Fantastic experience: Very good experience with the gym and with booking areas within the building. Gym has good equipment and good staff on standby for assistance. Booked a badminton court for one hour aswell, staff were able to provide necessary rackets and shuttle and was only £11.65 for the hour.

Positive experience: Lady on the reception was lovely, she helped me with all my questions etc ! Could have been a better induction though as I felt like I was keeping the guy from something as he rushed around pointing at things I never got to actually use anything at the time he must have looked at his watch about 30 times I was only there 20 min !! Last time I had an induction at a gym I got to use the equipment and shown how to use it properly!! Obviously not pretty enough or slim enough lol

Positive experience: Great sized ground floor gym accessible for wheelchairs/crutches. What must be known though before going is the lockers use the old pound coin slot so new pound coins won't work, but you can easily get a token at the front desk

Positive experience: Big improvements since the refurb, but the the changing room & showers are like walking back into the 80’s. Also the lockers still use old 1 pound coins, so it’s tokens now, which you need to pay for. Poor!
