Fantastic experience: Nice, clean facilities, good cafe and friendly staff

Negative experience: A complete car crash of a place. Showers were non existent and only 2 working out of the 8 I could see. Even then they were dripping from the pipe below and only one would work at any one time. Lack of communication about time allowed in the pool and locker facilities. Wrote a complaint letter and was just fobbed off. I wouldn’t bother going here, it’s a stressful experience.

Negative experience: No doubt it is lovely - we didn't get to find out because although the website timetable said the pool was open this bank holiday afternoon when we arrived it was closed.

Positive experience: Clean, tidy. Staff friendly. We were the only family in there. ****Locals and visitors need to use these facilities or they will be lost for everyone.****"

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently switched my daily swim to Pwllheli from another nearby leisure centre and haven’t regretted it for a minute. It’s certainly worth the extra five minutes to drive here from my home in Criccieth. Things I like are… A well thought out practical timetable for swimmers. Cleanliness - both the changing rooms and pool are spotless. A properly organised system of segregation of school parties from other users. Finally, hair dryers that work!

Fantastic experience: Lovely swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very different experience from leisure centre in Porthmadog. We will definitely return soon when the side is on. The hot chocolate was lovely after our swim too!

Positive experience: A lovely pool, friendly and helpful staff , especially at front desk; clean facilities. However, I paid extra money for use of the slide yet my son could only have 5 goes even though the slide was open for an hour, with just a handful of children using it ‍♀️ My son has a learning disability and he couldn't understand why he could only use the slide 5 times, when in our local pool, we pay extra for the slide for unlimited use within the allocated ti.e slots.!

Fantastic experience: Pleasent swimming pool. The kids loved the slide especially. It's worth calling before to see what time the slide is open.

Positive experience: Wish they would open the slide it seems to always be closed, The staff are nice aoart from the lifeguards i find them quite miserable and too strict despite that, they understanding towards my disabled son and treat him with respect.

Positive experience: Everything you need in a gym. Squat bench deadlift and accessories. The cable has been broken a while without it getting fixed though.

Fantastic experience: This has a really good weight training gym plus fitness room plus lightweight's and heated swimming pool and other amenities plus really pleasant staff and fitness instructors to help if necessary fully recommend

Fantastic experience: Easy free parking, auto doors giving access to wide reception area. I only went into reception so cannot vouch for access to or quantity/quality of facilities available. There is a cafe.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant pool at this leisure centre, comprehensive facilities for those with disabilities, lovely pools at a good temperature and a fun water slide for kids and the young at heart. Puts every pool in Liverpool to shame, very grateful for such a great facility whilst on holiday in the area.

Fantastic experience: A good, warm swimming pool to be fair. The slide was useful but it was a pain having to buy tickets. The downside here was that the viewing area is upstairs in another room with no connection, so you can't communicate with your kids or vice versa. But hey ho, I'm over it now. It was a very useful pool for us as it was raining so we could our group's 10 kids in here for half the day while we planned the evenings activities. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: This is a very clean swimming pool with a great infant pool and water slide. The corridors leading to and from the changing rooms require a map and are very confusing but a great pool otherwise

Positive experience: Had a lovely swim here on holiday to Llyn Peninsula, car parking available, public swim hours were a bit odd.

Positive experience: It's a bit small and a bit pricy for one day but if you buy the monthly price it's definitely worth it.

Positive experience: We had a brilliant time here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities although not the most attractive were clean and all in working order. The only think I can say is the swimming pool tiles need replacing as it looks dirty in the corners. But the pools were a good temperature and the children's slide ( £1.50 for 5 goes) was a great hit. We will be visiting again.

Negative experience: Worst pool my daughter and myself have been to, the changing rooms were filthy, you were limited to 5 go's on the slide and to cap it off the lockers wouldn't open resulting in myself having to walk through the centre in my trunks to get assistance.
