Fantastic experience: Nice good gym friendly staff

Negative experience: We have Sunday clubs here but 3 times in 6 months no one has bothered to open the sports hall. Really poorly managed. Kids doing martial arts outside on concrete is not ideal. Disappointment for local community and all the clubs they impact.

Negative experience: Misleading information about swimming pool :(

Positive experience: Good clean sports halls.

Negative experience: Booked the court on Sunday. The centre is closed. Requested refund. Nobody picked up phone calls and no response to emails and texts. Truly rubbish management.

Fantastic experience: Lovely

Negative experience: The sport hall’s floor is persistently dusty and unclean, creating hazardous conditions for physical activities. I am mostly afraid to run, as it is so slippery. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude toward this concern appears indifferent or occasionally impolite, contributing to an overall unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere.

Negative experience: Misleading pictures - the first picture made me come all the way to the centre to swim to realize there they had no swimming pool.

Negative experience: Booked and paid for badminton on a Saturday morning, turned up on time, lights off and building closed.

Positive experience: I have visited this sports centre many times to play badminton. Courts are well lit and ceiling is high. It's open till 10pm on weeknights. You don't need to be a member to book a court for tenner an hour. Aspire club runs classes for kids on Saturdays after 1pm.

Positive experience: Great small gym, friendly staff even though there aren’t PTs or instructors available, so only suitable for experienced gym goers. Restricted opening times so it can get a bit busy. Equipment in a reasonable condition. Could do with a bit of cleaning from time to time though.

Positive experience: Cheap gym but very small with not much room for free weights. Staff are awesome and kind. Opening hours cause it to be very busy on weekdays.

Negative experience: Most of the photos uploaded for the sport centre are of a completely different place. This should be corrected (by the business owner) so that people are not mislead.

Positive experience: Nice 4G pitch, but the parking is terrible. Not enough spaces in the Car Park at busy periods and big fines for parking on the road.

Negative experience: Unqualified staff. Dirty. Totally disinterested staff. Just sit around in the reception. Is more a playground for teens than a gym

Positive experience: Not a bad place to workout. However, I wish they had swimming pool. Also they charge £9 for badminton court even if you are a member!!!

Negative experience: Would give it no stars. Zero customer service, the manager don't care about the members at all. Don't waste your time going to this gym.

Positive experience: It's a nice enough little gym and the membership fee includes all of the classes so that's handy. Their limited space can be an issue though as the gym (especially the weights area) can get quite cramped. I think the ventilation could also be better as it can get quite warm.

Fantastic experience: Staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. A good gym, it’s a shame about the opening hours but it is no fault of their own. A really pleasant place to work out, with good facilities and a range of classes included in the membership fee!

Positive experience: Seems like a nice sports centre. It's brand new so still has a chance to mess it all up...

Negative experience: Really poor customer service. No idea what customers wants because they never ask. Classes cancelled, changed and removed from timetables with no consultation. Rude staff and poor facilities. The one good thing about this place were the Les Mills instructors but it seems like they have decided to replace all LM classes with yoga.

Negative experience: Even it's part of Abbeycroft leisure centre they won't let you in until you pay another membership just for this site. I was pretty upset, because I have spent an hour in traffic to get here and they have told me I can't use it until I pay for a session. Why would I pay when I've already paid for my membership? Very dissapointed. I have even been able to book a class online with my membership card, but they said I have to pay even I have booked it. Why do they even offer an option to book it? Other than that they have an offer to pay £24.99 and this is ridiculous price considering the fact that they are open only in the evening and offering one class a day only. Not a lot of choices, you can get membership with many more options to choose from in Cambridge for this price.
