Positive experience: Ok gym with sufficient equipment to have workout. Friendly staff and other users who are willing to give tips to correct form. Contains a sauna, studio and sports hall and free parking. Beware when they offer to give you a free months gym if you leave a review cause you wont recieve it reason ive now left to go JD.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the Gym for a number of years. I enjoy the classes especially body pump and insanity. I have a really good workout. The staff are really friendly too. The gym is never too overcrowded and there is always equipment for me to use.

Fantastic experience: There has been extensive refurbishment work over the past 18months improving the sports hall, dance studio, both male and female changing rooms and the main gym area. The gym has the latest Precor cardio equipment and high quality Jordan resistant equipment. There is an array of fitness classes on offer which members can book using the online booking system. Positive experience: Love the place staff friendly gym has cross trainers etc weights up to 50kg it's not a muscle bound gym so people will not feel intimidated. Classes recommended commended Any class by Shauns or Joy also they have a bike club run by Luke punch bag speed ball separate sauna refurbished changing rooms been here for about 5 years staff and users great. The only critiscm is they need someone on the floor to help newbies in the gym. The car parking is free just need to remember to put your number plate in great value for money

Fantastic experience: Nice small gym. Doesn't suit the big gym goers. Good to miss the crowds compared to Pure Gym and the likes. Like it as can be the only person in there at times

Negative experience: Joined the gym here, was NOT given an induction and NOT told about parking restrictions. Got two fines amounting to £120.00 Spoke to gym staff to wave the fee as gym members receive "free" parking. The manager refused to speak to me. My appeal got denied due to lack of evidence and the parking company refused to investigate the matter to see if I was an actual member or not. Lost pounds in money not weight! DISGUSTING PLACE!! DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT!! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

Negative experience: Its ok if you know what you are doing in a gymn but not many people around to help you. But for price its ok. Good for prople who knows how equipment works in a gymn.
