Positive experience: Had a spa day today with friends. Martin the manager was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Relaxed atmosphere and a good day was had. Treatments included in the package were great and I was able to have an alternative to the one booked. Would definitely go again for the day price which was reasonable. Afternoon scone and cake were yummy in private room.

Positive experience: The spa facilities were brilliant, there was a foot spa for two, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi and heated beds. The facilities were very clean and the staff were very friendly. We had a spa day for two booked which included a back, neck and shoulder massage alongside a facial and both were fantastic. We also had afternoon tea which consisted of a scone, slice of cake and your hot drink of choice. This is the only part of the experience that wasn’t as good as the room we ate in was tiny and the food itself was ok but nothing really spectacular. Overall though, we had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Martin Nieves, the instructor is phenomenal - clearly experiences and super engaging. He clearly guides you through every beat of the music, making sure you’re motivated and working at the intensity that’s best for you. The playlist is always on point, too, with heart-pumping tracks that keep you pedaling harder and faster! By the end, you’re dripping in sweat and full of endorphins, and you leave knowing you’ve just crushed an amazing workout! This spin class with Martin has become the highlight of my week - it’s intense, fun, and incredibly rewarding. Highly recommend for anyone ready to elevate their fitness!

Negative experience: Do not join this gym! Any contract you sign up to they will unexpectedly make you pay for extra months, terrible customer service and not worth the expensive price for how big it is, not worth it at all

Positive experience: We booked the spa day for my birthday and it was a good day out. Before the date, they called me to make arrangements and to confirm that we'd need to have our massages and facials done separately due to staff and offered advice on the order to have them (massage first then pool, then facial). On the day, we found plenty of additional parking towards the back (a relief) and the receptionist talked us through how the day would work, took our cream tea orders, gave us our robe, slippers and cards for the lockers and showed us where everything was. The changing rooms were open with lots of lockers and hair dryers and showers, but only one toilet and two enclosed changing areas. The spa facilities were decent with two hot beds, two foot spas, a steam room and sauna, plus a shower area, and jacuzzi pool with a seating for 4 or 5 to the side of the main pool which could probably have about 4 or 5 people swimming lengths at a time. For a mid week morning it was quite busy, but by spacing things out over the day we got to use everything before our afternoon facials. Our treatments were done by Amy who was lovely and knowledgeable. The treatment room was quite nice and the heated bed was a nice surprise. The cream tea was in a small room with lovely decorations. It was just us at the time we chose which was lovely but I could imagine the room feeling a bit cramped if there were more than two groups. The cream tea was a scone, a cake and a hot drink and you had gluten-free and vegan options. All in all it was a lovely relaxing experience and whilst we probably won't join the gym we'll definitely be back for the spa.

The instructors/PT’s work hard to motivate & encourage, they are all very friendly and approachable. They put on a wide range of classes to suit everybody’s needs. The gym has been updated since being a member previously & offers a lot more variety & plenty of equipment. I would highly recommend Reynolds Gym Sittingbourne.

Fantastic experience: Went for a spa day today for my partners birthday. We had an amazing time, James was excellent with us today! I was very impressed that he as the sales consultant was helping out at the reception and serving food! Unfortunately we didn't get the names of our spa therapists but they did our treatments at 15:15 and both of them were also amazing and gave us some great treatments! Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: What a lovely find. The team were welcoming, friendly and so professional. We were greeted by Vika who checked us in and showed us around the spa. She also brought us a delicious cream tea. Taila and Beth, our therapists, gave the best massages, exactly what we wanted; Taila was my therapist, she listened and provided a firm massage which was one of the best I've had, and Beth a little gentler but again exactly what my sister wanted. Mandy was working in the pool area, which was spotless, she took the time to welcome us and show us the foot spa and how it worked. The spa and facilities are relaxing; the pool was the perfect temperature. We shall be returning! A big thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: First time here. Facilities are super clean. We booked the day package with mini treatments and cream tea included. Everyone was very professional and friendly including reception and housekeeping staff. We both live an hour’s drive away but will definitely be coming back. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic day at Reynolds fitness spa in Sittingbourne in Kent. It was our first time in going to a spa and it was more than we expected the staff were so helpful and polite, showing us around the facilities before we started. We had a great day using the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, aromatherapy heat room and ice scrub to name a few. Then we had a neck shoulder and back massage with a head massage. To finish we had a lovely cream tea. It was a totally amazing experience thank you to all of the staff.

Fantastic experience: I had the loveliest day at Reynolds Sittingbourne on their Twilight Spa Day. The staff were so welcoming giving me a tour on arrival before I filled in any medical information and what time I wanted to have my afternoon tea. The facilities were lovely with a beautiful pool, sauna, steam room, foot spa, heated beds, and more. Included in the twilight spa day deal was the use of slippers and a robe which were amazing quality given to you in a lovely bag with a bottle of water inside. Included in the deal was a trio of massages, a back neck and shoulder, scalp and facial, which were incredible. I felt so so relaxed. The lady who did the treatments talked me through the treatment and what pressure I would like and made me feel so comfortable. The afternoon tea was delicious with the choice of cupcake and type of tea, the ladies who served the tea came in and put some relaxing music on for me and made sure the room was a good temperature. I left the spa day feeling so relaxed and already planning my next trip!!

Positive experience: Excellent value for money if you are looking for a spa day which isn't going to cost the earth. Enjoyable treatments and use of the fitness and pool facilities. Pool area even has a themed shower and foot spa. The only thing I would recommend is that the cream tea option could also have a savoury alternative.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Reynolds Gym. I have been a member since the first day it opened. There have been some changes throughout the years & still love being part of it. The instructors/PT’s work hard to motivate and encourage us, they are all very friendly and approachable. They put on a wide range of classes to suit everybody’s needs & abilities. They have just updated all the gym equipment which is brilliant as it now gives me a different training session. It’s a nice and friendly, social environment where I have made many long-term friends.

Fantastic experience: I booked the ultimate package Spa day here for my birthday a couple of days ago, far more parking around the back than I originally expected, which was nice. Straight away, I was greeted with a smile. Everything was sorted quickly. The pool was wonderful, and I highly recommend the tropical shower by the pool. My treatments was done by a lovely lady called Amy who did an amazing hot shell massage. I also had the cream tea for lunch which the warm scones was Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Reynolds for more than two years and I can honestly say that the people who work there are great professionals, positive, always ready to help in any way! There are great classes that I attend regularly and feel great! I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel good and be in great shape!

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time here. James is brilliant, very happy and attentive to your needs. Caroline gave us a brilliant facial which was very relaxing. I loved the pool, sauna, steam room and hot beds to lay on! The sauna woodwork could do with some loving please Reynolds! I sat on a bit of the bench and the opposite end shot up like a seesaw! Mum loved her cream tea and cakes which she got to take away with her. Would be even better, if you did a healthy lunch or hired someone to make healthy lunches for the spa days.

Fantastic experience: Went with my husband for a couples spa day recently, and have to say this is the best spa I have been to recently. The massage and facial were lovely and relaxing and the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Loved the little afternoon tea, warm scone and muffin! It was delicious. Negative experience: Don't bother they now have equipment but there is no parking! That does include out on the road. So get dropped off or Walk.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Reynolds for quite a few years now. I honestly love going. There are a variety of classes which have helped me improve my fitness a lot. The personal trainers are amazing and so supportive. A very friendly gym. 5 stars from me

Positive experience: Been going to this gym for nearly a year now. It is expensive but makes up for it, the gym doesn’t ever get too busy, you have all the equipment you need(Some could do with updating as some are getting a bit old or heavily used). The pool and spa facilities are lovely. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and all members are also nice and mature, there’s no tension or people that intimidate. Would definitely recommend going to this gym.

Positive experience: Not quite a country spa day, in a gym. Reception is decorated very well. Reception staff forgot to give us locker cards and slippers so had to trek back to reception from changing room in dressing gowns. They didn't quite understand our schedule either so lunch was slightly cool when we got to the table. Lunch was in fact cream tea. We were expecting a lunch meal. Having said that, cream tea was delicious. The treatments were absolutely divine - back massage and facials. The range of spa facilities was good. Every thing worked well too.

Negative experience: The cleaner constantly complains to guests especially about other staff, every time she's in! Today she was complaining that she had to cancel her plans and come into work because the other cleaner called in sick and how it's out of order that they called in sick because they're not actually sick. That's none of her business to discuss this, this is for management to discuss these concerns, and especially not to complain to guests about it. It's not nice to always hear her complain when you come into the spa and trying to relax (not that you can with mouldy and rusty speakers playing loud rap and dnb gym music!)

Negative experience: It's a little bit disappointing. We booked a spa day, but there was no food available to buy. Facilities weren't too bad, but the swimming pool water was a bit cold. Staff were friendly but most of the members were super rude. We had a very bad experience with most of the members, some even complained we were using the pool.

Fantastic experience: Went for a special birthday gathering with five family members. The service was 5 star. Karl who was in charge of the bar was excellent. The food, spa area and massage all added to an excellent day

Negative experience: Needs some renovations and fast. For the price of £60-80 per month and have mould and dust everywhere! Wow. And the steam room works probably only half the time. Shortly after starting going into the spa I got a fungal infection! Never have I had anything before and then suddenly this happens. I don't even think it's a coincidence after seeing the cleaning standards. All the cleaning sign in sheets are just signed without anything actually being cleaned. The manager needs to start keeping an eye on his staff if they're just sitting on their phones or working. I appreciate this is a harsh review but unless something is said, nothing will be actioned.

Fantastic experience: A spa day was booked for me for my birthday by my partner and I cannot fault the spa experience today - the back massage was lovely and relaxing, and the facilities were clean, just what I needed after a looong January. My friend and I had a lovely day, we spent 6 hours chilling and chatting, we had cakes and coffee for afternoon tea (no sandwiches included, but we were ok with double sugar!) such a lovely treat. Thank you to Reynolds :)

Fantastic experience: Great welcome as soon as you walked into a clean environment and was quite impressed with the equipment they had. I can't say how busy it gets as I haven't joined at the moment, but after a tour, it's bigger inside than you think.

Negative experience: Overrated and overpriced. I’m glad that I managed to cancel my membership long time ago. Absolutely no changes in last few years. Wood still coming of the bench in the sauna. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Went for a massage experience and loved it. Welcoming staff, check-in process very easy and my massage was great. Very professional, friendly and polite.

Negative experience: We drove 1 hour and went there ! What a waste of a journey and time . Paid £25 per person (Total £50) - Not worth it ! This place has not been maintained well. The wood on the bench in the Sauna are all coming off, the floor was muddy and dirty, Steam room was not working , when you come down the stairs to from the changing room to the pool, the mats smells dirty , of wet dogs , disgusting place , not hygienic at all, would not visit again, You can £10 and visit nuffield in Rochester and the spa is better @ Nuffield for lower the price. I would not recommend this place

Negative experience: No showers for male members because of an upgrade to the female showers, since 13/10/2022 (over 5 weeks) with absolutely no attempt to mitigate the inconvenience

Good Morning Gary Thank you for email I am sorry you feel frustrated by the current works being completed at Sittingbourne. 14.2 Certain facilities maybe closed on occasions for repair or improvements. Where ever possible notice will be given of such occasional closures in the health club reception area. Every effort will be made to keep all areas open during the year, but both routine and urgent maintenance work and facilities upgrades will be necessary to keep the facilities in good condition. We have been liaising with the contractor team on site to ensure that mess is kept to a minimum, however there will be time when we can not eliminate the mess completely, I am told that the majority of the “messy” work is now complete, however I will remind the teams on site to manage this and ensure the area remains safe. The above point is listed in the terms and conditions which you agreed to and signed when you joined, so that we can continue to maintain our facilities to the high standard of which you expect. Fantastic experience: Reynolds Sittingbourne is an excellent gym and fitness Centre. The staff are hard working, very knowledgeable and their classes are brilliant. The gym has a wide range of equipment, plenty of space and is the perfect place for beginners right those who have more experience. Martyn the manager has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely approachable if you have any concerns. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for 3 months after my landlord suggested I join to help me clear my head, work on my fitness and to help improve my mood as I suffer with depression due to things going on in life at the moment. Since joining I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this gym. The gym area is clean with a great selection of free weights and machines for strength and cardio as well as a smaller room that I usually use for stretching off but it there for things like the kettlebells and other stuff. The classes they offer are really enjoyable and free as a member. The spa honestly is where I get my money's worth. Almost every day I take time out of my day to visit, I always go in after a workout but if I'm not feeling up to a workout then I'll just have a chill in here, I really enjoy the steam room, sauna and the heated beds (I've fallen asleep on here several times and I've never been disturbed by anyone). The shower they have is absolutely fantastic and everyone comments on it, I like the Caribbean Storm option as I've just started to enjoy cold showers, the foot spa is also really nice. The pool is always a great temperature and the jacuzzi is really powerful, I often find myself getting a free back massage while in there. Something I'd like to comment on are the members of this gym. I've not met anyone sour here, everyone is friendly and happy to help. I've ran 6k on a treadmill while the guy next to me is being encouraging to myself and I've offered that support back, I've met guys doing weights and ended up training with them and becoming gym buddies, I've sat in the steam room/sauna and had heart to heart chats with people about things going on. Everyone has something to say and everyone is really friendly. The staff are all really welcoming and helpful, even just greeting people as they enter and then saying goodnight/take care/have a nice day as you leave is really nice. I havent used the spa treatments yet but they all look well priced and one day when I'm not busy I'll try one and update this review. I've heard they're really good so I'm keen to try one. They also do really nice smoothies which are a nice treat, especially after a hard workout. That's what you're paying for. A friendly place to get healthy, get fit or clear your head. That's why I come here.

Positive experience: Not the cheapest by a long way, but friendly staff, good range of equipment & classes, plus a lovely little pool with sauna, steam room &jacuzzi. Parking not the best at busy times, but still available. Work out, relax in the spa, or both.

Positive experience: Unsure if I’ll be renewing my membership. The gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room are AMAZING and most of the staff including my PT (I forgot his name) have been more than friendly, hence my rating. However I had quite a sour interaction today with one of the staff (a larger lady with glasses and blonde hair working at reception). When I asked if the guest passes renewed monthly, she said pretty rudely that it’s just a one off thing and there’s nothing I can do about it. Her tone was super off as well. When signing up, I was under the impression that I got two guest passes a month (as stated on the website) however am shocked to hear it’s only a one off thing. What’s the point in even offering a guest pass? I was raving about this gym until my encounter today.

Fantastic experience: Lovely spa.

Positive experience: I booked a spa day to treat myself after completing my first marathon. Included was supposed to be a back, neck and shoulder massage (which I upgraded to a full body), use of the facilities, a robe and slippers and also a cream tea. The full body massage itself was lovely, and the lady who did the massage was very friendly. When I first came out of the room after there was no one around to tell me if I needed to do anything further even though I was hovering around. Eventually I took myself into the spa area, now to be fair the lady who did the massage then came and found me to ask how I found it and apologised that she got caught up on the phone, but that doesn't change that other staff who saw me hovering didn't point me in the right direction. The spa was lovely to use so no complaints there. The cream tea was a bit of a disappointment. To me a cream tea is a few sandwiches plus then the scone and maybe a cake etc. All that I got was a muffin and a scone with my choice of hot drink (you also got to choose which flavour muffin). The muffin I had was quite dry so I only ate half. There were another group there enjoying a spa day who'd been given a jug of water but I wasn't provided with water either. I enjoyed my relaxing trip as a whole, but the cream tea really let it down for me.

Positive experience: Booked in for a Spa afternoon and it clearly states on the website that robe, towel and Slippers are provided. Robe and slipper were but when I asked about a towel they said they do not provide them. None of us took a towel as it clearly says they provide. They reluctantly gave us one but were not happy and told us to keep it on the quiet. Also very limited seats/loungers. Ladies were keeping towels I. Them as to "claim them" leaving no where to sit. Maybe make this clear to visitors that they can't claim a seat and not use it

Positive experience: Went for a spa package today, walked in to the main area and no one was wearing any face masks customers or staff which instantly put me and my friend off. The spa tearments was nice however I feel as though the facial could of been alot better especially of the price that was paid. Nail varnish never dried and had to take off only had to use tissue and it came off. Staff were friendly enough. Did we think it was worth the money? No Would we go back? No

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent experience today - really accommodating and welcoming staff, the spa and facilities were pretty good (the jacuzzi could have been warmer, but nonetheless steam room and sauna were great). The massage and treatment was so relaxing and in a tranquil environment. Overall a really good experience, and thus will be back again. Many thanks to the friendly staff.

Positive experience: I've not used the facilities but I've been around the place and the staff are very friendly and helpful, it's very well equipped and clean .

Negative experience: Been banned by stephen turner last year to use any of reynolds so called wellbeing gyms and tried to bully me into paying £1000.00 for a direct debit they failed to set up hence i did not ever use the facilities even after failed cmmunication i now get ex member offers idont want ? He has now BLACK listed me in his own words which i hope he has done finally today 21.10 .21

Positive experience: Spent 4 hrs there.I can compare this fitness spa with others.It's not that bad but could be better for money you pay.If the form online is asking to contact by email or phone call and I choose the 1st one then no need to call me every day. Bad time management.New clients should be welcomed wuthout asking where to go.Otherwise, receptionist and massage specialist are polite and trying to be helpful.For this nobody did cleaning and only one sanitiser near the swimming area.Abd of course, needs renovation.Otherwise, it's great to spend time relaxing

Fantastic experience: Had a spa day at the Sittingbourne Reynolds today. Was really lovely, the welcoming receptionist, the great gym, a nice sauna and swim then a cream tea and ended with a couple of treatments in the beauty room. I highly recommend a massage with Amy.

Negative experience: Reynolds fitness spa looks great from the outside and the staff are pleasant but the changing rooms are totally open and offer no privacy. There is only one toilet in the changing and shower area, which is very small and uncomfortable and only two showers. In order to get to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room I had to go down a staircase and I was a little disappointed with the small pool which only allows 5, or at a push 6 people to swim. I went into the pool but I had to sit in the hot tub as there was no room to swim. I ended up spending 40 minutes in the steam room and I decided to call it a day. I would not recommend Reynolds fitness spa, but you can try it out as I am only giving you my opinion. Good luck.
