Positive experience: Use the gym, but only for the classes- classes are amazing- especially the YOGA, Pilates and LBT!! but app is absolutely the worst thing about the gym, always errors, slow and doesn’t let you book classes. The only other option of booking classes is ringing the gym to ask a member of staff to book you on and of course they don’t answer the phone!

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of attending Saydi’s classes for the past three years, and I can confidently say she is absolutely wonderful! Her knowledge across various areas of fitness is impressive, and she always ensures that each member is well taken care of. From making sure we’re warmed up properly to ending with a good stretch, her attention to detail is unmatched. What sets Saydi apart is how she prepares for each class. Before we even arrive, she thoughtfully organizes the space and checks attendance to make sure everything is ready to go. And let’s not forget her amazing taste in music, her mixes make every session enjoyable, whether we're working out or cooling down. I’m truly devastated to say goodbye to Saydi’s classes as I’m moving out of town, but I know I’ll never find anyone quite like her. She’s fantastic, and I’ll miss her greatly!

Negative experience: I have been going to this gym for a while now staff seem to never say hello or acknowledge you when you go in only time staff have ever talked to me is when I've said hello to them or had a problem with the scanner to let you into the gym the gym itself seems like it's not had a revamp in ages I and other members have asked numerous times if we're going to get new equipment and it's always the same answer we don't know when we definitely need more equipment in the gym for the price that we are paying , it's not clean or tidy having worked in gyms I know full well a particular standard it should be kept at. staff seemed to never be around in the gym area seem to be in the lobby area either on their phones or just sitting down instead of popping their heads into the gym to see if anything is wrong or needs doing i.e the blue rolls seem to always be empty and there is dirt around the machines that's clearly does not get cleared up The gym attica with some members is just beyond the joke I'm not saying all members have no gym etiquette but maybe put some of the weights back that they use and stop wondering around the gym with their phones in their bloody hands and walking into people it could cause injury to themselves or others

Fantastic experience: I used to do my swimming lessons here over 10 years ago now. Such a lovely little local pool.

Negative experience: Booked a kids inflatable pool party and less than 24hours before the party they phoned to say the inflatable was not available. No remorse, they even knew weeks ago that it was not available but sold the party regardless. Disgrace

Fantastic experience: Absolutely terrific customer service was provided to me and my good friend. The receptionist Darcie was exceptional. I would go as far to say she deserves a raise or employee of the month at the least. Jacob the lifeguard was great too, nothing but positives to say about both.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, easy going, very rarely have issues with machines, included in membership is swimming as well and all for a good price, only two things to improve would be A. Parking (disabled only unless you pay over the road or time it to park on the road) B. Open later on weekends (until like 8pm)

Positive experience: nice gym with good facilities however memberships are very expensive and seems quite understaffed aswell, the weights are also limited aswell as the amount to machines available to use, they could expand the gym to build more squat racks or cable machines

Positive experience: Clean gym and pool was completely empty midday on a Saturday. Lady on the front desk was very friendly and let us in to look around. Will update the review once I've signed up but first impressions are good! Not sure what the parking situation is like though, we parked across the road but with an already pricey membership cost it'll be something I factor in if signing up.

Positive experience: The pool itself is very clean, the staff are friendly and the gym is well equipped. Only complaint I could have is the the pool is a couple of degrees too cold.

Positive experience: Pretty good, but the poop feels like it's a time warp to 1991! The rest of the building is modern, but the pool is really dated and it's cold, too cold for very small kids, my 5 year old was shivering after 10 mins and doesn't have adequate steps other than a ladder in the corner of main pool making it hard to get into training pool.

Positive experience: This is a great little "all in one" pool and gym. Haven't tried the gym recently; not since its upgrade but from my understanding of the staff and PTIs they are very knowledgeable in their field and can give great pointers, some brilliant classes provided also! Pool is a "half" size 25m. But is frequented by amateur and professional swimmers and has specific programs for the elderly, the young and everyone in between.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff, nice viewing area of the pool. I don't use the gymn but looks good. Always clean and tidy. Car park nearby.

Positive experience: Impossible to get swimming session with children, seem to be very few sessions throughout the week that allow smaller children. Have enquired previously about lessons, but get sent around the houses so eventually gave up.

Positive experience: The closest swimming pool to me so I use it regularly and take my 2 year old. Simple set up with great variety in the pool programme. Pool isn't always the cleanest.

Positive experience: Very good facility with great promotions on membership. Only let down is communication and information lack of times for pool and prices for merchandise available are criminal.

Positive experience: We only used the pool, seemed very clean, there is a large pool and a child pool, kids love it especially with the music playing, you have to book a slot now, which worked well

Fantastic experience: Fabulous local centre. Love the staff who are always very polite and professional. The new Members changing rooms are now complete - very clean and fresh and can't wait for the Studio to be built! The pool is wonderful and apart from having a bit of a rush-hour syndrome after Aqua Gym, the showers are lovely. My only suggestion would be to have another mirrored-bar area without hairdryers where people can preen themselves ;)) Would also be helpful if the self-service machine had paper in it as it ALWAYS seems to be empty!

Positive experience: After the recent use, the changing rooms feel new and clean. The pool is great for adult lane swimming in the mornings and there is a fun family time with balls and floats. There is a strong offering of quality swim lessons for children, but they fill up quickly.

Positive experience: Good facilities that are easy to get to with convenient carpark near by.

Negative experience: Run by a bunch of kids. No processes. Never ever had a call back from a swim teacher after trying to books kids on swim classes. (9 times now) No notification your child's swim classes need extending until they drop off the register and another child has taken their place.
