Positive experience: Small but nice, warm pool, good classes. The staff are all great. Really friendly. Not hi tec or luxury but a n8ce convenient little place.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym, friendly staff.

Negative experience: Avoid, they make it incredibly difficult to end a membership and even if you cancel they do not seem to honour it. The swimming pool is frequently used for children swimming lessons resulting in a tiny pool which does not allow for a suitable swimming session. The gym equipment upstairs looks like it’s been placed in this gym after being through 15 others and is all in awful condition. The changing rooms have never been in full working order and have had showers and toilets out of order for multiple weeks in a row. I’d avoid like a plague and instead go to a reputable gym instead!

Negative experience: Glad my membership is over, during my year there multiple times we either had no changing rooms, no showers, no pool or no toilets because something was ALWAYS broken or being fixed. They spent a month last year redoing changing rooms for it to be just as grubby and old!! More classes than anything so can never just go casually swim. The pool is very tiny so if it’s busy you can’t swim full stop. When it came to the end of our membership they did not send any email notifications or anything to let us know and instead refreshed my partners without letting them know!! Money came out of their bank and the gym didn’t care, all they did is cancel it for future but no refund. Convenient location, staff are friendly but overall a very worn gym, wouldn’t really recommend or return.

Negative experience: I went in on vaction and they set me up for a membership. Very unprofessional. Sean was very rude, didnt explain the yearly annual fee and made my wife very uncomfortable. Not satisfied with my visit and will never go there again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: Not clean changing rooms and very cold inside, hair everywhere, kids aren't allowed in the hot tub, very expensive for what they offer... will not go again

Positive experience: One shower has been out of order for over a month and not all mens lockers are useable. Changing rooms could be cleaner or do with a refit. Otherwise a reasonable cost at the moment. Pool surrounding tiles could be cleaner.

Positive experience: We are now regular visitors of the pool at You Fit for children's swimming lessons with Little Bobbers (a great local business). Whilst I cannot comment on the gym facilities now since I haven't been a member for many years, it is great the pool has finally been refurbished! For a very long time, the pool area was rather dull and the ceiling tiles were in need of some TLC. Over the Christmas 2021 period this was done. The lighting has been improved immensely making the entire pool area feel bright and inviting. The ceiling has been completely refurbished and is looking fresh and clean. Staff throughout the hotel and the gym area are always friendly. The size of the pool is great for children (facilitating lessons) and a bit of a soak whilst staying in the hotel, especially with the availability of a sauna and steam room. However the size of it is not great if you want to use it as part of your fitness regime as it is rather small; that said - you will have some great bragging rights on how many laps you do!

Positive experience: Handy little Gym, staffs are friendly & helpful. Some equipment need to be clean, air filter need deep clean for health of the member.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with fairly decent sized swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Staff have always been really helpful and supportive especially in helping me achieving my fitness goals. Personal Trainers on site are excellent and are full of knowledge and expertise. Recommend YouFit, 100%
