Positive experience: I have been a member of 360 for several years. There is a good range of equipment and the personal trainers provide excellent advice.

Positive experience: Problems with back and hips - so pressure water massage. Trying it for a couple of months. Certainly feels better and is a good experience.

Fantastic experience: This might look as flash as some of the very high end gyms but it does have everything you need for a good workout, whether that be using the free-weights, or gym machines. There is cheap parking right opposite the gym so very easy to get to. They have showers and cages to secure your belongings. I tend to go down early mornings and have always been able to get use of the equipment when i've needed it. I chose this gym over others in the area due to the very competitive costs and i Have not been disappointed by joining this gym. Great value for money and highly recommended as a no frills gym. If your aim is to get fit or lose weight, well this has done it for me.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in August 2020, as my regular one closed down, due to the pandemic. From the moment I joined, all staff have always been very welcoming, and happy to help with any issues. It has a great atmosphere too.

Negative experience: Not very happy. Joined a year ago, sent an email via the website contact form to cancel, no response. Cancelled my DDM and have been chased for payment ever since. Have replied to an email from them again to say that I've cancelled my membership and this morning I get a threat of one months fee being passed to a debt collection agency for recovery. Have rung this morning and after listening to a two minute greeting message on the phone no one answers. No one has bothered to action my cancellation or pick up the phone to ask about the situation. If 360 Fitness wish to pursue a debt collection agency route I will welcome the opportunity for them do so. I won't be bullied into paying for something I have provided a cancellation notice for and if they can't read their emails, answer the phone or respond to my SMS message then I'm not really sure what else to do...BRING IT ON 360!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to exercise, very clean and great space. We were on holiday so got 1 day/2 day passes and they were a brilliant price. Highly recommended

Positive experience: Pretty good gym. Good staff, makes the most of the small space. Missing some machines some would view as vital, and some machines are significantly worse than other gym I've been to.

Negative experience: Dirty, does anyone clean the machines. All runners have loads of dust, hair particles. GYM Group staff always cleaning their machines hourly. Even arriving at 0700am, dirty! Online booking tool easy to use, you book 10 mins before your slot where there is only 2 other members booked. Only to arrive where its packed. Sort the cleaning out, and your booking system.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I have ever used. I have felt welcome from the start with friendly, helpful staff. Great facilities and location. Since joining I have joined more out of gym classes through meeting one of the staff, and had personal trainer session here. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Overall decent gym and lovely staff but not the best customer service on first entering. I visited on Thursday morning and purchased a one day pass, and asked the staff member behind the desk if I may have a quick guide around (given this was my first time using this gym), was told this is not given because I am on a one day pass (just wanted someone to show me where things were located and how to adjust the machines). Upon me looking surprised they then did proceed to give me a very brief tour. Also had no idea where the cleaning materials/ cloths were kept, as I was not told so just had to work it out myself. General vibe just felt like the staff member wanted to return to the conversation they were having and I felt like I was disturbing them. I am a gym go-er elsewhere so generally know how gyms work but if it was my first time I would have been quite disheartened/confused. Don’t like to complain about anything but that sparked me as not good customer service. Other than that no complaints, a decent gym, and other staff were very helpful, including one who was off duty who went out of his way to help/ demonstrate when he could see I was having trouble adjusting a machine.

Negative experience: cancelled after unfriendly customer service that does not seem to care to meet all costumer needs. Recent changes seem to be focus on machinery and body weights and place looks cramped. I had no response to complaints.

Negative experience: I used this gym twice only because the gym is incredibly small and lacking enough equipment for the number of people who go… due to the crowds of people fighting over machines i stopped going cancelled my direct debit then i wake up this morning saying my account is in arrears and now have to pay £75 to buy myself out a contract… joke

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, got all the equipment I need and I had a great personal training session that helped me get back on track. Had loads of complements on how slim and trim I am looking! :D

Fantastic experience: Local, clean, friendly, well equipped (free weights, floor area with mats, Concept-2 rowers and plenty of online strength and cardio machines) with excellent online workout logging and booking systems. Stonking value right now. You book by the hour, up to two hours per day, and you can pick a quiet slot, though there's a better vibe when it's a bit busier. Max occupancy: 20 per session Great background music! I'll have been 18 times this August - recommended!

Fantastic experience: A great gym! The trainers, Megan, Sarah and Dave are friendly and enthusiastic. The high tech equipment linked to the App is very useful for tracking progress and the introduction of the voucher scheme will make going to the gym even more rewarding.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable about working out. They are great support with how to help you reach your goals that you want to acheieve. The classes are great fun and works you out all overall. The equipment is great and they have a big variety. I would recommend this gym for everyone. I also went on holiday on a p and o cruise and they had a gym which used the same equipment, as this gym, which was the best thing ever. As I could follow my own programme on board the ship. I would totally recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym, staff are kind and helpful and nothing Is too much trouble . Also unlike some gyms I go to the staff don't judge you. It is so we'll priced a large range of classes and suitable for anyone over the age of 14 years old would 100% recommend also the equipment is new too and so good .

Fantastic experience: Fantastic equipment, really attentive and caring staff, super cool design, great classes expanding all the time, not too busy and never menacing for guys or girls like some gyms can be. My daughter and i both go, we love it and benefit greatly from all it has to offer. Tony and team are doing great things for our community!
