Fantastic experience: This is a great place to train, had all you need to complete a good workout. Equipment is good and well maintained. Clean environment with no concerns. Small, but full of all the right kit and weights. Found it on Hussle no issues, staff are super friendly. Will be back every time I’m back in London.

Fantastic experience: I would give this place extra stars if I could. I worked out here for a few days, it is cozy and has everything you need for a good workout. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and friendly. I felt very welcome! If you are looking for a long term gym or just need to workout for a few days - this place is perfect. They have a day pass and longer term options as well. If I come back to the area - I’ll definitely sign up for the gym.

Fantastic experience: Used through class pass - will come back. Great equipment (nothing fancy) but everything you need and nice dumbbells/benches/free weights and smith and cable machines. Fyi not much in the way of set machines

Fantastic experience: Two large basketball courts. Courts have good grip. Rings on one of the courts are a little bent but still playable

Fantastic experience: BE AWARE: the gym closes half an hour earlier than all the stated times on Google. The fitness centre itself is open until the stated time.

Fantastic experience: Found this gym by chance with a day pass and will definitely go back. This is a very modest gym, don’t expect a fancy background for Instagram reels, but the equipment is more than enough and some of the cardio machines are actually quite modern. I used to have a PureGym membership and it was always overcrowded / multiple plumbing issues, if you are looking for a chill place to workout and you already have your routines, this is great. As is ground floor, no issues with 5G. Haven’t tried classes or their wifi

Positive experience: In London for the week so needed to find somewhere offering a day pass at a reasonable rate... And this gym was exactly that! Offering a student discount as well! There isn't a lot of equipment, but they all seem really new and it's sufficient to do anything you need.

Fantastic experience: 20£ a month. Multiple cable machines. Multiple squat racks. Open space. Cardio machines. Dumbbells. Really all you could ask for from a solid gym. Sign up took 20 minutes and staff are delightful.

Positive experience: It's a great gym with friendly and helpful staff. It's mixed and has a nice and friendly atmosphere. My only criticism is that it has only one set of dumbbells for each weight. This means it can be difficult getting the weights you need because someone else has them. It would be really cool if the gym could buy more sets, especially of the lower sets - 6,8,10,14,14,16,18,20Kg. I am sure the gym is aware of this issue. If we got this, I'd give the gym 5 stars.

Positive experience: A sweet gym with a very nice culture. Don't expect too much as it seems to be affiliated to a number of teams and coaching facilities.

Fantastic experience: Very nice clean gym. Lots of free weights as well as battle ropes and boxes to jump on and off. All the machines are brand new and are linked to Technogym app. There is a huge indoor hall for basketball and indoor football etc and even a small narrow corridor to use a sledge on. Very friendly and welcoming environment.

Negative experience: They have removed to many vital machines. It's seems to be newly done for show. If your a gym starter I do not recommend. Please don't reply saying the new machines make up for an can do more workout so to ask staff because I am fully qualified an have already proven to staff who agree that it is not the case. Vital machines has been taken an replaced with multiple of the same thing ‍♂️.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with the perfect balance of equipment for women and men

Negative experience: **What happened to this gym? They put the price up saying new machines arrived, unfortunately more than half of the machines are missing and beginners have noting to do there. Also 50 to 60KG big Dumbbells rather than small sets for regular users. Huge disappointment, I won't be going there anymore.

Negative experience: " All the best machines have been removed and replaced by low quality toys. Despite having handful equipment, management has increased the membership charges. Cannot recommend this place at all "

Positive experience: Update - Has got some more equipment now. SPACe gym was a nice little gym, but recently it's been replaced with few repetitive machines but some of the most important equipment are gone. However the staff told me that there is going to be some more machines coming in the future. * This gym has got great supportive staff * (I will re-review this in a month or two as this place deserves some credits)

Negative experience: The equipment is rundown and dirty.

Fantastic experience: The most lovely staff members and receptionist, so helpful with any incident/enquiry and the gym feels like a very safe place for young women especially. The gym has anything you may need, barbells, dumbells, pre-set barbells, kettlebells, carido machines - including a stairmaster, mats, benches etc. All of this comes at a very cheap monthly price. The best gym i've found in years.

Negative experience: they keep charging me a subscription for 3 years even if i canceled and didnt want to send the money back, worst service ever on top of a very bad gym with horrible and old machine - tks

Positive experience: I like this gym a lot as it's cheap and nearly always empty. However: I left London and there is no way of requesting cancelling your membership once you started. And as there is no way of contacting the gym directly other than a visit (The telephone number leads to an answer phone that they don't respond to) you have to cancel the direct debit. Then they send you debt collection letters but don't you still can't contact the gym. Be warned.

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly gym, have never felt more at ease in a gym. Staff helpful and friendly, without being pushy, a very relaxed not hectic place to work out.

Positive experience: This place is great value and not too busy. One big criticism though: the dumbbells urgently need replacing. They are falling apart, and the weight marking has rubbed off a lot of them- meaning you can't see how much they weigh and so they're basically useless. Dumbbells are pretty cheap so there's no excuse for this major flaw.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Ok, it is not the most fancy place on earth but you have enough equipment for everybody, it is not too crowded, staff is way too friendly and smiley if possible and the price is the best around.

Positive experience: Nice sport installations, but very dirty dressing rooms and bathrooms. Lots of wasted water.

Positive experience: Quirky but useful local gym. I visit this place on an irregular schedule, as it's not on my primary workout schedule, so I very much appreciate that they sell passes through Pay as U Gym. They're very inexpensive, too, although the front desk often pressures me to buy a membership, no matter how many times I make it clear that I'm rarely there more than once a month. The range of cardio equipment, machines, and weights is pretty extensive, and mostly in good shape, although some stuff is a little worn. They only have a single rowing machine for example, and it's at least half busted. But the crowd isn't usually too dense or obnoxious, and they've got everything I need, so I'll probably keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: The SPACe gymnasium is owned by Hackney Community College and is open to the public. It is wheelchair accessible throughout as is the College. It has a split Hall for team sports, a cafe and toilets. There's a weights gym also.

Positive experience: We've been using the basketball court every Thursday for the last 7yrs. Overall, the facilities are good and clean. The water in the showers can sometimes be too hot or too cold. The court has uneven spots, some hard and some soft. However, given the price, I got no complaints really. Also, the staff are really nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I only discovered this gym recently after living in the area for 2 years! Great clean facilities, friendly staff, a variety of group lessons (kickboxing, yoga, zumba, contemporary ballet etc). It never gets overcrowded AND it's dead cheap (20 pounds a month). What a great deal!

Positive experience: Budget gym with all of the basics you need, reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and facilities. Showers aren't so good but manageable. 20p for lockers but the gym is very affordable, around 20 pounds per month.
