Negative experience: Let’s be real, this place needs to open soon or the whole customer base will have switched gyms. Give us an opening date or some news is it even still reopening (doesn’t look like it) don’t fob us off with emails and help lines it should be a public announcement
Negative experience: Tonbridge branch still closed after all this time! No updates for your clients. Must be dreadful for all those that used to be employed here too. What's going on??!!

However everyone is working as hard as possible on the work that needs to be done to this gym to ensure a safe opening for all members and staff. Fantastic experience: Went to look at the gym today before deciding to start my membership again, I went in around 12noon on sunday and I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff cleaning and members using the sanitizering stations. I like the ideas of the 2meter boxes in the class zone I think it should always be like that.

Negative experience: The doors are broken at the supposedly 24 hour gym so I was emailed that access was limited to between 6 am and 8 pm. I showed up at 6 am this morning only to find a note on the door saying that they would not be open until 8 am! Someone knew last night but didn't bother to send an email. Ruined my workout scheduled and my day (I didn't have time to go back and was counting on a quick workout and home by 7) Access to the Tunbridge wells gym is supposed to compensate but I don't have the time to go all the way out there - and they aren't offering to compensate for the petrol or the parking to use the wrong gym anyway!
Apologies for this miscommunication Paula. We have since then communicated all of the correct opening hours. If you would like to discuss this further with us then please contact members services.
Negative experience: Music is way too loud. A/c fan speed too high and definitely too cold in there.

We're sorry to hear the music is too loud in the gym, we would advise to speak to a member of staff on your next visit as they would be able to turn this down to keep everyone happy! Temperatures in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Positive experience: Bit scruffy but open 24/7 so works very well with my work life......swimimg pool would have been a great asset.

Fantastic experience: Good gym
Fantastic experience: I'm 25 years old, signed up to puregym, best desistion I have made all year. The equipment is very good, easy to use and set up. The toilets and showers are clean and user friendly and the storage for wallets and keys ect is very helpful. The second best desistion was getting a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! However the showers run quite hot, are not adjustable and the shower room has no airflow. It means you get out of the shower and start sweating again!

Negative experience: Poor management at Tonbridge. Keys removed from all letterbox lockers without so much as a notice of explanation. People come to the gym relying on those. Not one of the available staff knew why. The Area Manager (!) in the office seemed utterly clueless.

As I’m not based in the gym itself I can't look into or verify what happened in this specific case. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager or Member Services to provide more information so it can be properly investigated. If you have more information the best way to pass it on for practical action is always to get in touch directly with the Gym Manager. You can approach them in the gym or leave a comment in the feedback box as this is regularly reviewed for updates and improvements. Fantastic experience: Great place to be, helpful staff
Positive experience: Clean and modern. Has a fair amount of equipment and it's all new. But the gym is on the small side and there's no proper changing rooms, there is 3 shower/changing rooms and not really that many lockers to stash your kit.

Fantastic experience: Pure gym in Tonbridge is always clean tidy and welcoming the staff a helpful and friendly willing to share tips and exercise regimes to help you aren't you a girl well that's weight loss body toning or competitive weightlifting there is a good selection of cardio equipment as well as a range of assisted weight machines and a nice area set aside four classes as well as a free weight section changing and shower rooms a well maintained and always clean overall it's just a great experience being there would highly recommend to anybody looking for a new gym monthly prices are very low great offers with the PureGym app easy to book classes over all five stars
Fantastic experience: First time joining a gym and PureGym sets a great example. I was expecting quite a territorial environment, but no everyone is really mindful of each other and the place is very well maintained. I look forward to future visits!
Fantastic experience: I've never really done the gym before but I feel really comfortable in here. All of the staff are personal trainers so really know their stuff, and always smile at you and are approachable if you need any help with anything. There is SO much equipment here, so even when it's really busy there's still plenty you can do. With your membership you also get all of the classes included like Zumba or abs classes or strength training classes, I think it's really good!
Fantastic experience: Excellent gym great for early morning gym classes and weekend sessions.
Fantastic experience: It's the ideal modern gym, card only vending machines, keypad door, plenty of equipment for everything and decent staff.
Negative experience: I travel around for work and t I use these gyms and have a national membership. I'm a little taken back about the lack of changing area compared to the rest I've been to lack of lockers lack of showering area it's no good for the ones who lime to work out and get ready for work have to shower in 1 room the finish off in the toilets which really isn't great not a well planned gym for this group

Fantastic experience: Plenty of space and equipment to use, friendly and super helpful staff.
Positive experience: Nice, clean, modern gym that is far better value than all other local gyms. Only thing stopping it getting five stars is the size of the gym - it can get very busy.

Negative experience: I love pure gym, I adore the freedom!! But this gym is far to small, I know several people who have left for this reason. The location is perfect but the size of the building is way to small, I take a train to Tunbridge Wells every say because the PureGym facility's there a amazing. If you could find a way to do what you do up there in Tonbridge you would be unrivalled in the area!!

Fantastic experience: A great gym that is not to busy. A friend and I visited on day passes and felt very welcome by staff and members. Unlike a lot of gyms it does not feel overly clicky or testosterone fueled. Equipment choice was good with a good weigh area. The only downfall was the limited showers and changing room facilities Which when one was being cleaned caused ques however they were spotless.

Negative experience: The only issue I got is toilet and shower facility only 3 each and unisex. I never get chance to use. Its always busy. Not enough treadmills which is always busy. I might go to Tunbridge Wells.

Positive experience: Issue was rectified
Positive experience: Good price for what you'll get but delay after delay means people will just end up going to snap fitness down the road - myself included
