Positive experience: I wish this gym open bit early in the morning

Positive experience: Good place for small events. Paking is challenging. We have to park in a place allotted for the community health centre.

Positive experience: No one at reception, barriers open, booked table tennis but the allocated court had Badminton equipment up. Found a friendly member of staff who sorted it quickly

Fantastic experience: Last evening was my first evening, I had never been there before and read the reviews and I was nearly not sure of signing on or not because of that but I decided to give it a chance and I can say it is ok .

Negative experience: Very disappointed today with one lady staff she is so rude. I don’t know gym equipment is so so delicate if we use it’s going to brake. That means we can’t use equipment freely.very frustrating

Positive experience: It’s a lovely leisure centre wIth some nice and clean facilities. Classes are amazing and the gym is alright too. Water aerobics and zumba concludes this is the right gym for me. Downside is I wish there was more swimming sessions

Positive experience: Great staff, average gym equipment very slack security. The gate is normally open and people just wander in , strangers wandering through the changing rooms and toilets !

Positive experience: Seems nice enough. I was there for an event, so I didn't use the facilities as such. The main hall was ok. A little cold. The floor was quite clean, not much dust a grit around.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated my daughter's birthday there. It is very spacious and price is very convenient, included bouncing castle and soft play. Staff was friendly and helpful

Negative experience: I went there with my son and partner the receptionist was unfriendly and rude - unbelievable. I will never go back there again.

Fantastic experience: Great place, they do conduct football sessions for kids. The swimming pool is closed for refurbishment , but nice gym.

Fantastic experience: Went as a guest yesterday. Almost brand new equipment, with a nice variety of kit, lovely open space, nice clean changing rooms and showers and very friendly and professional staff. Great experience and highly recommended.

Negative experience: really disappointing that no child friendly swimming sessions run during the week, even during the school holidays.

Fantastic experience: Very good club, had amazing experience as Mayors Challenge 2023. A big thank you to the Mayor for funding it and to club organisers for arranging range of activities for kids. As a family we loved swimming, it was so much fun with the swim toys being provided. We definitely look forward for such Reading Children’s festival event for next year

Positive experience: Swimming pool is good. However, be aware, that hairdryers don't work and storage boxes can't be looked. You will need to take your belongings to the swimming pool and put in the basket there.

Positive experience: The changing rooms and swimming pool needs updating but that is it because the staff are amazing and wonderful. They are friendly and encouraging too.

Positive experience: Nice friendly community pool and gym being upgraded gradually a bit at a time it seems without closing, so some areas still in need of a lick of paint while others are already done.

Positive experience: Good facilities. Parking is not ideal and when we were last there we found broken glass in some of the bays too.

Fantastic experience: Good Club facilities and a Big Pool.. The staff are very welcoming.. Badminton courts are amazing Have a gallery for Parents to sit and watch the games! Their Child membership looks very economical with which we can book the courts at very low cost in the Town..

Fantastic experience: Басейн для плавання стандартних розмірів , досить місткий, що зручно. Вода чиста, нормальної температури. Тренери постійно слідкують за половцями, люб'язні. Зупинка автобуса рядом, що дуже зручно. Єдине що незручно, знайшла тільки 1 фен, щоб сушити голову. Не зручно.

Negative experience: The place was ok, I am not too keen on the older receptionist lady that rolled her eyes at us as me and my children stood waiting for her to open the gate to let us in for karate lessons - this was done out of pure discrimination by the way as the next family that were coming through got the biggest smile from her! I would avoid it at all cost especially if you are a coloured human!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly helpful staff, clean changing rooms and a lovely pool. A little surprise was that it doesn't have a deep end seems to be same level across pool. Shame they're aren't more swim session times available and longer swim times of more than an hour as would love to go more often and for longer. Parking available outside is a nice bonus especially for those of us who are disabled or have poor mobility. Could do with a poster explaining how the lockers work as they have keypads but no clue as to how to work them.

Positive experience: Good place. Nice friendly staff. Facilities are ok. Parking is sufficient. The attendance or access system is erroneous it doesn’t capture the attendance and fine is levied often. Have to talk to reception every-time to get this rectified.

Positive experience: The gym's ok if you can find a parking space especially on a Saturday or Sunday

Positive experience: It looks so much better in there now its had been refurbished but sadly if you are a gym rat this is not the place for you . Dumb bells only go to 26kg yes only 26kg and they are mixed brands . Also no dead lift stations or weights . Come on BETTER you can do better lol not sure who is consulting for them but it's not someone who trains put it that way

Negative experience: Go on website , it takes you all over the place for a hour , turns out I've paid £17 then £35 that I didn't know about , emailed you rang you all day but nothing , now I'll drive 10 miles to you but doubt I'll get in the pool . Absolute tripe .

Positive experience: It's ok. But the locker rooms are poor as is the lockers themselves. Need investment. Badly.

Positive experience: The app and website leave room for improvement, its a bit tired but clean and tidy. Attached the schedule as of Aug 2021. 2 hour swim session £5 adult, £3 for over 3 child. Book on app or website, don't bother with phone support, if its busy they cut you off.

Fantastic experience: Love the personable staff who actually remember your name! Feel very relaxed and at home there. Suits my needs and every single fitness class has been led by the best of instructors; better than much more expensive clubs and gyms I've attended over the years.
