Fantastic experience: Really lovely rooms and onsite restaurant food delicious.

Negative experience: The nightclub is unwelcoming out dated and awful its all we have in bracknell late at night but I won't ever be going again it's awful don't bother

Fantastic experience: What a great place never been before had our Christmas party all staff so happy and helpful food service lovely excellent and clean and tidy very chilled and friendly relaxing didn't have overnight stay

Positive experience: The room was lovely, let down that you couldn't operate the Aircon without an app, but no idea what app. The food was a big let down, as was the resturant. Seemed that they were only interested in the christmas party tables. Surrounding area was quite run down.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful hotel and facilities. Stayed the night before visiting Lapland UK. The hotel is decorated for Christmas and added to the magic. Room was lovely and spacious and breakfast was good. Would stay again in future

Positive experience: Lovely large rooms. The spa area is in need of some modernisation. The bar area is nice but unfortunately the service for food was quite bad (forgetting orders and long waiting). Cleanliness was ok but the toilets at reception had not been checked for hours. We would stay again but hope the staff get a bit of training…

Fantastic experience: Very nice hotel. Staff very good. Very clean. Nice pool, spa, gym. Food very good. Location for legoland, ascot, thorpe parks good for a over night stay to break your trip up. Have theme nights there. Not tried. Was a work trip so just a 1 night stay. Would recommend. Would be lovely in the summer as restaurants and bars all have nice patios adjoined to them.

Fantastic experience: This is our second stay here out of choice (Poultons park and lapland uk) and as per we weren't disappointed. If your looking for functionality especially with kids then it's perfect, wifi was spot on, rooms where clean and well presented, jacuzzi bath, good shower, ample parking, good food, very attentive staff, Breakfast has a good selection and the staff really are the cherry on top. Only minor disappointment was the pool is busy with lessons between 9am and 11 am but I really am struggling to find something! Its a stones throw from most of the main attractions in the area and very easy to get at the M4. We'll see you again soon!

Fantastic experience: Very nice stay here, got a room upgrade before we arrived which was a nice touch especially with 2 kids so having a joining rooms instead of a family room was very much appreciated Helpful and nice staff on reception and very clean large rooms, hotel is currently being renovated and modernised in the rooms but did not hear any noise disturbance from this, very reasonably priced too would definitely stay again if in the area

Positive experience: Apart from waiting for the meal for 45 minutes everything else was great and the staff was very helpful, The lady who looks after swimming pool rented me a pound coin without hassle, ye all great. Just the waiting time was a nuisance after driving for 4h.

Fantastic experience: Great value, very welcoming and helpful staff, The only thing that was a pain is that the jacuzzi button is on a wall and not in reach when using the facility, so you have to keep getting out to start it

Positive experience: Much better hotel since a recent revamp. Shame they left the restaurant/breakfast area unchanged as it appears to be the only reference to its previously aged interior. Service level has improved a lot as well. I will be using this hotel again now after a period of abstinence.

Fantastic experience: First time at the Coppid Beech and it didn't disappoint! Had a great night's sleep in a very comfy bed (unusual for me on the first night in a hotel); the place was very clean and comfortable overall, and staff were super friendly. It was also great value for money considering its location.

Positive experience: The hotel itself and service was great. The party package was organised and a great quality. Gym club and bar a real bonus. Only let down was the spa area. No jacuzzi as broken and lacked atmosphere. The area could do with a spruce up and more spa like feel. Hense 4 stars.

Positive experience: Good clean hotel but I booked an executive room with balcony my room was situated at the top of building no other rooms above is and was unable to smoke on the balcony I won’t be coming back here silly rules silly hotel apart from that hotel is ok decor of rooms are very old compared to lobby hope this helps

Fantastic experience: I went there for an event. I didn't stay so I have no comments on rooms. I liked the bar restaurant sitting areas on balcony too. I would definitely recommend it for business meetings or work remotely.

Positive experience: Enjoyed a weekend here to be at a diamond wedding anniversary with friends. Also used the venue to meet with family separately. Great room, spacious and comfortable. Good breakfasts (although hot food was closer to warm). Noisy both nights with bass thump from disco and noisy guests in corridor waking us at 2:30am. Friendly, polite staff; comfortable, spacious meeting area and good bar. Plenty of parking. Continental look and feel to the hotel with good amenities (gym, spa, pool) but spoiled by interrupted rest overnight.

Fantastic experience: Hotel is great have been here before and was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel had had a little upgrade. Rooms were super clean especially the bathrooms and the hotel looked great. Staff were so friendly especially the bar staff, and although they were working hard all night made time to talk to each guest, and were so so polite and friendly especially the bar staff from Aus! Restaurant staff were so attentive and polite and food was on point. Will definitely be back !

Fantastic experience: Amazing hotel, the rooms are large and most of them have balconies as the hotel is in a Swiss chalet style (take a look at the hotels profile pics you'll see what I mean). The service is exceptional, all from very knowledgeable staff who are keen to assist. I can't possibly recommend this place higher if you're in the Bracknell area

Fantastic experience: Ideal location for Honda institute, clean rooms, nice bathroom, decent shower. Good breakfast, some food options for evening meal, a nice feel to the hotel. Would use again and would recommend. Probably would go out for evening food next time. Shame you can't book other guests, kids running around corridors at times, guests not considering others early morning and late at bedtime. Some guests got drunk and kicking off on level 2 near my room, they also went outside for a fight, were loud and shouting! A let down but no fault of the hotel just the people who stayed.

Positive experience: The Coppid Beech hotel is an older hotel so not as fancy as what you would find in London. However, the rooms are very spacious and the staff goes above and beyond. In addition, the pool and other amenities are updated and very nice.

Fantastic experience: Rooms clean and nice. Whole establishment quite nice tbh. The only thing that didn't really sit right with me was that we were told at check in we could use the pool and sauna and jacuzzi til 9pm yet we were asked to leave at 840 as they were preparing to close down and have everything close for 9 which is not really ok

Positive experience: I booked a 2 night stay here with my mum, we had a great stay apaprt from one staff member who had to ruin it for us with hes miserable face. The rooms were nice and clean i give 5 star for the rooms. However I was disappointed with the restaurant manager. I didn't quite get he's name but I'm sure there's only 1 restaurant manager over there (Tall mix race guy) absolutely shocking experience we had to face by him. We were told that we were not aloud to bring our own food to eat in the restaurant lobby when we were told by the reception staff at the time of check in that we can bring our own food and eat there. Anyway long story short we were then told as we were eating to move right at the back where no one could see us eat. We were also told to make sure we take all our rubbish upstairs in our rooms once we had finished, which we were going to do anyway!!! COMMON BLOODY SENCE!!!!!! The fact that he had to come to our table and tell us shows how unprofessional he really is.. The next day we bought some drinks and spent a good £150 on drinks and cocktails, we were told that once we finished drinking to bring back our empty glasses to the bar, as he didn't have much staff. I would have loved to come back here again but unfortunately because of that 1 unprofessional service we received I don't even feel like facing him again!!!

Fantastic experience: I stay here three of four nights a month and it has become my go to place when coming into the office in Wokingham. I only deviate when I fail to book early enough to get a room. The rooms for the most part are very, very good with only some of the rooms being a little bit tired (this is to be expected I would suspect and assume that there is some kind of rotational refit in progress due to the number of rooms they have). I have yet to have a disturbed sleep as the walls seem to be adequately think enough to keep noise down. This was proven one night when on arrival i was informed that a local school was have its prom night there, fearing the worse I was surprised when I didn't hear a thing. Beds are comfortable as are the pillows and the air-conditioning actually works... Showers are really good and if you get a family room the baths are amazing (Well look amazing as I haven't used them myself). Food is pretty good and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Negative experience: overall the hotel was good but our actual room was not good. first we came in and the bed wasn’t made! it looked like someone just woke up so we had to call people in to clean it. after, the bed i slept in , you can’t turn to the other side without feeling like it’s going to break. whenever i switched sides to sleep, it would make a breaking noise . the bathroom was super dirty and the sink was clogged. and the shower water wasn’t even hot it was ice cold! we had to call someone in the tell us how to make the water hot and it didn’t even work! the water would change to kinda hot luke warmish to super cold . overall good place to stay just the room features aren’t so good

Fantastic experience: My husband and I returned for our Wedding Anniversary on Friday 5th July 2024. we had our Wedding night there 15 years ago. We had a warm welcome on arrival and a lovely surprise in our room of two towel swans on our bed with rose petals and a card too. We had dinner in the restaurant and was offered complementary drinks to celebrate which made our stay very special. I've only got one criticism and that is the manager in the lounge bar, we were waiting to get drinks and he was embarrassing a young man working behind the bar who was making some small mistakes and when he served us he was very unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: Disabled blue badge holder. Arrived back this evening to find 3 of the 4 disabled bays out front of Coppid Beech Hotel, Bracknell, taken by non blue badge holders. Had to park & walk much further to be told by reception. People with expensive cars who had been to Royal Ascot Racing, parked in disabled bays as did not want to risk security issues with their cars. Staff had asked them to move, THEY REFUSED, then management said to staff to let them park their more expensive cars in the disabled bays. I am lost for words. Even more distressing, message from Diane in reply pretending we had been offered to park on yellow lines. No such thing happened. It gets worse. Reply from management is untrue. No-one offered us to park on yellow lines & there were no cones in front of spaces. We were told there was nothing staff could do. Luxury cars took priority over disabled customers & given email address to complain to.

Fantastic experience: The new refurb brings this stunning hotel into 2024 with sparkles ✨ From the outside the ski resort style is as elegant as 'the Ovelook Hotel' and the lobbey, terrace and bar area are so nice, worth a visit if you're in the area.

Fantastic experience: Me , my wife and 3 children stayed at the Coppid beech hotel on Saturday 25th may the night before we went to legoland and wow I’m so glad we booked there. The gent on reception whose name I can’t remember was extremely welcoming and friendly a great first impression was definitely made. My kids loved the pool and the fish tank was a huge wow. All had a great nights sleep and then we went down for breakfast and we were all blown away the staff were first class and the quality of the food was top notch. The kids have already been asking when we are going back and without doubt we will be going again. A huge well done to all the staff there I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

Positive experience: First time staying here with my partner, fancied a nice weekend away. The reception staff were really friendly and we even got upgraded to a spa suite room for free which was literally like an apartment, really great value for money, rooms are a little outdated but really clean and a great selection of flavored teas and coffees in the rooms. The only issue I had while staying at the hotel was the immense noise from the nightclub, we was on the 2nd floor and it unfortunately kept us awake both nights until 2/2:30am as the base from the music was coming right through the floor. I already knew in advance that there was a nightclub but with the room location we was given it was right above where the club is. Would stay here again but not on a Friday and Saturday night.

Fantastic experience: I regularly stay in Coppid Beech for work as the staff are always very welcoming from the front desk through to the restaurant staff and the cleaning team. The gym facilities are extremely dated but do the job they are there to do. I’ve not used the wet facilities when on site as it’s normally quite busy. The room was excellently presented and bed was comfortable. The amenities in the room were suitable for my needs. The iron for the room I used wasn’t brilliant but I could blame my technique as much as the apparatus itself.

Fantastic experience: An excellent, refreshing and relaxing stay, it has something for everybody's taste. The staff are exceptional without a doubt and I'm speaking as somebody who stays in hotels all over Europe a couple of weeks every month, highly recommend.

Positive experience: Stopped here as part of a trip to Legoland. First impressions are really good, the outside of the hotel is quite unique and different. Staff were very friendly and professional. The lobby and bar area look really good. They have an unusual feature as part of the lobby extending up into all the floors. Kids loved it. Room was a good size (we'd gone for a suite as there were 5 of us). Breakfast was excellent. We were caught out by the Restaurant not accepting kids which I may have missed on the website but we just ordered in instead. The rooms are quite dated, the wooden furniture has been there sometime. Bathroom was also quite dated. A refurbishment in the rooms is definitely needed but apart from that, it was a great stay. Would definitely consider if in the area again.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for the night on a two day trip to legoland, firstly the lobby with the look up fish tank is such a viewpoint!! the family room was amazing- so spacious, deep bath, large bed, great second room attached for the children... then on to the evening meal... service was impeccable, food was presented perfectly and tasted delicious paired with a bottle of gavi. Thankyou so much for a fantastic stay!

Positive experience: Went to see Ed Sheeran Experience which was great with a good crowd. However once that was over the crowd spilled into the bigger nightclub next door where the DJ killed the mood with a bad choice of music and people quickly left. I’d imagine it would be good if it was more than 1/4 full

Positive experience: Only a brief stay, the hotel and staff were lovely, slightly dated room although very clean and well equipped and the beds were not that comfortable but fantastic you can get up 6 people in a room which is ideal for a family of 5 like ours without having to have separate rooms and everyone enjoyed the breakfast

Fantastic experience: I stayed overnight Good Friday with 3 of my granddaughters for the 30th birthday of one of them. The hotel and spa were a great experience, with friendly staff and. spotlessly clean. As it was warm and sunny l foolishly left my coat in the wardrobe, it was located and returned to me within a week. Great service as it was Easter week. Many thanks, l hope to visit again.

Negative experience: Staff genuinely decent, food is fair but wow this place is tired... Bedrooms look like they haven't been renovated since the 80s, the 'spa' / health club is run down, unclean and in desperate need of some TLC.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from a birthday surprise weekend with my family. Staff were friendly and very helpful, hotel was amazing no faults at all. Hotel had it own Keller bar with a fantastic music night on Saturday. Buffet breakfast was lovely, service was good. The hotel swimming area was clean with plenty of space and the hotel even had it's own night club. We will definitely be returning again.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience this weekend at this hotel! I was with my wife and two children, we booked two rooms and honestly the first night I couldn't sleep because of the cold...the heating didn't work (in both rooms)! The next day an electric heater was brought to us which made our night a little more ok! I do not recommend the food at the restaurant, it is expensive and very poorly prepared. A missed weekend

Fantastic experience: Went to the Corel reef for the day and booked a night at this amazing hotel. The customer service was 10/10 and the rooms are stunning. Loads of space and would definitely go back again

Fantastic experience: We stayed here for the night after a day at Legoland. We were blown away by the quality and standards. This is a fantastic hotel. Especially for families as they have rooms with a separate space/room for kids which was amazing. Really clean and modern and we were very impressed!

Positive experience: The room was okay, did not find the bed that comfortable. However breakfast ruined the whole experience - water in a flask for tea? and the coffee was also in a flask. I did not attempt either, the fruit juice was pretty unpalatable as well. They really need to up their game on the basics for breakfast

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and facilities were well maintained. Guests have use of the health club that includes a swimming pool. Restaurant menu has a more limited selection than some, but all the food was tasty and good value. Great location for Windsor and Legoland.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous hotel definately recommended, no faults to be found, clean, bright, airy, all staff exceptional could not do enough for you, made sure you wanted for nothing, fabulous breakfast next morning and loads of staff on duty to help in anyway they could.

Fantastic experience: We were up graded to a fabulous room - thank you We went to the keller and saw the live band. They were really good but sooo loud even the singer in the band commented on it! And the sound was distorted - I'm sure our enjoyment of the music would be enhanced if it was turned down a least half a turn! My ears hurt it was so loud ! I expect the music to be on the loud side but that was ridiculous We went in to Apres and loved it - great music, good DJ, plenty of room on the dance floor ! Loved the dancing!

Positive experience: All our technicians and Staff are very happy with Coppid Beach, only critism would be that they are provided with £25 per night dinner supplement but with the service charge and menu prices find it hard to fit this into their budget. Would like more choice on the evening meal to suit budgets

Positive experience: Had the best time here! Reggae boyz were playing in the evening and put on a great performance. Loved the well being centre. Food in the restaurant was lovely and had a great spread for breakfast. Great place will defo be coming back.

Negative experience: The room was cold (it was minus 6 outside and the heating wasn't working), I didn't have hot water in the morning, there was a mouldy shower curtain and the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Only positives were the beer selection at the bar and the breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed here whilst visiting Lapland UK. It was a lovely room, very spacious and comfortable beds. Ideally situated. Not sure I would have liked to stay here when the nightclub was active but on a weekday the food is amazing and the bar friendly. The fish tanks on each floor and the indoor pool were also amazing.

Positive experience: Stayed over rooms were great the hotel was amazing, dinner was lovely, breakfast not great hot buffet was cold no side plates for toast eggs bacon beans all hot buffet was cold .

Negative experience: Not like thier photos. The rooms are old, tired and worn out. The pool facilities are dreadful. The pool needs a full overhaul. The pool staff weren't interested in engaging with us when we went down for a swim. Had to workout where the changing rooms were ourselves. The changing rooms were some of the worst I've ever used. Horrid!!! Restaurant wasn't open in the evening but wasn't told this at time of booking. No children's meal in the bar. Luckily we still had a packed lunch from traveling. Overall would advise you to aviod.

Fantastic experience: This will be the second time that myself and the wife have stayed at copid hotel this time it was room 336 and all in all the experience is very good. The pool, Jacuzzi and steam room is just what we needed to unwind after what has been a very stressful year. I unfortunately let some items in my room and did not know until I arrived back home. Contact was made and the staff at Copid and they did all they could to find theses items to which I am very grateful. All in all we will be returning again later in 2024

Fantastic experience: 'Another' employers course was made so much better being able to stay at the Coppid Beech!! All staff were fantastic and polite. My room looked like it was brand new, having a walk-in shower rather than an old bath. Breakfast was great and some lovely beers were on tap at the bars. All in all a very comfortable stay. Thanks all. PS, loving the fish tank!

Fantastic experience: Very impressed! This is actually amazing for a 4 star hotel. I loved the fish tank which runs down the middle of the hotel- so cool! The reception area is newly refurbished and absolutely beautiful! The room was massive, clean and with all amenities like complimentary coffee, water, ironing board and a nice hair dryer. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The A/C worked really well. The bathroom was really modern and clean. One bit of feedback is that I would’ve loved to have a bath robe and bed from slippers. The free wellness area is also a bonus. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really tasty! I thought the Apres night club was actually quite good in terms of space and the music/DJ. I ordered lunch via room service- super speedy and the lunch came in a gorgeous tray. I also rang house keeping for a sewing kit; a really really sweet woman called Renata brought it up in less than 5 minutes. Overall very very impressed xxx

Positive experience: Heating wasnt working, so felt bery in the room, when mentioned to the front desk, they just left a electric radiator heater outside my room. Ordered room service, they didnt bring the 1 beverage i ordered, after waiting and waiting, and a second call to them, finally got the 1 drink, i had finished my dinner by then, these were the reasons for the 4 star overall and 3 stars for room and service.

Fantastic experience: Lack of signage for event I was attending and front desk did not know where it was taking place! Food was good but lack of tables for used crockery. Meeting room was good and the chairs are really comfortable.

Negative experience: I stay at this hotel regularly for work, the hotels refurbished rooms are okay. It’s clean and comfortable. In general the staff are nice. What lets this hotel down is the food offering. It’s awful. I have never had a good meal in two years of staying there….the food is often greasy, over cooked, under cooked or not available. They serve strange soup - Fennel and Potato this week - what about a nice tomato, chicken or vegetable soup??? Room service is shocking…I rang down to get a sandwich at 10pm to order an sandwich…I was first told meal service had finished, then put through to the bar and told the chefs have gone home, then when I queried the room service menu being 2200 -Midday I was told to call back at 10.30 when the night team took over! It’s a sandwich I wanted….not a three course meal! I also took my own soup to the hotel. A lot of people order takeaway (check food ratings before you order is my advice) but there is a petrol station opposite that does crisps and sandwiches is you get stuck! Some of the catering staff have dirty fingernails and have been too familiar with my colleague and I. I did complain once….but nothing has improved food wise.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at The Coppid Beech Hotel in Bracknell, Berkshire, England, with my wife and 4-year-old son. We were all very impressed with the hotel. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a large bed and a separate area for my son. The bathroom was also spacious and well-equipped, with a bathtub and a shower. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were especially kind to my son, who loved playing with them in the lobby and halls. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the hotel one night, and the food was very good. My son loved the hotel's swimming pool and playground. He spent hours playing in the pool and on the swings. Overall, I would highly recommend The Coppid Beech Hotel to families with young children. It is a great place to stay before a visit to Legoland or for any other occasion.

Negative experience: Never stay here . Me,wife 8 yr old kept up until gone midnight by a party, could hear every song being played. Never again will I go anywhere near this place or suggest anyone with a family does. Air con/heating didn’t work. Provided kettle with the lead to short to fit any plug socket without putting it on the floor. Iron didn’t work, Weekend absolutely ruined by this place, why allow loud events when you encourage families to stay

Positive experience: The Coppid Beech I know now for more than 15 years. Finally they are in the middle of a refurbishment. The rooms are now quite nice and comfortable. Bathroom equipment with a shower is really nice and clean. Of course Bracknell is not a holiday place but the centre town now offers some nice restaurants. But the Coppid Beechis not in walking distance. Good for a business stay.

Negative experience: Boom boom boom... Chachachachacha The soundtrack to your night. Dance music literally rocks the hotel. If that's your thing, great. If you actually want to sleep, then I'd suggest another venue. Even though we were moved to the other end of the hotel the music was audible. Sunday morning started at 9am with music from the gym taking up the baton. This hotel could be a wonderful hotel, but it does seem to be a party venue and is a hubub. So this trumps everything.

Positive experience: It's an impressive looking building and inside it looks very clean and tidy. Staff also very friendly. Huge car park but it's also a huge hotel so parking can be tricky at busy times. Our room looked clean but on closer inspection the bed sheets were stained and not very clean. My wife also got bitten by something twice whilst in the room. Shower had great pressure though.

Fantastic experience: We've stayed there many times now. Many of the rooms have been fully refurbished, the suite we've just stayed in wasn't (hence 4 stars). Food is always good, and the live bands in the beer Keller are always of a high standard too!

Fantastic experience: Clean and good size rooms with very comfy beds. We saw a tribute band and went to Apres. Great night! The customer service was exceptional. Extremely well run hotel with friendly, efficient & professional staff. I recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our kids loved this hotel. They were fascinated by the fish tanks on each floor. The hotel room was clean, food was excellent. Staff very helpful. Pool area could do with an upgrade, it's a bit tired looking and the changing rooms were not as clean as they could be.

Fantastic experience: Lovely big rooms very comfy beds great shower very clean. The price of the room was around what you'd pay for a Premier Inn room but here you get to use the on-site swimming pool and gym for free plus they have an on-site nightclub but you do have to be 25+ to enter and there are certain rules you have to follow before you enter they also have a Spa on-site and just across the road from hotel there's a shell garage and a wine/spirit etc shop also the hotel is only a 10min drive from the Lexicon shopping centre where they have lot's of restaurants pubs a 4x Cinema Cineworld so perfect place to stay oh and they have air-con and heating in all rooms that u can turn up or down as to your liking so all-round perfect hotel

Positive experience: We were given a disabled room despite having booked a twin back in January. The beds were very comfortable but a disabled person would struggle in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put anything, no shelf or any surface for even a toothbrush and no mirror in the bathroom. But the beds were very comfortable. We also had to be assertive to get dry towels having used the allocated ones in the spa. Overall I would say value for money and excellent food

Fantastic experience: Went with 3 friends. Had a great time. Rooms were clean and the food was good. Only let down was the bar drinks. They don't have bottled soft drinks so the only option was syphoned which were awful. Decided to try a Guinness instead but that was warm and had an odd taste. Cocktails were no better. They were not made correctly with the bar tender reading what looked like notes on how to make them. Overall a great night away. Will definitely visit again.

Positive experience: The hotel itself looks like something that should be based in the mountains at a skiing resort. The hotel itself was very nice standard I loved the fish tanks on each floor that when you looked up had a kaleidoscope kind of effect. On checking we had an issue with our room the aircon wouldn’t change temperature and was stuck at 24 this was solved quickly and we moved rooms and the aircon was perfect! I will say that the other room we were moved to looked a lot more modern that the previous room we had so from a service point of view fantastic! We did also venture down to the bar in the basement which was unusual in a hotel and got extremely busy - we also had to have our photos taken so I’m guessing things may kick off (there were lots of security guards to which is never a great sign so we had a pint each and left) very expensive drinks beware. There’s no fridges in the room and I wanted to chill our bottle of wine, so I asked if we could have an ice bucket but the barman said they only have 7 for the WHOLE hotel and they are reserved for customers who buy a bottle of wine from the restaurant, so was handed a pint of ice instead not great but we managed! Overall the stay was OK, we traveled from Wales so was quite a long journey for the 1 night but I think they have more rooms than they have to put their guests everything was small and petite for over 200+ rooms. I don’t think we’d return but did enjoy aspects of our stay!

Negative experience: Room is great, although decor is a bit dated. Food in the restaurant is tasty, the staff are friendly. Hate that it sounds like the disco is in our room. The music is soo loud, and keeping us awake! We have a family room, with young children, so do not expect to hear the music, so loudly, if it was a dull background noise, it would be ok, but it's not. Total dampner on our trip!

Positive experience: Lovely hotel, with good entertainment and night club. The food is only ok (nothing wow and over priced) and the service in the restaurant was poor to say the least which the slap on top of the bill. The spa was extremely dated, worn out and actually felt dirty in dyer need of updated. The rooms were really nice though and worth the price and the rest of the building was lovely.
