldn't get desired weights.

Andrea Kohler 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: Katherine was amazing, possibly the best reformer Pilates class I've ever been to. It was interesting and really tough band worked pretty much every muscle

John-Paul Cleary 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: Had a really amazing positive experience at Frame. Instructors are great and staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Great vibe, great energy and amazing variety of classes to choose from. I recommend a gold membership.

Lucy Roberts 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: People are super friendly and the dance classes are enough fun that you can trick yourself into exercising.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Frame for years now, a great place full of good teachers for all fitness levels. I missed this place when it wasn't open.

Elizabeth Reynolds 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff and a great range of fun classes. I've always found Frame to be really inclusive so I've always felt comfortable trying new things there. They also put on a variety of 90min workshops which are a great idea (e.g. boxing masterclass, yin sessions, new moon ceremony). Several locations, and lots of great teachers. I'm a member and need to use it more!!

Kerstin Reichert 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Frame and can't wait to come back. I generally don't like gyms but Frame is so much more. Such a positive vibe, friendly and fun instructors, no need to feel bad if you are a beginner. There is something for everyone and classes are genuinely fun. But don't let the colourful funky vibe fool you, you'll be sure to get a proper workout.

Carly Bristow 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: The best reformer pilates classes in London - my absolute fave!

Jolien K 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: I attended the rave dance class and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though this definitely is a cardio exercise, it sure didn't feel like it as I had a lot of fun. Overall location is very modern and as you may expect from a Shoreditch venue. Friendly receptionist and thorough checks and safety re. Pandemic. Would recommend.

Denise Chippindale 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: I found my coloured heaven! Highly recommend the 90s dance aerobics... especially if you want to dance it out! Great covid measures in place like dogs of the floor, temperature checks and sanitisers etc

Shu Ber 5 years ago

Negative experience: Some instructors are amazing (Tereza, Charles), but most look down their noses at beginners, aren’t helpful, embarrass people and generally think they’re gods gift. I appreciate Covid for businesses is hard but so is it for their members. They don’t let people transfer existing credit towards memberships and the memberships haven’t dropped in price at all despite less classes, less facilities and less on offer in terms of food and drink. Has the potential to be great but just isn’t right now.

Kat Reyes 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: I started coming to reformer Pilates after a bad experience elsewhere. Cat is the best instructor I’ve had, would definitely recommend. Convenient location too.

Tansie Swithenbank 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: Cardio Kettlebells with Andrew is my fave!

Fantastic experience: Great studio, located in Shoreditch in an urban area. I took a yoga class there and really liked it. They have retail, a bar and the rooms are cosy.

Charlene Williamson 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: Great pre and post natal programmes and baby friendly classes with great (fully trained) instructors.

Claudia Cocci Grifoni 6 years ago

Positive experience: Not bad as a gym and workouts are fine. Lovely teachers but often classes are not challenging enough. The one in KX is the best.

C F 6 years ago

Fantastic experience: Really fun gym; great classes. Located in railway arches, and at least one studio has windows, which I really liked.

Fantastic experience: The classes will make you come back for more. Really great energy from front of house and instructor, toilets and showers are kept clean.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good classe (barre) with very good teacher and receptionists were adorables !

Aiste Simuntyte 6 years ago

Negative experience: Not professional receptionists. Very poor customer service, was planning to buy membership due to great quality of classes. But good luck with that...

Jenny Hill 6 years ago

Negative experience: Had a very poor experience here. Against best practice in T&Cs, they bury a clause about non-admittance after 10 minutes under point 9 rather than making it clear on the class confirmation email. My train was cancelled today, meaning a 30 minute journey from north London became a 1 hour nightmare. I had arranged to meet a friend in the class- I let her know and she laid out a mat for me. I arrived 12 minutes late- had I known about the policy I could have jogged from the station (and would have done, given the very stressful hour detour I had just endured). I naively thought that given my predicament there might be some discretion showed given there was no need for me to disturb the class, nor clear 'health and safety' case attached to 120 seconds of time. I would have been very happy to have a quiet word with the teacher (very feasible, given it was a yin class) and accept their judgement on whether it would disturb the class. As it was, the receptionist did helpfully allow me to notify my friend who I am sure would have been gravely worried had I not showed. I am very sorry to say this, but I believe that my experience demonstrates two points. Firstly, the poor practice use of T&Cs resulted in high levels of stress for myself and the staff member. This could and should be easily remedied. Secondly, either the staff member was officious by nature or hadn't been granted the scope to use her judgment in the situation (which could be dealt with through proper training). She did apologise, and I did appreciate her help, but unfortunately the net result was a very poor experience overall. I had been planning on coming here on a regular basis with two friends but I would not attend now if you paid me. Hopefully my comments will be helpful to others though and perhaps even prompt some reevaluation of the working practices.

Kei Apri 6 years ago

Negative experience: Great concept of classes, extremely poor delivery. The rooms are packed full (not ideal for any dance routine that involves some movement), there are few showers with low water pressure, and they will CANCEL your membership (and keep your money) without notice if you don’t go often enough. Staff members just shrug if you ask for your credit back. I do not recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: Love it here!! Really friendly and helpful staff and the classes are amazing! Also like the relaxed community vibe with coffee and smoothies and nice clothes for sale!! Next time I’ll bring my purse :)

Positive experience: I love coming the yoga sessions here as they have had some great teachers. However, the company is growing and with their focus elsewhere, this branch feels a little jaded.

Aideen Johnston 7 years ago

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and great classes. I appreciate that they’ve thought everything through that you might need - such as towels and straighteners - and that they are eco friendly and stick sustainable products.

Positive experience: Good yoga studio - however the trains going over the top take you out of your ‘zen’.

Rachel Temple 7 years ago

Fantastic experience: Love it!

Cristiana Candido 7 years ago

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It’s the only place where working out and going out feel like similar experiences. You definitely need to find the right classes and instructors for you, also I avoid going after 6pm as classes get a bit too full then. Anyhow, the place looks great and fun, music is always on point. My absolutely favourite class is total body with Nathalie on Fridays ✨

P A 7 years ago

Negative experience: It's not good. The female changing/shower area is a mess; there's mould on the ceiling, the towels are dirty, the showers have no pressure, the temp keeps switching between cold and burning hot and the clothes hooks are falling off the wall. The classes are ok but not the most challenging. Also- get more lockers!!

Kezia Hicks 7 years ago

Fantastic experience: Frame has made exercise a pleasure. Not only can I get my regular fix of yoga but there are also several other fun classes to keep my cardio up, which actually makes membership really good value. The fact that they now have several shiny new studios across London makes it very convenient for me as I work freelance so can't always predict where I'll be based - I also sometimes use the common areas as a base place to work from. Add to that the warm and accommodating staff and you can't really go wrong!

Constanza Di Gennaro 7 years ago

Positive experience: Fun workouts! Very upbeat. Small shower rooms but really friendly staff.

Frances Austin 7 years ago

Negative experience: I have been Frame member since it opened in 2010 , but just ended my membership last month. There were no compeditors so I put up with the rude unfriendly front desk staff, awful tiny changing rooms, dirty studios and equipment and packed classes. That was until a new fitness studio Blok Shoreditch just opened up the road . It is so much better with lovely friendly staff, nice clean studios and new equipment and great instructors!! I am so happy at my new studio and glad I left Frame.

Ayomide Agbaje 7 years ago

Negative experience: I have NEVER had a good experience here. a) I find their timetables to be very disorganised. Every time I've had a class, there has been a previous class that has over run. Today my class was cancelled 15mins into the allocatted class time. b) The noises inside and outside the studio are distracting. c) In addition to the noises, the musty smell and feng shui do not produce the serenity needed to practice yoga d) I also took a mediocre dance class that did not fit the class description. Lamenting my lost £14. Right now, It'd be great to get my credits back in cash but because of policy I can't. After my credit runs out I will not be revisiting.

Ioana David 7 years ago

Fantastic experience: If you are bigger on classes than on machines this is the perfect place to start or get on with your healthy living routine. The staff is incredibly helpful, the classes are (in my opinion) perfectly scheduled to fit working babes and mamas before and after the work hours start. And they're fun. My faves are yoga and barre. Instructors are mindful and caring and customer service is great, super responsive and dedicated (they solved a hiccup with me during a weekend). You can pay as you go for those weeks when you're travelling (or lazy) and that fits well with a warm-up to get back on track with your gym thing before getting a membership, cause that's a better deal. They also have delicious smoothies and the facilities are great. Never waited more than 3 minutes to get in the shower or grab a hair dryer at 8am.

Alan Harlam 7 years ago

Negative experience: I was not pleased with yoga teacher Alice Trow. My husband surprised me with a yoga class I could take our baby boy to and I was very excited, only to be let down by an instructor whose knowledge on mumhood is nil. FRAME, why would you have a very young, non-mother, non-mumhood-body-knowledgeable instructor leading a class for women who have recently given birth and need special guidance? Alice was okay by yoga standards (a bit uptight and forced attitude, I thought) but I find it insulting that an instructor without the relevant knowledge and background is leading this class! -J

Eithne Parr 8 years ago

Fantastic experience: The classes are some times a bit full but great for all types of fitness/dance work outs! Staff are lovely and easy booking system.

Katryna Deligiannis 8 years ago

Positive experience: One of my favourite gyms in London. There are a lot of classes to pick from so would suggest trying different ones to find out which ones work best for you. A highlight has always been the Jane Fonda fitness class from a few years ago, have also tried trampoline which was hilarious and various yoga classes. Think that the only thing that could be better is the change rooms, but the recent addition of lockers is a great improvement.

Gem Gem 8 years ago

Fantastic experience: I have just done the prenatal yoga class with Maisie. It was excellent and she was a fab instructor. We each spoke about any particular concerns or pregnancy symptoms we were experiencing such as an aching back etc and she worked on creating a bespoke class according to our needs. I'm 22 weeks pregnant but there were two people there that were 37 weeks! So whatever stage your at it's worth a try. I'm going to go back and try one of the prenatal fitness classes. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Fantastic mix of classes and great atmosphere!

Sophia Allen 8 years ago

Fantastic experience: I've become a complete Frame convert! After trying LOTS of different gyms - I've finally found a place that makes fitness fun and different while still working you VERY hard! The variety and frequency of classes is great - there's always an option no matter how busy your schedule. The quickie lunchtime classes are great. All the teachers are great at what they do and very professional. I'd really recommend to anyone who finds the gym boring or is fed up of corporate faceless fitness companies.

Positive experience: great classes!

Marise D 8 years ago

Positive experience: I joined in on the yin yoga class on Friday and I enjoyed it very much. The studio itself (nr 2) is amazing with the brick walls and the arches and the fact that the train runs over it constantly gives the lesson an extra perspective in my opinion (but I can imagine it could bother some people). Yoga mats and props available, dressing room and lockers as well. Very friendly staff and teachers. Even though i'm only in london for the weekend i'm going to book another lesson for tomorrow. Minor detail; the mats and blankets smelled a bit funky. I also noticed in the end of the lesson that I was the only one who cleaned her mat.

K J 8 years ago

Positive experience: Such potential! A refreshing take on the niche gym, catering for more fringe and dance styles of training. Nia Walsh kicks my ass in Frame Barre (no ballet experience required) and Keith Hahn is the master of muscle disaster in Frame Cardio. It's rare to have such great instructors. Diana van Heerden may look lean and mean but in my professional experience found her technique poor, in Cardio Barre, so do test for your favourites. You can get a towel if you're early. The classes are pre-book, but when it's full it's REALLY full and you need to be prepared to optimise space from front to back. And there are no power showers...not when all 5 are going at once anyway. And prices are steep. Like I said, it has great potential. You're going for the types of classes available and the good spread of times they occur.

Megara Summers 8 years ago

Positive experience: Good teachers but the changing rooms/yoga mats are filthy. Its too bad because the location is good, they have (in my opinion) one of the best yoga teacher in London (Daniela Olds) the rest of the classes are okay (ranges from mediocre to great depending on the teacher). But the main problem of this gym is the cleanliness which is truly off putting sometimes.

Positive experience: Been going to Frame for over a month now - I picked Frame for the good variety of classes and the time scehdule - which works perfect for me. Ventilation is particularly bad especially in the summer, boxing gloves and pads probably haven't been washed/aired since the day they opened the studio. Class quality really depends on the instructors, i have had instructors where I want to hire him/her as my private trainer, I have also had instructor where he spent the entire pilates class on his phone while chatting/flirting with one student.

Peter Juszczynski 9 years ago

Positive experience: Super trendy workout studio. The trainers are top notch, they will kick your ass hard (in a good way) and you'll also make a lot of friends... it's a very social place.

R Firth 9 years ago

Positive experience: Frame has a great mix of classes from HIIT to cardio to yoga and reformer Pilates. You have to book a place before each class, so you know there will be space for you and can make massive savings by buying a class pass - note no lock in membership!! They also have healthy snacks and smoothies to refuel after a workout. Bathrooms and change rooms can get busy and steamy - but first thing and last thing at night there is always space.

elizabeth bennett 9 years ago

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking changing rooms!!! Went there for a lunchtime class and the changing rooms and shower were just a mesh of hair.. I pointed it out to the staff (who had nothing to do just chatting away) and was told that they have a cleaner once a day.. seriously you need to clean the changing rooms more than that in a busy gym or get one of your multiple members of chatting away staff to run the hoover a few times a day (alternatively hand out free tetanus shots to people using your gym)

Maryam 9 years ago

Positive experience: I like Frame. I like the classes, the people, the smoothies and most of all I like that they've replaced their old mats with newer Lululemons. I agree with other reviewers that people not wiping down their mats is a problem, this only seems to apply to the Shoreditch studio. There's a sign on the door but hardly anybody seems to do it. I realise it's because sometimes you feel like you gotta rush out because a new class is coming in. Maybe a five or ten minute gap between classes would help, and also placing mat cleaning materials in a more prominent spot. I'd also suggest a shoe rack outside the class for classes like barre and yoga, like at the Kings Cross studio. I find myself going to classes at Kings Cross more and more for these reasons.

Poppy Dixon 9 years ago

Positive experience: I like Frame, they offer a great range of classes. But I really have a problem with the fact that they don't require you to wipe down your mats after class. I find it really gross that after a sweaty yoga or barre class, people just roll up their mats. There are signs asking people to do this, but no-one does and the teacher never tells the class to. The classes are also scheduled too close together, so there is no time pre-yoga to relax and warm up, so it's not really holistic, relaxing yoga (no personal attention from teachers) - just exercise!

Katie Chung 9 years ago

Positive experience: Great classes, good atmosphere and the trainers work you hard! The full of beans shake is a good way to end a sesh. Would give 5 stars if it was a tiny bit cheaper...

Marc “Mr Omneo” Knox 9 years ago

Positive experience: Nice enough place, I went for yoga classes. Changing rooms, for men, are in the toilet and tiny. I stopped going because it was expensive for what it was.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Every class I take is so much fun and I feel great after.

Natalie Barnes 9 years ago

Positive experience: Great selection of classes with excellent instructors. Been to two classes so far, would go to more but it's not the cheapest! Good location too off Shoreditch high street.

Leslie Lee 10 years ago

Fantastic experience: This is one of my favourite gyms! I started off about a year going, getting addicted to the Barre classes. Not only is it great for a Sunday afternoon when you're feeling a bit tired from the weekend festivities, but it also provides you with the after glow of sore aching muscles that give you an accomplished -smiley-body feeling. The instructors are very energetic, and depending on the instructor, most of them have a great track- mix, of 70's and 80s music, as well as current music remixes. The reception is friendly enough, and while the shower facilities are not that great, I live close enough to be able to wait to go home to shower. Highly recommend this studio and to check out a Barre class!

InFormed London 10 years ago

Fantastic experience: Fairly small changing rooms without much privacy but you get hair straighteners and dryers! Studios are spacious so there's plenty of space even during busy periods.

Maiia Williams 10 years ago

Negative experience: Daylight robbery! Enjoyed it until they cancelled my card, took my money and refused to refund. Read the T&Cs before joining.

Dina Allam 10 years ago

Negative experience: I mainly went to Frame because it was near work and I could make it to classes on my lunch hour. I never liked it though! While the concept of Frame is great, the classes are too crowded and the studios are not kept very clean. The floors have a lot of dust and hair, etc., the mats smell of mildew and are in poor shape, the locker room smells like sewage and overall the studio has poor ventilation. Very few of the instructors actually bother to correct your form or technique as well. In hindsight, I wonder how I continued to come here!

Cameron Judd 11 years ago

Fantastic experience: Fantastic studio space with some amazing teachers. The studio has nice changing space for guys which isn't too busy. Classes are a little expensive but most the teachers know their stuff.

Karen Hall 11 years ago

Positive experience: I go to Frame with my boyfriend and we both like very much the classes. We don’t take the same classes because I like yoga and ballet and he is keen on other things. We know that the conditions are not great but the trainers are attentive, engaged and high professionals. In my opinion this is more important that the way the changing room or the bathroom looks.

Kerstin MacCana 11 years ago

Positive experience: Fun selection of classes - more ballet classes would make it perfect.

Positive experience: Frame is probably the most fun I've ever had doing anything sporty. I really don't like sports or working out, yet this place makes it like a party so you don't even realise! Their 80s aerobics class is hilarious, and every now and then they do special workshops - from learning Beyonce routines to dance off techniques. Just brilliant.

Positive experience: Loved cardio kettlebells today with Jermaine. Great work for those keen for a cardio workout and to improve their abs! Music is fab too! Highly recommended for those who want to have fun whilst working out and to get over the hangover!
