Positive experience: Soft play was great for the kids nothing to moan about on that front. However the food was a let down I ordered a panini £6 bacon and cheese no cheese and bacon on the panini was a joke spent £47 on food definitely not worth it , bring my own food next time

Fantastic experience: Did an exercise class for the first time here, it was very good. It was a small class so it felt more personal and the instructor was very passionate. I liked the facilities too, spacious studio and looked like good courts, gym & swim.

Positive experience: Easily accessible soft play area where you only pay for the children. Once toddling, a fairly large area to roam. Added bonus a café that does a very good latte. I'm sure I'll be back

Negative experience: Showers never work and when they do they just drip out. Hand dryer always broken... nothing to dry your hands with. Never pick up the phone to book courts. Dirty dusty courts amd no air conditioning on court.

Negative experience: What a shocking experience. First and last time I will be playing badminton here. Cleaning was going on while we were playing badminton and throughout the entire hour. We had to wipe the floor down as it was a hazard and slippery to play on. Even the court and net were sub-standard. What made it even worse was the staff had the audacity so deny the court was ever wet/damp. I am a fair person and that was one amateur set-up.

Positive experience: Not enough parking.

Negative experience: We were spoken to rudely by the 2 female reception staff as soon as we came in, then they forced us to get off the badminton court early when there were no other bookings (we are in the badminton club so they allow us to keep playing if there is no bookings), stating that they have a basketball booking but we waited there and no one turned up at all. The other staff are usually way more friendly and helpful but for some reason we were treated very rudely today, there was also another badminton booking on the same side of the hall and they were allowed to keep playing but we were forced off. We were very confused and unhappy by the way we were treated, wondering why they would treat us so badly and the only difference between our badminton group and the other group was that we are all elder Asian men and the other group was comprised of mainly younger white men. I don’t want to accuse anyone of discrimination but we feel that we were definitely treated badly and rudely, way worse than they treat other groups

Positive experience: Well equipped gym, sports hall and squash courts. Changing facilities are pretty good but the showers, variable in effectiveness. For the price its very good value.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it, and so does my 4 year old. The more compact layout promotes children playing together and making up their own games. I visited on 3 occasions and 2 of these i eventually found my brother to play hide and seek with other children, actively engaging, and, unfortunately, inevitably crying because we had to leave :) The promise to come back was not enough to placate him An update, it's still great! Been there well over a dozen times, but thing I can complain about, is the food. Prices rose like mad, so I had fo pay over £4 for 1 bottle of water, 1 apple juice box, and soda can. The food used to be good, but i havent bought anymore since last time i bought a double-burger and had problems digesting it. The lady always checked the expiry date of what she was cooking, but something's different now.

Fantastic experience: Great little soft play. Deceptively small as still big enough for the kids to lose each other hiding. Very affordable. Friendly staff and great cafe next door too.

Positive experience: I have only been at the little gym they have. It is pricey but it's quiet and rarely busy. I definitely would recommend trying that gym out. For the rest of the stuff I can't really say much I've seen it and it looks like my kids would enjoy it.

Negative experience: If you like exercising whilst looking at kids eat pizza this may be for you. I have no idea how is this even acceptable to have a gym in front of kids parties. Gym had not been cleaned for years and all they play is news channel. No wonder its hardly any people in it. It has a potential but someone needs to at least get some blinds and clean it once in a while

Fantastic experience: We hired the softplay for a birthday party and the cafe were great. Very reasonably priced, really helpful and accommodated all our needs. Really took the stress out of catering for the party. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had my daughters birthday party at the soft play yesterday and I can’t recommend highly enough. The soft play was great, clean and well run. The cafe and staff were all outstanding. They made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Anyone thinking of having a party here do it, it’s absolutely fantastic!!

Fantastic experience: I recently hired the soft play area for my sons 5th birthday. He and his friends had a fantastic time. The café staff catered the party, providing sandwiches and snacks in a very cute box for a very reasonable price. The birthday boy also got a t-shirt and a chocolate milkshake, which he loved. I was very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.

Positive experience: Cute little softplay and cafe. Small enough for you not to stress or lose your little ones but big enough for them to burn off energy. Coffee was not the greatest though but the cake was good.

Positive experience: I attend the Bunyan Centre regularly for fencing each Tuesday, and I've always found the place to be very clean and tidy and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The vending machines are a bit hit and miss as one is often out of action, so don't be like me - plan ahead and bring your own drinks

Positive experience: I went for physio. The lift is not working probably for ages and they are on the 2nd floor. I'm not cross about it as they let people know I'm just saying so other people also know

Fantastic experience: Akash the assistant manager is so friendly and professional. He makes you feel comfortable. Definitely approachable. I was anxious about going to the gym today but I have nothing to worry about , people like him make a real difference

Positive experience: I have been there with my little buddy to attend his friend's birthday party. I must say he loved it! He had actually enjoyed his time there and if you have a small batch of children for party it is good to go over there. However, I found their adult toilets stinky. They should have also focus on their toilets, they were not very clean.

Positive experience: Is like a tiny kids world, but no place to buy food or drink. The ac was off, music was from tiny speakers. My kids liked it.

Negative experience: I come here a lot with my children as my mum pays monthly so I can take them, however I was rudely approached today by a man with glasses “ what time have you been here since you need to leave , I explained I wasn’t sure but not since 11 he replied “well you need to leave and also approached another table with the same manner, I of course didn’t leave as a session is an hour and half and I hadn’t even been here an hour when he approached us!

Fantastic experience: Super birthday party for my 6 year old; the space is great with lots of room and you can see the kids are safe while having a little distance from the noise :) Only thing I'd change is to have access to the area 10 mins earlier so there's a little more time to clean tables and set up before the party.

Positive experience: Nice soft play. Good level of activity for children of various ages. Lots of seating for parents and somewhere to get coffee. Not to big a place and lots of parking.

Fantastic experience: Love it here when the Roll Back Skating is on. Saturday afternoons with the kids have never been so much fun!

Positive experience: My lo loves playing here, nice place to go when you need to take your kids out ( when I say kids I mean younger kids ) clean toilets aswell. Only downside I'd say is that the staff aren't always at the desk and take some time to actually come over.
