Our gym is based in Grange Farm, Kesgrave, Suffolk and our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for all of our members to take part in physical activity regardless of age or fitness level.
Now our renovation is complete with mirrors and a fresh, clean, bright new look. Give us a call to have a look around and a free trial before signing up.
Incredible place that's really close by. It's got all the machines you need for an everyday workout, and the fact that it's within distance is simply priceless.
We have a range of great quality equipment including Life Fitness and Concept 2 Cardio equipment, Technogym strength/resistance machines, free weights area, TRX equipment and more.
From the start of Grangeside Fitness - back in 2015 - we have always aimed to be the “gym for everyone” , easily accessible and a “great fit” for the Grange Farm and wider community.

Positive experience: Lovely, uncomplicated gym. Manned remotely. It's nice that it's not too busy when I go. Very clean, good ventilation and nearby. Win win!
Fantastic experience: Incredible place that's really close by. It's got all the machines you need for an everyday workout, and the fact that it's within distance and not driving distance is simply priceless. If you're looking for a calm place to get fit or simply to get rid of stress, then I highly recommend this place if you're living in Kesgrave or close by.

Positive experience: Nice gym, always plenty of equipment free. Opens too late and shuts too early at the weekend is its biggest let down for me.
