Negative experience: Closed not happy now as I have ti ho to anther gym

Negative experience: The old staff in this place was great but since new staff has took over customer service there is awful when they close the gym for some reason they give u no reason to why they are shut and they do not let there customers know that they are closed it’s not anytime because they do close

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since December 2022 & I love the friendly atmosphere & the staff are very helpful, there is all the latest equipment for you to use to get fit & stay fit, I would highly recommend

Negative experience: Me and my sister visited this weekend (not our usual anytime) had problems getting in as the door wouldn’t open for my sisters key fob, we travelled 30 minutes to get here, and never had problems anywhere else, some equipment wasn’t fully working, not really any lockers big enough to put things in so felt uneasy leaving my things on the wooden shelf, definitely needs updating

Positive experience: I have been a member for several years. The 24/7 facilities works well around my early and late shifts. Several of the machines (treadmills, upright and cross trainers) need replacing as quite noisy and "tired". Quite like the gym as it has all the basics. Could do with more approachable staff to ask questions about for free weights and weight training for those who have been out of it for a while!

Fantastic experience: I have now been a member of Anytime Fitness for a month. I am very happy with the equipment. Its always clean and others take care of the equipment. I really like the treadmill especially when running with others around the world.

Negative experience: I think that Anytime Fitness need to provide value for money by ensuring classes like Spin Class aren't stopped and started; meet and greet at the door, instead of staff chatting and being on laptops; guidance regularly on how to use the equipment and Fitness Plans to ensure Members feel they are targeting their fitness goals.

Positive experience: Compared to other anytime fitness gym, I found this place bit cramped. They have limited exercise machines and parking spot.

Fantastic experience: Everything you need to become and stay fit and healthy! There are multiple memberships and levels of support available that makes achieving your goals inevitable. Broad variety of equipment, 24/7 access, free classes and a supportive community, what more could you want?! Oh and the Anytime Fitness access fob allows you to use all Anytimes around the globe at no extra cost!

Fantastic experience: A really super gym. We love the friendly atmosphere and general ambience of the place. The staff are very knowledgeable and supportive, and, very approachable. Love the classes too. Not too large so a very personal feel. Well done to chloe, matt and Chad!!

Positive experience: If you like to work hard, finish your workout when you want and like good rock music, then anytime fitness is the way to go.

Fantastic experience: Convenient 24 hour access, always clean with wipes etc available. Quiet in the early hours so equipment always available, what more do you need!

Positive experience: Hi .. First impressions, this gym is Clean. Well equipped and looks good. My Son and his friend joined yesterday, they were given a quick look round before signing up, and then left to it. Was a bit surprised when they told me that nobody had shown them how to use the equipment. Are you not supposed to give people an induction session on joining?? To ensure they know how to use the equipment correctly and safely?

Positive experience: Would be good if we could use the venue still closed due to Coronavirus. When open it's very clean easy to feel safe and comfortable with fullness of the facilities or specific training packages to suit your needs.

Fantastic experience: Great community atmosphere. This gym has some really great equipment. Worth checking out and joining.

Negative experience: Decent quality gym, always clean and not too many meat heads throwing weights on the floor. Only 1 bike thou which is strange as it’s the ideal warm up apparatus. Music is horrendous and loud ( and racially offensive if that bothers you)which probably why everyone in there wear headphones. I did need to suspend my membership last year whilst dealing with a cancer diagnosis but the kids who work there couldn’t have been any less help.

Fantastic experience: Excellent range of equipment, and more importantly great staff, friendly and help you get the best out of your training without being pushy or stalking you as your training trying to sell personal training sessions like at some other gyms. Stretching with Darcey and Beth have made a massive difference along with the rest of training I've been given by Lloyd and Josh

Fantastic experience: Absolutely an amazing gym. Best one around tamworth. Open 24/7 can literally anytime! Friendly atmosphere, Staff are amazing always happy yo help! Can have a laugh with them and talk to them about difficult situations. I highly recommend this gym to anyone! Alway monthly competition's to win amazing things including vouchers for nando's! Whi does want that!! Amazing discounts too! Alway clean and tidy!

Negative experience: Unacceptable practices, sent them my final notice and payment a month ago, yet they still try to charge me, and refuse to answer any of my emails regarding this.

Fantastic experience: Got the membership so I can go in the mornings before work which is a big advantage. Good selection of machines, free weights and cardio. Staff are happy to help with any questions. You also get 20% off at the local nandos if you want a little post workout snack. My only tiny issue is the music. The same music is on repeat and it gets a bit long in the tooth after a while, and it's all one style which is not very motivating. Besides that, it's great.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Tamworth is fantastic. Great, helpful and supportive staff who make you feel at ease and very comfortable. Excellent smart equipment and great classes including a digital studio! I love it, and best of all I can turn up whenever I want as it is open 24/7 :)
