Positive experience: The gym desperately needs more than just two stair masters. It's frustrating to see so many treadmills and other equipment that aren't being used while there are only TWO stair masters available—especially given their popularity. Waiting 20-30 minutes for my turn is unacceptable!!
Negative experience: Arrived around 8 pm because I have the off-peak pass.. told the lady at the door that I'm new here and received no help. Later on, when I was looking for a staff member when I had a question about something no one was about in the staff office. I had to find my own way around the gym.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I've been to. Friendly staff and the other members are kind and helpful. I've not taken any classes so I can't comment on them but the overall experience is good.
Positive experience: Huge gym with plenty of machines and TGG is still the cheapest membership you can find anywhere. However I have never been to a gym with a messier free weights section, it seems that no one here knows how to re rack weights after using them. Additionally the changing rooms are sometimes closed from 1-3am and there is only one other toilet, which you have to go back upstairs to use if you're in the downstairs area (this place has an odd layout.) Overall it's a perfectly fine gym but I really wish the staff there during daytime would keep an eye on the free weights and make sure they're being reracked properly as well as in the correct order on the racks.

Positive experience: Love this gym very spacious, a lot of machines to use. My only suggestion is if you guys could please put out the cleaning supplies. We used to have antibacterial spray and blue roll before the pandemic but now there’s nothing and it’s quite unhygienic

Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines. Unfortunately, today on my visit, I wantt to use the spin bikes. Most of them are broken and one of the bikes was very disgusting. It was full of dust very unhygienic. Maybe they just missed it .

I have been attending the gym group for years my only comment is that we used to have a 7am classes but they have stopped it, I personally used to look forward to those classes, as a working mum those times worked very well for some of us. Cons: •Extremely dirty and unsanitary conditions observed. •Visible mould on gym equipment (pictured). •Lack of provided cleaning supplies for members. •Broken bathroom taps and brown mould on sinks (pictured). •Frequent out-of-order status for bathroom stalls (pictured). •Evidence of broken bathroom doors, with nails exposed, suggesting security issues (pictured). •Absence of a swimming pool. Overall Impression: I would not recommend The Gym Edmonton Green due to its unhygienic, disgusting, and dirty facilities. Fantastic experience: Great workout equipment fit for me and my needs , respectful, helpful team, clean facilities and equipment, drinking water available. Only thing is that the elevator needs fixing for individuals who cannot take stairs, it's down quite often.
Negative experience: They stole my bike at the bottom floor... Rather lock up your bikes in the streets.. No security or cctv surveilence what so ever ( or the company too dodgy to Finance that!)! Its dangerous...
Hi, Hope you are well. We are sorry to hear of this. We always advise our members to use the bike parking outside the gym if using bikes. In the event of theft, we advise members to contact the police in order to conduct an investigation. We can then directly assist with this.

Positive experience: The people you see at the gym are crazy some can really be really off-putting. Like you would see a whole bunch of school children like there on a trip. Some people are actually mood killers. In terms of equipment They have all the equipment some may be broken but still work to the best it's hard to find dumbells as some people take 1 and leave you to chase the other 1 sometimes the whole racks empty so you would have to go on a treasure hunt

Negative experience: As a paying member of the gym, I believe that it is reasonable for me to have access to functioning locker facilities. Lockers are an essential amenity for gym-goers, as they provide a secure place for personal belongings during workouts. The fact that the lockers have been out of order for such an extended period of time is unacceptable. Not having access to the lockers not only inconveniences me but also raises concerns about the safety and security of our personal belongings in the gym. It is discouraging to see that despite being informed about the issue, the situation has not been rectified. I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. It is crucial for the smooth operation of the gym and the satisfaction of its members that functional lockers are made available as soon as possible. I urge you to follow up with your staff about the status of the locker replacement and ensure that the necessary steps are taken promptly.

Negative experience: This is not a space for serious trainers. The treadmills are often broken down. When they work, they have a 20min time limit; barely time to warm up if you're any kind of serious runner. The stair climber has a low time limit also (I think 30min but it's a while since I used it, less if not 30min, definitely not more). There are too few free weights, squat wracks and benches and the increments between dumbbells are 2kg (not 1kg). It's rare if you can do your full workout uninterrupted by having to wait for free weights. The male changing rooms are disgusting (the smell from the toilets is terrible). And a number of the locker doors both in the changing rooms and the main gym areas are faulty if not completely torn off their hinges; so you have to choose your workout time or get lucky if you want to take anything you don't want to carry around with you during your workout. Membership is cheap (just under £30 / month depending on the tier you pay for) so I guess you don't get what you don't pay for.

I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, range of equipment downstairs and classes create a perfect workout environment. Fantastic experience: High quality,diverse group classes with fantastic instructors. All equipment is in great condition,always clean and everyone is lovely. Conveniently located with parking. most importantly our gym community is just the best. A big family. Thanks guys

Negative experience: It was alright not so good until this couple on months they took away hygiene spray bottle and wipes away which is very distressing for me where is the health and safety of the gym? I asked last week to one worker they clearly didn’t care until someone notices this or doesn’t do anything about this situation I’m still going give negative reviews. Thanks for wasting peoples time .
