Negative experience: Definitely wouldn’t recommend a very dated spa and dirty, we hired the robes and slippers and the robes must be 10+ years old and smell horrendous. We booked on for a massage and didn’t like the layout of walking through the gym and then sitting in the reception room for our massage. The massage on whole wasn’t to bad but definitely won’t be returning. Also the jacuzzi is very small, smaller than a lazy spa. Would fit 4 people in at push but your feet could possibly be touching if you don’t sit up straight.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new member to this gym, all staff are friendly and helpful, other gym goers are also friendly, plus changing rooms, sauna, steam and swimming exceptionally clean, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time at Motion Health Spa in Merry Hill. Had a lovely 50 minute facial with shoulder massage done by Kaycee and my Mother in Law had a full body scrub and full body massage done by Ellie. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Decided to treat myself to a deep tissue back and neck massage (that was very good). Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was fairly quiet as it was a Sunday which made for a relaxing visit.

Negative experience: Very poor facilities, also very dirty. Wanted a relaxing spa day and ended up feeling like I needed a hepatitis shot upon leaving. Do not recommend wasting your money on this place.

Negative experience: Well this is definitely a spa 'don't' day! Absolutely awful facilities, staff who clearly don't want to be there and this is not the first comment saying this. Very very dirty facilities, minimal things to do, my friend and I actually came home to have a shower as we felt so dirty after being here! Buyagift - you need to remove this facility option from your choices. We left feeling upset and certainly not relaxed

Fantastic experience: Lovely spa day. Relaxing!! Had a great massage and facial. The only thing I would suggest to make the day better if afternoon tea or small snack was provided for all day spa visitors. But was a lovely spa and great facilities.

Negative experience: Awful experience! Had a ‘spa day’ here today with my friend. The girl who did my Back, Neck and Shoulders massage clearly didn’t want to be working today. She kept stopping and messing with her phone, didn’t seem qualified enough to be massaging. Was more of a half hearted back rub. Also the treatment time was cut short with no reason why. The facilities are very basic and out dated, not enough changing room space and the pool was full of kids jumping in and out. There is no relaxation area and the changing rooms are through the gym (which isn’t ideal when wearing a bikini) There was no aftercare given at the end of the treatment and the staff sat at reception seemed more bothered about gossiping than actually doing any work. The waiting area isn’t big enough and was very uninviting. I won’t be interested in visiting again that’s for sure.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, Gym Including Weights, Machines, Treadmills, Steppers, Rowers, Cycles. Steam and Sauna rooms. Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool. Coffee and tea machine in lounge area. Free Parking for members. Also the staff are always pleasant and helpful

Positive experience: I'm very divided how to describe my experience in Motion Spa.. Positive: Treatment are amazing, especially that you can have it as a couple Very friendly staff Clean Negatives: Everything is small/narrow - starting from corridors through the toilet finishing with souna/steam room (And I'm quite small (5 feet 11) and 9.4 stone) Please be aware before booking any "spa" that this swimming pool is used for an aqua aerobic so no chance you can have a relax day when plenty of people are exercising in the pool with a very very loud music. Overall not too bad but please be aware that if you are want a relaxing spa day please check the leisure timetable.

Fantastic experience: Joined this month, love it! Great facilities, lovely friendly. Helpful staff. It's definitely worth joining. Good choice of gym equipment and classes with the bonus of a pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Negative experience: Our spa day was a complete waste of time and money. Rude, disinterested staff, treatment basic at best and facilities so busy we couldn't access them. Our emails were not answered when we fedback our experience. Customer care is far from a priority here, much more training needed. Avoid.

Positive experience: I called to make a booking for a buy a gift voucher for 2, so haven't as yet attended. The receptionist was very polite, helpful and went beyond by reserving our dates prior to confirming the booking. Genuinely great customer service which is one of the main reasons I will purchase or recommend a service or product. Thank you!

Positive experience: Had a spa day Went into the pool area to relax and swim and then a 30 minute water aerobics class starting blasting music which we werent aware of and the sauna and steam room was tiny. Booked in for lunch and had to walk across the car park to get to the restaurant in our robes. Had a 1 hour full body massage which didnt last an hour because i spent the first 20 minutes waiting in the lobby. If your just going to use the gym or pool or a treatment then id say it would be a great experience but as a spa day very disorganised and needs rethinking.

Positive experience: Used my hussle pass here a day pass The facilities were really good compared to other sites where I didnt enjoy The jacuzzi had lovely hot water and the pool was warm although not too big and not too deep either Small sauna and steam Showers and lockers were clean and you dont need a pound or padlock for locker it is pin operated Parking is available free but satnav took me to the back parking which is okay. Staff were kind and friendly Call them before you go just to check swim times we went on saturday and we could use the pool all day after 12 till 7pm so was really good

Positive experience: I enjoy this spa and leisure facility. It can get a little overcrowded at times in the jacuzzi and pool but there's always time to relax around the pool. Had a few treatments as well which I highly recommend the therapists are always friendly and professional and prices are reasonable

Fantastic experience: Ideally located as I live 2 minutes walk.. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very competitively priced... The swimming pool is always quiet again that suits me... Lovely spa facilities esp the jacuzzi.. And the regulars that go are a sociable lot.. Worth a look

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had a brilliant afternoon at image health suite, I would highly recommend the massage/leg & foot treatments given by both therapists - I personally had the best back massage ever from Aliah! Sorry if I spelt your name wrong but it was truly amazing and I would definitely visit again - keep up the good work ladies

Fantastic experience: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Left feeling relaxed and pampered.

Positive experience: Used a groupon and had full body massage which was very good, and when I asked for firm my masseuse didn't disappoint. Only criticism is steam room and sauna a little small, and no water facilities by pool area so have to tease through changing rooms to get water in a very small paper cup, take your own bottle and you'll be fine.

Positive experience: I just used the pool area on my visit. The staff are very nice and friendly. You get given a towel and away you go. The changing rooms are very small and that seemed to be the theme. The pool area was nice but was a bit tired looking. The Jacuzzi was lovely and hot but again was a bit small. The biggest disappointment came when I realised you could only get 2 people in the steam room at a time. I think I waited 20 mins for a chance to get in there and the place wasn't busy. Overall the spa as nice and I would probably come back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Had this as a gift. (Off Wowcher) 2 treatments and a voucher for a pub lunch. Fantastic morning out. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, due to an event going on at the hotel

Positive experience: Had a spa day for 11th yr anniversary from hubby and it was lovely. Really good hotel and people Laura for massarge and she was excellent! Only trouble to why not put five star is I felt the changing rooms needs refurbishment and alittle in swimming area as tiles are off or coming off! Otherwise I had great time.
