Negative experience: not cool

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting , all staff are rude including mangers of this gym, I feel ashamed to call this my local gym I made several complaints about being harrased and mentally abused by people in this gym , under the carpet swept away not investigated nothing never heard a thing. Then I made a membership through the app only to be told , I can only do a pay as you go not pay monthly , evreyone active your disgraceful how you treat your customers. So now , for my mental health especially this has impacted me massively and will seek to sue this company for not taking my complaints seriously and now to be told I cannot use the gym even though I have payed Please avoid this gym it's small, no locker facilities , go to PureGym it's 24 hour and no rude staff or member of public.

Negative experience: This Lesisure Centre needs a serious makeover I wasn't expecting the changing rooms too be one big open space and after I did a class and went for a shower they were also communal and freezing and the floor didn't drain properly as the drains were full of old mated hair I'm afraid 1st impressions count and this Leisure Centre could do with an update On the plus side The class I did was Awesome and I will definitely be going again but perhaps skip the shower part and have one at home instead

Fantastic experience: Good affordable gym in the heart of Whiteley. Car parking right outside for free. Showers and lockers available.

Positive experience: Nice park area , there for the fair in the park, cold start but the weather got better as the day went along.

Fantastic experience: Pretty good pitch 5* IMO. However it did make me play like Lukaku for 20 minutes. Needed a good warm up. After getting used to the tiny black bits and dodgy footballs pinging off the sideboard - CR7 Came out and goals kept flying in! Would 100% book this pitch again. Up the meadowside ghetto!

Negative experience: Staff were friendly. Equipment was new. However, not a gym for strong people. Nowhere to barbell bench press, squat rack at an awkward height and only one barbell with no centre knurling. Showers were excellent though

Fantastic experience: i take my grandchildren in the school holidays they love it... and getting better all the time

Positive experience: Good football pitches. Gym is small (not used). Small Car Park but overflow is available as part of shopping centre (4 hours free).

Fantastic experience: Nice little gym, but no pool or squash courts. It's great that it is a part of everyone active

Fantastic experience: First time using the gym. Covid 19 precautions are brilliant. The equipment all looks preety new. Overall first impression. Excellent value for money.

Positive experience: Mr. Lewis Heathorn was particularly helpful during my visit today. He helped me make sure I was holding the basketball properly, which is something I’ve always found immensely difficult. He recommended a nice pair of trainers that were suitable for court play. His fitness advice was also beneficial to me. The place would’ve received a five star if they sold ice creams.

Positive experience: A bit condensed but usually not crowded. Friendly atmosphere.
