Negative experience: Gym has suddenly CLOSED. No communication to members

Fantastic experience: Been going to Anytime Fitness solihull for about 1.5 years now. I loved the gym and It's a really shame its just closed down. there was only a couple staff but all were great and really cared about the customers experience rather than being money grabbers like Xcellerate. I though it was located perfectly too, Mo was the best and deserved the best spoke several times and he's been very helpful, The manager is really great puts his 100% into the job, would've been great if the higher ups at Anytime Fitness would've been helping the staff. The only complained I had was during summer air con wasn't on so was a bit annoying but wasn't a big deal. All the best to the staff. Jake

Positive experience: Visited here as my usual branch of anytime fitness was closed for refurbishment. Strange there was no staff anywhere. The entrance needs sorting out, as remnants of takeaway business left everywhere. Doesn't look good.

Negative experience: This place is going downhill, the hygiene is so bad it revolting! There are dusts and human hair on machinery and dumbbell racks. Hasn’t been cleaned for months. Full of spider webs. Shady place. No customer interaction or anything, zero on customer Service! All the weights and dumbbells are on the floor, Ripped carpet on the floor. In the whole summer time, the Aircon was off, water filter wasn’t working. This place is health and safety hazard. All in All they are just gathering Direct Debits. Don’t even deserve 1 star as they are not providing the service for what they are getting paid for. Disgraceful!

Negative experience: 0 Star. Been trying to cancel membership for the past couple of months, no one responds to emails or answers the phone. Filled out a application to cancel membership still nothing.

Negative experience: Dirty, missy, AC doesn’t work in the morning and water filter broken .. dirt and dust in dumbbell racks.

Fantastic experience: Always open.

Negative experience: This place was good but JD group have taken it over now and it is in a shoddy state of repair and looks like a building site. As a 24 hour access gym you cannot get in because the door mechanism is broken! There are also no boxing facilities and after several months it look as if there is little chance of these being replaced. Avoid if you can, there is much better available.

Fantastic experience: A great place to workout, always clean and it’s open 24/7. I have also noticed that it does not get busy like other gyms where there is no equipment available. Great staff who always help

Positive experience: Ok place no parking in the town centre location l don't mean park in morrisons which you have too do if you visit .

Positive experience: Friendly staff, clean gym and good range of equipment considering it is on the smaller side. Only criticism is a 'fob-only-access'. If lost or misplaced you will have to visit during staff hours during the day to sort out a replacement, which can be inconvenient if you are wanting to work-out outside of these hours. It would be good to have an access code as a back-up. Otherwise I would recommend this gym as a fresh, clean place to workout .

Negative experience: Gym is very clean & staff are nice but not a wide range of equipment available. They're supposed to have new equipment but it's been delayed for months (Covid i guess) I would advise people to be careful with their contracts - they wont always tell you that the special offer contract they're offering is for 12 months. You'll forget to ask when you're enticed by their offer. Make sure you read the T&C's before signing or maybe get a 1 month contract to see how you feel there first... Because of my mistake, i now have to pay £50 a month for the two of us for next 7 months plus the current gym membership with the gym we prefer :(

Fantastic experience: Clean and new gym which is staked with equipment, staff are lovely and the customer service as well as the gym itself is second to none. Recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: I left really busy high end gym and come to AF and I can honestly say the weight equipment is better. The main factor for me coming here is that's it not that busy and for me that is big factor of me joining up here after trialing a guest pass. On top the gym is kept clean which is including the shower and toilet area hopefully it stays like this

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a good atmosphere. Staff are helpful and supportive. Suitable facilities and perfect for both men and women. Not too busy and good mix of people who attend. Open 24/7 so ideal for people who need flexibility. Good value for money. A range of equipment and weights available so room for progression. Definitely recommend for people who want somewhere to train and easily located in the Solihull Town Centre. Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: this gym has an amazing atmosphere thanks to the wonderful staff, the equipment is all very good, i love that they offer classes and have an easy to use app too to plan workouts and view your account, very convenient if you live or work in the solihull area too! 10/10

Negative experience: 12 month contract !!!! no thanks .Your website is misleading and does not state it's a 12 month contract !!!! The "Free" parking is in Morrisons car park a 5 min walk away lol, I've had a bad experience using another anytimefitness ,They threaten you with legal action when you stop paying I do not understand the reply, Energie was no contract and £25 a month for the same size gym, The gym was great ,it's just a different name above the gym , I work agency can't really commit to 12 contact , Do not think anyone can these days,
