Negative experience: Maybe warranted a 3 but the showers I found appalling. Virtually have to hold hand on button to keep shower going and water was stone cold. No soap dispenser, shower soaks door so need towel outside, not good for people who need privacy. I pay £6 per week for my lovely gym with machines, classes and luxury showers but spent £6.80 as non member for just 1 gym session with no water

Positive experience: Excellent sports centre!! From the fitness suite to big main hall, squash courts and more!! They place is kept clean and tidy!! Is to cover crowded and visitors are friendly! There is plenty to use: Weights gym: downstairs featuring square rack, variety of benches, Smith machine, cable machine. Fitness gym: tread mill, cross trainer, rowing machine, cycling Squash court: table tennis & squash Main hall : volley ball, football, basketball, badminton and more! (2 BIG BOUNCY CASTLES) Function room: Fitness classes, kick boxing, yoga, Pilates, dance classes (dance room)

Fantastic experience: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Building is not modern or new but serves the purpose it is intended for. Very attentive and watchful coaches kept their eyes on a group of roller skating kids of different ages and abilities and gave each child one to one help and support. An upstairs viewing area is also available.

Fantastic experience: The gym has what you need, 2 rooms for cardio and weight equipment, 2 rooms for classes, a large sports hall, 2 squash courts, changing rooms (with showers), toilets and a function room. It may not be modern, but it's excellent anyway and the membership price isn't bad (includes gym use and most lessons). Pool no longer exists, good!

Positive experience: Plenty of parking with disabled spaces. The Center is staffed by helpful polite people and the prices are reasonable. The entire facility would benefit from being modernised.

Fantastic experience: All types of people large and small. Powerful showers. Most exercise machines. Good direct debit. No cock ups with payments. Friendly helpful trainers and staff. Lots of classes I do pilates. Never crammed but nicely busy. Time it right and you can be on your own.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities, really friendly staff, especially the good old manager who really is the best dad in the world! Badminton courts are superb and the maintenance and cleanliness is impeccable! The best sports centre in East Anglia without a doubt!
