Negative experience: The worst customer experience l have ever experience in a studio. I have arrived in the studio within 5 min cancellation and hurried to get in the class, but the reception named sinting did not say what l need to do just counting down the time? Not help with the customer to enter the class but pushing the customer, which l don’t understand. Instead l asked if l can attend next available class, which they indeed have after one hour. There is a spot available. But she said she will need manager’s confirmation and advised me to wait asides. After nearly one hour waiting, until l asked her again if l can attend class, she then told me probably her manager is on holiday. In the end, after one hour waiting and one hour commute, l did not get the class and spent my time waiting. SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with reformer Pilates - came in 7 minutes early instead of 10 minutes early and the lady in reception (March 14th in the evening, she refused to tell me her name) refused to let me in and/or refund credits. I did reformer multiple times before and clearly there is no need for a 10 minute induction. You have rocket ships there? Never again, and will also not be returning for Barre, used to be a regular. There is a lot of competition around, you can do better

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved this place. The facility is always clean and comfortable, and the facilitators are great. The routines are fantastic, and the overall vibe is very positive.

Positive experience: Ok classes, feel somewhat rushed and would expect them to be better given barre is the focus. Space is nice although underground and hot.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Great teachers. Lovely atmosphere. Clean showers - beautiful products to use. And if you haven't tried barrecore you're in for a treat. Gets you fitter and stronger fastest that any other method I've trialed. Love it.

Fantastic experience: Convenient to get to in the City. Ky is a terrific teacher. I've always been met by friendly staff at the front desk.

Positive experience: I’m a regular customer here and I love the classes, but the experience I get here is not always consistent. First, some of the instructors are top professionals, they’re super attentive and their classes are very well balanced, highly recommend the classes with Patrick and Chloe, they’re amazing. The others are inattentive, and the classes are either too easy or too challenging for the group. Second, some administrators are lovely but the others are not particularly helpful, I.e. I wanted to buy one package, they sold me the other and then were struggling with the refund.

Fantastic experience: Clase buenísima, instalaciones muy completas.....todo el personal superamable. Genial. No se lo pierdan!!!!

Negative experience: I attended a BarreSculpt class and it was decent, but sadly not worth the extortionate price. Firstly, you have to wear grippy socks to attend their classes. That would make sense, if the studio wasn’t already carpeted?? Anyway, I bought socks there and the girl at the desk did not tell me the price, she just asked for my card details. Next thing I know I’ve been charged £12.50 (SERIOUSLY) for this one pair of socks. I didn’t want to kick off so I just swallowed the absurdity of charging so much for a pair of cheap, rubbish socks, and went to the changing room. Which is tiny! The changing facilities would be fine for a much smaller studio, but my class was full capacity so finding a spot to change in was impossible. Also, the studio appears to be in the basement of an office building so actually finding the studio was a stressful experience. The class itself was good, not amazing, but probably worth around £10 and of a similar quality to somewhere like Blok or DiscoBarre in Hackney. However, BarreCore charge literally 2-3x as much as other barre studios, hence the 2 stars. I feel like I’ve been seriously ripped off- despite being discounted, the cost of this class plus the socks was around £30. Which is a lot for a 45 minute long class that realistically could be done at home or at a way nicer studio.

Positive experience: Expensive

Fantastic experience: First time doing barrecore and I really enjoyed the class.The teacher and the girl at reception where super friendly and kind. Being a beginner I was not sure what to expect but it was a fantastic full body work which left me fully of energy afterwards. I also really liked the carpeted floors made the workout more comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Pleased to see Barrecore back in the city. Like all the other studios, it is completed to a very high standard. Contrary to the earlier review having a carpet in the studio is an fantastic idea, it really helps to minimize pressure on the joints and allows you to focus on the exercises. Plus the studio is spotless! The changing rooms have everything you need, which makes it very convenient. Thoroughly recommend

Negative experience: This studio is well located, though tricky to access and has a really great changing area, with lovely hair driers and lots of little beauty items to help make your getting ready experience really nice. However, the studio where you work out has carpet. Why on earth would you put carpet in a barre studio. It honestly is the most unhygienic and weird choice; i really dont like that- so wont be going back.
