Negative experience: "The party on December 22 was a lot of fun, and the venue was absolutely fantastic—the hall had such a great atmosphere! Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. It was cold, lacked flavor, and didn't seem fresh at all, almost like it had been prepared the day before. Definitely room for improvement in that area, but overall, the event was still enjoyable!"

Positive experience: Great place to meet for 3 families from different locations.

Negative experience: This hotel has no safes in the rooms, we did our Christmas shopping and on the last day of our stay, we realised that one of the employees had ransacked our cases and stole a brand new iPhone, the hotel did nothing to help. The door was still intact so not a break-in. Do not go to this hotel the cleaners go through your personal belongings and Village hotel doesn’t care.

Negative experience: Stayed in the hotel for work purposes. Great facilities but unfortunately the hotel held events on during my stay and music playing very loud until 1am mid week. Very diasspointing as it was impossible to sleep through the loud music. Thought this was very unusual for a hotel to allow. Multiple complaints were made by the guests but still the music was not turned down

Positive experience: Room whilst clean and spacious had old well used uncomfortable pillows, no glasses in bathroom, one plug socket near a mirror which was so difficult to access I couldn't use it, behind a very heavy desk. Dried hair with no mirror. The worst part was the location of the room over the function suite in full swing on a Monday night. Loud music till 11pm, but the very worst was the clearing up till past 1am with the sound of clanking furniture being wheeled around, dreadful nights sleep.as they knew mine was a business trip more thought could have been given to the location of the room. Staff were pleasant but at £111 per night for bed and breakfast, I will not be returning

Negative experience: We went to the Christmas panto event. The food was ok but not very nice. The panto was awful, full of adult innuendos, not funny, a cast of only 4, changing into different roles, it was loud and brash, and the theme was very thinly based on Cinderella. Next year the new theatre and burger king for us. The Santa was a. NIce touch though.

Fantastic experience: Water babies lessons Had a catch up lesson. The swimming pool Car park is massive and FREE parking for 4 hours no need to add your reg until after the free hours. (Other reviews seem to mention pricey parking but this is not so) Looked massive and clean when came in Starbucks added bonus for a snack after swim The changing rooms are pretty decent with male/female/family separation They had a swimsuit "dryer" it took care of most the water so it was not dripping everywhere. The pool was chilly but warmer then normal pools (probably due to the lessons) Pool looked amazing to relax in for a spa day too. Loads of different options and lanes.

Fantastic experience: Staff were great, super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Our rooms included access to pool which was great, nice big pool all one depth and plenty of seating all around. Clean and spacious changing rooms with plenty of lockers. We had breakfast before checking out, very good cooked breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, toast, juices, coffee and tea. Between us we tried it all and were very satisfied. The location was perfect for us coming to treforest from Gloucester and visiting Margam Park for the Luminate event, and Cardiff for shopping and a meal out. Parking was free as we arrived Friday evening and left Saturday morning. There’s a charge at other times. We were able to put our bags in a side room before we left, which was helpful. Check in and out was easy, the car park was a good size.

Positive experience: Not as modern as other village hotels I've stayed in. Slightly run down rooms

Negative experience: As a retiree joined health club to use pool + water aerobics. Full of entitled old, north cardiff rude ignorant women. Who gossip throughout classes. Waste of money.

Negative experience: Well what can I say, if you like traffic noise and in my case random drilling and hamering noise because refurbishment are until 6pm, so don't book a teams meet before then. The food is excellent and waiting staff kind too, the bar staff are randomly rude to surly but hey, the rooms are smelly and they leave dirty towels behind bathroom door.

Fantastic experience: I attend the gym there as I live locally. Great facilities including Gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say what the rooms are like because we had a meeting there and had a session with a physio but can say the staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities ,like pool and gym, look amazing.

Positive experience: A quality hotel but at a premium cost, most staff are lovely. The gym is very big and there is everything you need. The pool is a really nice size but there are no deep ends. The Starbucks is also nice, just a bit small. The food in the restaurant is very tasty but expensive. But overall a nice place to stay and possibly to do work in the restaurant or the dedicated work area.

Positive experience: We arrived on Friday the 4th of October, after a long stressful day, the staff at the Starbucks at 6pm were absolutely amazing with my wife who was overwhelmed by the day we had, had. I cannot praise them enough. Also the village receptionist was very helpful and understanding. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic experience: I booked a meeting room for a course I was running. The room was always clean and tidy, and the staff were always there to help if needed. Donna was brilliant at reception and always happy to help with any issues.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience, Great Value for Money - good communication & warm welcome & helpful staff - plenty of signage - vibrant atmosphere & good facilities, gym/spa & pool were good quality + working room was clean and tidy and spacious, bathroom clean & top quality shower - great atmosphere and colourful - bar staff were great + top notch customer service food was tasty and drinks good - have to say lady with black hair on check in & blonde lady at Bar were credit to Hotel

Positive experience: Excellent place to stay, just watch the cost. Booked online and still had to pay more when we got there. So, bit costly overall.

Positive experience: I've stayed a few times and generally very good. My only complaint is that it was very noisy late into the early hours at the weekend both nights due to functions. There were revellers up and down the corridors making noise in the early hours and no sign of any management/intervention so it continued for a long time and disturbed my family in both our rooms.

Negative experience: £146+£5 parking for one night is too much for a very basic room with a broken window frame that doesn't close. Its also pretty noisy, pretty much everywhere. The breakfast doesn't have quality ingredients and I was charged for a drink in the bar I didn't have. Still waiting for a refund. Every member of staff was lovely though.

Fantastic experience: we travel to Wales a lot and this place is great for parking. i pick up a guy from here and get back on the motorway and go to work. the parking is free upto 4 hours. it will cost you £5 all day after that.

Negative experience: Reception area and bar is very nice, Rooms are dated and could do with an upgrade especially with the prices they charge. Cleanliness of rooms not very good.

Negative experience: The hotel and the team are lovely so I would recommend staying here but if you're a vegetarian eat somewhere else. That's why I have given a 2 star rating. I know from previous experience that vegetarian food is nowhere on the priority list of any Village hotel I have been to previously but my recent stay hit an all time low for extremely poor veggie food. The burger was listed as a beetroot burger with salad and fries and what I was served was uncooked rice covered in, what looked like, beetroot paste and squashed together in the shape of a pattie. It was inedible as the rice wasn't even remotely cooked so I took it back and asked for a refund. The team were very apologetic. It wasn't their fault so I wasn't going to have a go at them. They offered to cook me another one but I declined as having the same option again was a definite no. One of the service team said she was vegetarian also and advised that they had a soya based veggie burger available so I asked why that wasn't on the menu. She didn't know. As it was after 8pm by then I decided on a refund as the best and safest option. Vegetarian food is not a new concept in 2024 but to be served something this bad was a shock. The fact that a chef thought that was acceptable as a vegetarian burger is very concerning.

Positive experience: So myself and husband are regulars to the gym! We pay a lot each month but there's a few aspects that need to be improved, we were told the gym opens at 5am, it is very rarely open before 5:10.....the same with the pool, often stood round waiting until after 6am before the pool and changing rooms get opened! The equipment is quite old and rusty! It is however clean and tidy! Hopefully things start to open on time soon, we pay enough each month and on a year's contract!

Positive experience: A shame that the room we had didn't have any besides tables or any storage other than a hanger area. When queried we were told it was being renovated!! Good job there was a bed!!

Positive experience: Room needed some TLC, bathroom in particular, paint was peeling and the door didn't fully latch. There was nearby construction throughout the night until around 2am which wasn't great as it was too hot to close the window but there was a fan provided. Other than that everything was excellent, staff are super friendly and I would say it's great value for money.

Positive experience: Very pleasant team, including the cleaners. Customer service was brilliant from check in to checkout. I cannot fault any of it. We only had their breakfast buffet and that was good. Good facilities available including a gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room, enjoyed their use whilst there except for the gym which we never had the opportunity to fit it in our schedule with kids in tow. Rooms were clean, the only thing i noticed as a minus was a chipped table in my room and a damp towel. When i told the cleaning staff they very quickly offered a replacement for the towel. No other issues encountered.

Fantastic experience: I use the village gym for P.T. sessions with Josephine Partridge, she is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and one of the most fantastic people I have ever met, truly changed my life, my health and my state of mind and always with a smile and encouragement. The whole team are welcoming an the facilities are superb.

Negative experience: I want to say the staff here were lovely and very welcoming. However the room was very substandard. Yes we paid a cheap price but did not know we would end up with a room not renovated and v dated. Would be good if this was put on t he booking. I have fibromyalgia and have trouble regulating my temperature and it was boiling in the room. No air conditioning no fan and when I looked out the window the room is next to two outdoor wall heaters. We booked a double room and it was two twins put together which was strange. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling which is an easy fix just a scrub and anti mould paint. We didn't ask to switch rooms as we had to go to a wedding reception so limited on time. I barely slept. Breakfast was ok. I won't be returning.

Positive experience: Ate in the pub, very long wait for food, which apparently is normal... Nice decor and close to M4, which is why I meet colleagues there.

Negative experience: No Aircon and lack of sound proofing in the room could hear other guests going to toilet. There was a fan in the room but this wasn't of any use. The room and bathroom were very outdated in comparison with other village hotels I have stayed in. Not worth the extra price in comparison with the other budget hotels nearby.

Positive experience: Good facilities including gym and pool at extra cost though.

Positive experience: A friendly welcome on arrival and the staff were polite asking had we had a good trip. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and polite.

Positive experience: We were greeted by Leighton who helped us with the self check in screens. He asked what the nature of the visit was. Me and my partner were celebrating an anniversary together. We went to our room and 15 minutes later, Leighton knocked our door with a bottle of Prosecco and a card to congratulate us. Thank you to Leighton and the team for making us feel welcome! Will be sure to visit again soon!

Negative experience: Pay £70 a month for gym membership and pool access but when I wanted to take my 4 year old swimming for an hour they wanted an additional £10! This is very disappointing as not really much in this pool for children to do anyway, so charging extra for this is disgraceful. Staff unsympathetic, bordering on condescending about this issue. Website mentions nothing of a £10 charge only a ‘£5 entry fee may apply’

Fantastic experience: Was greeted on arrival by Beth who helped me check in and had a chat about my day and evening plans. Beth was also working when I checked out and asked how my evening was and she was just generally nice happy and good at her job. A credit to the hotel

Negative experience: Was given a disabled room. With the sink in the bathroom really low and the bed was also low. and I'm 6ft3inch tall. Made it difficult for me. Then charged me for the room which my company paid for. Lucky I checked my bank account still waiting for a refund.

Fantastic experience: This place has it all: excellent business centre, spa facilities and gym, meeting rooms, sports bar, parking near the M4. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love coming here to work or have meetings

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service regarding the gym. I was told by a member of staff that I had 5 free passes. Brought my friend who was looking to join (certainly won’t be now) using what would have been my 4th pass to then be told I have no passes remaining and had to purchase a day pass for him. Emailed and used the online chat over the past month to which I have had no response. Looking forward to my membership being terminated next month since they cannot be bothered to reply.

Negative experience: Very very disappointed. Not much better than travel lodge but more expensive, very firm bed and pillows like bricks. Room small, lot of loud music until late - ? Private functions. Motor/compressor running all night - window had to be open as hot! Food - nothing special, husbands chips cold and hard, slaw def not home made and over 30 mins wait... football on, on all HUGE screens (England match had finished) so so loud couldnt talk to each other. Very busy with visitors to both pub and gym/swimming pool. More like leisure centre to be honest. Final straw car damaged in car park!

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely warm welcome from the manager Scott, he made sure that my stay was smooth and comfortable! Helped me to use the app to order a drink and I was impressed with the overall service from all the staff who were welcoming. The hotel was busy but everything ran smoothly and my stay was really enjoyable! Thank you for a great stay I’ll be back soon.

Positive experience: Great hotel, good food and location. Rooms were a bit dated and in need of some TLC, but generally OK. The TV reception wasn't brilliant in the room, but I spent most of the evening in the sports bar!

Fantastic experience: We stayed two nights for our son’s wedding. The staff were fantastic & went out of their way to help us, I can’t praise them enough. They helped us store cakes for the reception, found us extra towels for my son & his best man when they decided to get ready in our hotel room and generally kept us comfortable & happy. This hotel is easy to access from the M4 & the parking is excellent. Thank you

Fantastic experience: A very nice place. I was disappointed with the variety of drinks at the bar and the non variety of quality drinks. The bar reminded me of a supermarket shelf cheap low quality drinks at ridiculous prices designed to take the last bit of change out of you pockets.

Fantastic experience: I've stayed here twice now and it is a brilliant hotel. Breakfasts are superb, rooms are modern and clean with comfy beds. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: So my room was really dated, had hairline crack in the sink, the bed had a horrid looking brown cover over the bed the desk had large chips taken out of it. Carpet has seen better days. The room as a whole was clean it was just old and needs updating... I was told i was in the old end of the hotel so would love to return and stay in the new part as the rest of the hotel is lovely. The pool has the best looking facilities iv seen in any other village and iv been to a good few now. The pool is really big, clean and bas character around the pool, has a lovely conservatory area with the sun longers and the steam and sauna were nice and worked well. Also the spa was nice. Couldn't fault the poolside facilities. Breakfast was lovely and i love how it was laid out. Starbucks were great also.

Positive experience: The room was fine, but it was so busy on weekends that there was a long queue for breakfast. There is a bus stop just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which will take you to Cardiff city centre in 30 minutes. Directly behind the hotel there is an ASDA Superstore and a McDonald's restaurant.

Positive experience: Huge place average stay tbh if you upgrade a lot would probably be beneficial rooms very standard and have an overused feel i wouldnt stay there again if im honest

Fantastic experience: This review is for the bar area. The two young men who I later realised were twins were great. Polite and attentive they should be working in fine-dining restaurants!

Negative experience: I came in this evening to watch the Manchester United FA Cup match and have dinner with my father and 2 sons. The match was on and was building up to kick off. I went to the bar to order drinks and food, when a Chelsea fan came up to the bar and asked for the channel to be changed. I then asked if they could change one of the screens back so we could watch the match that was originally on and the reason we had come in to be told that it wasn’t possible and all screens now needed to be on the same channel (I’ve seen different screens on different matches before). We then had to rush home, get a take away and I missed the first half while I got my sons something to eat. For a sports bar this is appalling and I won’t be choosing to eat or drink here again In the future because I can’t rely that you are able to show what I would like to watch even though you have so many screens I would understand if wasn’t already on but it was and people were watching it

Fantastic experience: Birthday meal and night evening away lovely happy birthday poster on room wall and a bottle ov wine it really made my night stay special thankyou so much lovely meal watching the rugby wales lost but everyone was so friendly scotland won after lol xx went to ourcroon had a lovely snug down but some peeps celebrated more than me and I did wake up but not hotel fault lovely stay we will be back thank you xx

Fantastic experience: Have only used the pool here. My girls love it. The lifeguards are friendly, changing rooms are great. Showers are good. Space around the pool is lovely with loungers in a big glassy area with loads of light coming in. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi areas. Loads of floats come out at certain times which is great fun for the kids.

Negative experience: We were thinking of staying for a week. As my wife needs treatment every day at Velindre Cancer hospital. But we were told we would have to pay £5 a day parking. To have to pay for the privilege to park at the hotel your staying at, seems a bit much to me.

Positive experience: Extortionate food prices!! £20 for a burger or fish and chips.

Positive experience: Only went for one of their meeting hubs - needed an HDMI adapter but theirs had been nicked. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Positive experience: Met a colleague for coffee on a very busy Friday afternoon. The place was packed but service was excellent and full praise goes to the girls walking around to take peoples drinks orders.

Fantastic experience: It's a privilege to leave a review, initially, beautiful hotel, welcoming staff a lovely Scottish lass on reception. She recommended what facilities were available . I entered my room to find the lovely staff had treated me to a birthday surprise of chilled prosecco, chocolates and a 60th birthday card. Bless you all, we had a lovely relaxed time, and your food is 10/10. I will be back.

Positive experience: Visited the leisure club as had one day pass. Very impressed with facilities, changing rooms and pool area. Staff very efficient and friendly. Definitely worth considering membership.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with this hotel - I travel a lot and stay in Village hotels a lot as I like to use their gyms. The room is so dirty and doesn’t look like it’s had a proper clean in a long time (same as the corridors. There’s grime around all crevices such as taps and sideboards - there’s stuff in the room from the previous visitor and hair in the shower that I can only dream was mine being bald!! There’s stains in the bed but I think this is just from old well used sheets rather than a stain I need to worry about! During my four day stay after the room had not being cleaned for two days I went and spoke to reception and asked why it hasn’t been cleaned and was informed they don’t clean rooms during a stay just do a five minute turndown…. Well no one had even been in my room at all! I was asked to stay downstairs while someone would clean the room…. I waited an hour as they forget to let me know it had been cleaned and went back upstairs thinking it would have been cleaned….. nope! Someone put clean towels on the bed and that was it. Leaving the sink and toilet dirty and leaving the dirty dishes in the room. I went back down stairs to speak to the reception team who informed me that this is what a clean involved. There were a few members of staff the included a male in a shirt and tie who looked like a manger. He rolled his eyes and turned to other staff when I asked what I could expect for the rest of my stay. This left me frustrated because I love the village hotels but won’t be staying again as I’m not staying in dirty rooms!! Or at a hotel that doesn’t appear to care. I wouldn’t have minded as I wasn’t even complaining and just outlined my surprise as this is not my experience in a hotel. ** I wrote this yesterday and it’s my last day at the hotel today - it’s sad to see the hotel manager write on this review as it’s clearly empty words - I’ve got back to the hotel today and the room hasn’t been touched…. My plates from my food last night are where I left them, my bins are over flowing and the dirt and mess are in the same place…. Maybe it would have been better for the general manager to actually sort the issue not just write a meaningless response to this review**

Fantastic experience: Great place to be located to see south wales, only comment, room could do with a arm chair to relax in, been here a week for work and dont always want to sit in public places to read a book in the evening.

Negative experience: Enquired about a family swim session, plan was to have a swim and a meal for a birthday, and after spending over 15 minutes on hold we finally got quoted a staggering £76 for a swim only session for 2 adults, a 2 year old, and a 5 year old! Wow, it must be a very nice pool but we won't be going!

Negative experience: The gym is decent but avoid the restaurant because it is terrible, been a few times now. First time I went I ordered on their app (advertised all over the site) and the food never showed up. Ordered again tonight (at the bar this time) and the food took >70 mins to arrive, chips were cold and undercooked. Couldnt even fill the wait time with a drink because their systems were down (not the staffs fault admittedly). Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Village hotel since 7 years old and have had the opportunity to bring my own daughter for her 13th birthday. We stayed 2 nights and couldn't be happier. Donna, on reception is a wonderful lady, always so welcoming. It was amazing to introduce my daughter to her, from myself as a young girl with my mum to me and my daughter, Donna makes visiting the village that much much special. I'd also like to thank Sian (waitress in photo) she was so friendly and made my daughters birthday meal flow so easy. which couldn't of been easy as there were 7 of us, so thank you again. looking forward to returning in January 2024. The rooms, food, pool and hospitality is always 5***** and we'll worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Organised a company meeting at the hotel with rooms for a night. Staff were all excellent, facilities great, perfect location, nice rooms and good food. Definitely a place I would reccomend and we will be back.

Negative experience: Lets start work the good points: They had mushrooms available at breakfast time. Bed was comfortable. Decent TV Now the not so good: Room door entry fob hanging off. Bathroom covered in black mould over the ceiling and shower seals. Room ceiling looked like it has been water damaged. Kettle not working, reported to reception who told me they'd get it fixed but 4 days later it hadn't been touched. 3 of us ordered dinner at the same table, 1 came out in a few minutes the next came out 30 minutes later and the last came out 10 minutes after that and the starter was dumped on the table at the same time as the main. The bacon at breakfast is just strips of fat marinating in a pool of grease. One morning, stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated for breakfast. WiFi kept disconnecting and they tried to prevent me from connecting to my business VPN which they failed to do; it makes me suspicious why they didn't want me connecting via VPN, are they spying? Given they can't even run a hotel I doubt they're into espionage but it does make me wonder why I had to go to additional lengths to bypass their VPN restrictions.

Fantastic experience: Comfy and clean room and bathroom. Bed a bit on the hard side, but could be just me. Loved the quality coffee on offer in the room. We attended a wedding there, it was faultless. Much love and thanks to the Scottish lady on reception. She's a proper star, she is!! Nice breakfast too, great choice of breakfast goodies!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant hotel with a much improved menu. Staff are very helpful and can not do enough to please. Lots of upgrades are in progress. Excellent business centre that was being used to its maximum. Very good addition to the hotel.

Negative experience: Went to the bar and grill for dinner...waited an hour for the for the food which we then caught very bad food poisoning from. I rang to let the hotel know this had happened and did speak to someone super apologetic but I was told I'd get a call the next day from someone in charge of the bar and grill but have yet to ever get a call back. Can't comment on the hotel, but I'd take a pass on the food...

Negative experience: Had a good night with family at a Motown dinner. But let down by poor service,, flat beer, dull food and disappointing sound. But as a family we made it a good night by having a laugh!

Negative experience: My room was OK but my friends room had no electric to sockets handle missing in bathroom could lock yourself in qiut easy handle loose on front door shower tray blocked he did get money back next day as I say my room was fine

Fantastic experience: It's a great hotel and all, nice and clean rooms, perfect for a night stay and also great services such as a Starbucks on the ground floor, and a pub adjacent to it. There is also an amazing gym along with a nice swimming pool, and even a spa. But when it comes to cost, I'm not too sure. The cost was kinda hefty, but I did get a family room. Don't know if they do cheaper rooms for less people, but if so, they are probably cheaper.

Fantastic experience: If you want a quiet country hotel, this is not it. However, this is a busy and well run establishment. Great staff, good facilities and nice rooms. Just off the M4. Donna at reception was a real Star. Good disabled parking. In fact, lots of parking. Quick note - The postcode is not an exact location, and led us to a small housing estate next door. Food can be a bit basic, but good.

Positive experience: Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice bar area with Sky Sports on multiple screens. Food available in bar. Lovely large swimming pool for guests. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic hotel with good vibes and clean, modern rooms. Caitlyn on reception was particularly welcoming and, despite a slight issue with one of our rooms, was able to rectify this problem promptly and professionally. Kelly also went above and beyond in her service in the pub and grill, resulting in a great evening meal experience. All the other staff we encountered were equally as friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Positive experience: Staff super friendly and clearly working their socks off to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Great location close to the motorway and for exploring South Wales and beyond! Only downside is the rooms are a little tired now (chipped furniture, broken fittings and stained carpets) but cant complain on price point. Im guessing it must be due a proper refurb soon rather than an aesthetic makeover. If not the senior management in the company should be taking note.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely hotel with lovely staff, didn't actually eat here throughout the stay but certainly seemed like a good place, you have a main bar, a spa area with swimming pool, a Starbucks coffee shop and bar and grill good area, big TVs area and very modern decor, the rooms were of a really good size, and with everything needed in the room, including an iron and ironing board which came in handy, good water pressure on the shower although I'm my opinion the bath is very shallow, but all in all a really good place can highly recommend

Positive experience: Firstly all the staff were all welcoming, and the food lovely. Just the room was a slight let down. There wasn’t a main light which made it hard to see on a wet dark day with only lamps to use. Booking a “family” room which has the same room size dimensions as a standard double, and a shower, just had an added pull out bed for our little one which made it a squeeze. As a family room you would think there would be at least 3/4 cups for drinking from. But there was only 2 mugs. Would of been good if they had extra glasses to drink water from. However, great location, lovely staff and and breakfast was tasty.

Fantastic experience: Used hotel and facilities for both pleasure and work. Staff very helpfull and polite. In particular the VWork centre. Had a very friendly, smart and extremely professional member of staff discuss the fantastic facilities for meetings and work called Aaron who presented the facilities on hand to me with great enthusiasm was very impressive. Enjoyed my stay overall and have and will be with you in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great staff great hotel. Quiet and good size rooms. Very comfortable. Only one thing what I was struggling is the light in the room to dark for my liking. Gladly room is equipped with desk lamp. Thank you.
