Fantastic experience: I enjoy this gym, new and clean. The staff are friendly. This is my preferred pure gym. I use Leicester and Loughborough ones as well never had a problem with any sites I have visited.

Fantastic experience: The Aircon needs to be turned up. It’s too warm in there when you’re exercising.

Negative experience: Too crowded for a local gym. People never put the plates back. Main reason for low rating is defective air con. It only works 4h Per month and it doest get really hot in there. Several times I couldn't complete the training due to high temperature. I quit my other gym membership to join pure gym and lost some of my perks with them just to be disappointed. Main reason for joining pure gym was the air con which is not working. Also there are no windows in this gym

Positive experience: More than exceeds my expectations, very good value for money and loads of great equipment only downside is no cleansing wipes for equipment and air conditioning could do with being cooler in the hot temperatures
