Fantastic experience: Went to a charity boxing match great place drinks were reasonably priced but does need more toilets

Negative experience: The receptionist from Monday evening needs to go on an intense customer service course, she made some really bad personal comments about our kids and she refused to give me her name but apparently she is the duty manager!!!

Fantastic experience: Our yearly excursion to The Original Reenactors Market (TORM) held here, is a cherished tradition, immersing us in a captivating showcase of meticulously recreated historical artifacts and ways of life. The myriad stalls offer a fascinating array of goods that transport us through time, allowing us to appreciate and engage with the craftsmanship and traditions of various historical eras. Spending a couple of hours in this unique market has become an annual delight, where our enthusiasm for history and the art of reenactment is indulged in a vibrant and enriching manner.

Positive experience: I was at a cat show today and by the end of the show the carpark was very busy due to a wedding in the main centre. The hall where the cat show was very vast in size. Toilets in one corner were ok. There was a bar but was not open.

Fantastic experience: Excellent venue, excellent fair. Far better than expected. There was a different event on in a different building as well, so we had to use an overflow carpark. Plenty of stewards, plenty of car parking. Excellent day out.

Positive experience: This establishment is widely used for various purposes including events and also is a sports centre with an onsite gym. They have spent a lot of time to make the place practical and adaptable to cater for different purposes. The staff is super helpful however when you're attending the place as a supplier there is always one individual who makes it difficult for you to offload equipment in a timely manner and forces you to park further away. The venue is located between Coventry and Leamington and not too far from the M40. Mobile phone connectivity in the area is patchy as well. Other than that there are no issues .

Positive experience: We were in the Warwick Suite, an L shaped room with a bar area. I felt that if you were on the inside of the room, you missed out on the people on the other end as you were unable to see each other. The area was, however, nice and clean.

Negative experience: Reception staff, bar staff, waiting staff and the owner of the facility all need to go on an intense customer service course ASAP. I've never catered an event and been met with such disorganisation and unprofessional behaviour. The suite we served from was dingey, dirty and the kitchen area wasn't much better. If you book this venue or are a outside caterer do your due diligence first or you might get squared up to by the owner. As a female I found this highly disturbing. Purely because we required use of the kitchen facilities for the purposes of hot running water and heating up food for a hot buffet. Will never ever go back as first impressions last.

Negative experience: Terrible facilities for an extremely large taekwon-do competition (300 odd people). One overflowing bin, no decent cafe, coffee machine ran out, no sanitary bibs in the toilets and protest tampon on the floor. Appalling.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful. So run down. No reasonable eating facilities. Dark and dingy halls, would not recommend to anyone wishing to hold an event there.

Positive experience: Large spacious venue for a wedding. Toilets were a bit tiny and squashed for such a large venue.. don't know who designed the toilets.. but don't use them again!

Negative experience: The venue looks tired, and needs alot of cheering up decor-wise as soon as possible. The bar staff didn't know what they were doing at all, I had to explain what drinks I required and how much they were so they knew what to charge me. The Pepsi soft drink was warm and flat, it really felt like the duty manager had hired some mates to fill in...unbelievable! The catering for the wedding reception we were part of was woeful and disastrous. The hot 3 course Indian meal was hours late, with no explanation why, the waiting staff were scruffy and didn't talk to anyone, and I have been very ill since late Saturday night with what I believe to be food poisoning. It started within 2 hours of finishing my main meal, and as a consequence I had to miss a day's work today - Monday 27th June. The mains, when they arrived, were still on the table when desserts were served. We heard that our main meal had gone to another function either on site or somewhere else completely. The Connexion has been an amazing venue before now, so the management there need to get their act together to improve things dramatically and quickly, as our experience will keep us away for a very long time.
