Negative experience: Not one to complain but the parking situation is horrible. Wasn't clear at all and frankly ridiculous that you have to pay for parking after spending over 20 quid for an hour of badminton. After I said I didn't know they refused to take back my parking charge notice.

Fantastic experience: I had my daughter birthday here today and we had a fantastic time. Lisa and the other staff who served us were amazing!!! I highly recommend having your toddler’s party here!

Fantastic experience: Great gym clean lots of good working and varied equipment with good clean shower facilitates. Staff helpful when required and good size car park.

Negative experience: Staff unhelpful and rude. Women’s only sessions aren’t adhered to or monitored. Out of date and unimpressionable equipment, repairs are ignored and overall maintenance isn’t carried out.

Positive experience: Generally, a positive experience. The ample parking spaces are convenient. However, during my recent visit on 22/02/2024 for badminton , I encountered a receptionist named King who exhibited a negative attitude. His rudeness was unnecessary, especially when I tried to address it. Try to acknowledge emotions may cause us to react impulsively, and take accountability. We all have shortcomings, that is okay, apologise, and learn. On the flip side, another receptionist, a lady with silver hair, always maintains a friendly demeanor and sets a great standard for customer service. Let's be kind to one another :)

Positive experience: This location has 2 gyms. 1 on GF and another on 1st floor. It can get busy at times. Gotta pay to park. Staff are nice and kind but more facilities could have been provided considering the space available.

Negative experience: Women’s only gym on Friday is unfair for all the men that have a training plan and need to use the machines downstairs, if they want a separate gym make them a separate room. Why am I paying full price monthly and not getting full access

Fantastic experience: Haven't been here in a while, but everything just as good as before. Love the addition of the virtual classes screen and the ability to choose a workout of your choice to play on the screen during free slots. It is a shame that the boditrax console is no longer here.

Positive experience: Most of the reception staff I've talked to were unfriendly and in cases even rude. They make me feel like I'm not welcome at all! Facilities are alright, don't expect anything special.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! The Duty manager (Andreas) was very rude, very bad customer service. Really don't understand why do they only allow max 4 people on 1 badminton court whereas other Leisure Centres allow 6 people. We came with a group of 5, and Andreas told one of us to leave as they only allow 4 people. However, the group who playing on the other court was also a group of 5 and Andreas let them in. Is it because that group know Andreas, so they can have more than 4 people? So Andreas is using his "Duty Manager" power to change the rules? Don't think I will book this centre again, very poor customer service, floor is very dusty. If they want people to book again, they should get rid of Andreas or send him to have a training about how to treat customer.

Negative experience: Courts are nice, but the duty manager Andreas is not friendly or professional, who allowed the other group of badminton people to have a size of 5 on one court, while simply asked one friend of our group to go home due to the “rule” here that only 4 people are allowed to enter for one badminton court. Double standard. Simply Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: My daughter does gymnastics here on a Saturday and she loves it. The teachers are amazingly patient with all of the children and get them all involved in the warm up activities and with my daughter being reserved that works well for her. I highly recommend this as an extra curricular activity where your child will have lots of fun.

Negative experience: Worst ever centre had a horrible experience I booked my children ballet lessons here for certain reasons I had to cancel after 2/3 lessons I m talking about 25/05/2021 to 25/08/21 session staff canceled my children name from the list on my request but not liable for refund manager is never available to discuss or help reception answer is straight they don't know anything regarding refund only can do cancel the course membersgip ok and phone never work contact direct website from that time to until now I m messaging like insane to better .gov.uk and no one is there to respond once I had respond please apply refund for gudness sake how many time I fill that farm for same refund and issue don't have any hope to get 142:80 refund back please be aware never sign up with them for full payment in advance courses they trap you get your money straight away and in case of any issue neither resolve problem neither give back your money please be aware pay but high and go somewhere else where people understand parents and their problems in corona situation it's not easy to loose a panny ,be aware

Negative experience: Previous duty manager was rude current one is ruder (Andreas), better gyms are the worst. Having only 4 people per court and not being able to have anyone sitting out on the side forcing any one extra to leave (this was mid session). What kind of rules are those. These managers must get some sort of fulfilment by showing the power of the role.
