Positive experience: Wedding reception attended here, we had a great time with the only bug bear being, too few staff serving at the overly expensive bar... Prices for drinks are in line with London rates ... It's Lordswood ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing event for my daughter's 21st at the ' Martin Grove' suite here, and from start to booking the event and leading up to the event,we had fantastic correspondence from the staff at all times. I would highly recommend hiring this event for your special occasion.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughters 3rd birthday party I was expecting a mini soft play as paid for on the party package a bouncy castle which we did get but paid extra for. A princess who was supposed to entertain the children and a dj turned up I didn’t even arrange. The princess where on earth did she come from she’s at a kids party didn’t smile once didn’t interact with any of the kids was so miserable and a real disappointment to my daughter. All my daughter wanted was to interact with the princess and hold her hand and dance with her well she wasn’t interested in the slightest. There were supposed to be games suitable for the kids their age half the games they chose the kids didn’t understand as were too young. The dj was rubbish but at least he was friendly. The face painting was horrendous couldn’t face paint to save her life. I was so embarrassed by the whole occasion of what all my family and friends thought as to how bad it actually was. Food lower than average even for party food and sandwiches. The best part was the girls helping to set up they were brilliant. If you want a kids party do not arrange with these people for for the sake of disappointment

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say except WOW . From start to finish our wedding journey here has been outstanding. Can not recommend this place highly enough and Michelle and team were just as amazing as the venue was. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of room and space for an event. However, the car park does not hold a large number of vehicles. Other than that, it is a great venue.

Fantastic experience: We were asked to provide a roulette and a blackjack table for a party here at Lordswood.we were in the upstairs venue room perfect for smaller parties 30 plus. Really well decorated and the events manager extremely helpful in showing us around and the best access to set up,ensuring this was a smooth running event. I would definitely recommend this venue for your party ♠️❤️♦️

Positive experience: I'm not sure how Lordswood Leisure works as a sports venue, but as a place for functions it's absolutely fine. We were in a large hall for a charity quiz night. The bar was open for drinks at one end of the hall and there were 19 teams (up to 10 people per team), each with their own table. All very well done and quite a hoot!

Fantastic experience: Had my sons 4th birthday party here. We had the little teckers package with bouncy castle and ball pool. We had Spider-Man as the party guest and I could not thank everyone enough. All memebers of the team were lovely. My son beijg autistic was no problem to tnem and no questions were asked when something needed doing such as music turning down, sensory games and a lot of patience. Would recommend looking into the children’s party packages here. Made to feel so welcome and cannot wait to book another party.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough. They were all so helpful and polite. They couldn’t do enough for us to make our event the best it could possibly be. A lady named Jodie was absolutely amazing, there was an incident with a man who had a few too many and it was handled brilliantly, so that it hadn't escalated. They are also strict on ID, which is great to know. We had an 18th so anyone not looking the correct age were asked for some ID to confirm their age. Overall great!

Positive experience: Went to a wedding reception here a couple of weeks ago, the inside of the hall looked like a massive marque. The drink prices were really good aswell

Fantastic experience: Lady called Michelle who does the classes makes you feel so welcome I’ve been to other gyms and classes in the past and never felt comfortable. In Michelle’s classes completely different, Michelle makes you very welcome & the ladies In her classes also so welcoming & helpful I was a bit nervous about joining a gym again as never enjoyed the others but what a different it makes when people are kind and friendly and welcoming. So ladys and gents if your a bit nervous please join Michelle’s classes, also you prefer just to work out in the gym lovely lady called kirsty again so friendly I can’t remember all there names but the other guys also I’m there just as helpful and nice. Receptionist again can’t doo enough to help! So massive well done to the Lordswood lesuire for being such an amazing team

Negative experience: Very very hot. Staff looked like they were on the beach not working although very prompt belonging the bar. At 12 o'clock made to feel like being thrown out off a pub tables being cleared while you were at them all the chairs taken away. Ruthless clearing had to rush to get belongings off the table. Very uncomfortable end to the night.

Fantastic experience: I went to siren hairdressers well what can I say...I had my haircut after waiting a year and a half for it to grow back after surgery. Adele was lovely, funny and did a great job....I will definitely go back x

Negative experience: Not the best location for party. First floor, although there is access to lift. The kitchen is restricted - it’s not allowed to be used. It’s quite a modest-sized space, so be conscious of the number of people who will attend your event here. The lifts is so small.

Fantastic experience: Attended for a fight night. Well organised and a good evening. However tickets were overpriced at £50 per person at a table with not even a cheap bottle of prosecco chucked in. Overall an evening of enjoyment with good company and good organisation!

Positive experience: Attended a wedding reception there. Purchased a pint of Guinness and a Diet coke at a cost of £7, over priced but accepted it as it was A venue where you expected to pay more than usual. However I didn't like having a plastic glass to drink out of, and the way the Guinness was poured was completely unacceptable, if your a Guinness drinker you know it should be poured slowly and not all at once, the first Bar person poured it absolutely wrongly and wasn't customer minded, the other Bar person Monica was much more customer related and I enjoy talking to her, but she also poured the Guinness far to fast.

Fantastic experience: We were at a family wedding. Absolutely beautifully set out, the marquee and hall were beautiful. Food was well prepared. They had the BBQ option. Check it out I wouldn't have given it a thought but worth checking it out for weddings and special parties

Positive experience: Attended a wedding reception. Hall was nicely dressed, catering good and all staff very attentive. The only negative was the outrageous price of drinks from the bar. £6 a pint in a platic glass! Three drinks for twenty quid! Unless Medway thinks itsnow on a par with the Westend of London, I cant see any justification. Hope the barstaff are paid more than minimum wage?

Negative experience: Had a lovely party with friends, but it was a shame that the drinks were so expensive. Lower the cost and people will drink more, you still make ya money!

Positive experience: I went for childrens party. Place has plenty of parking. There are a few function rooms. The hall was huge. Not sure what's included in a party package but what was there (bouncy castle, soft play, balloons, ride on toys and small slide) was OK. The food and drinks I believe provided by the hall were good too. Can't complain.

Negative experience: Was in quee suite which is the largest hall. 500 guests here for a charity night. The bar could not cope. 2 ques were formed both very long and both waited 40 mins to buy a drink...every time. so only 1 card reader to pay by card and only one till ! Ridiculous Staff were nice but they cannot cater for large events...even tho they say they can.

Fantastic experience: I am using this gym for more than 1.5 years Very nice decent gym. The gym is generally not to busy. All the necessary equipment is available for workout. Clean gym. Helpful staff. Definitely recomended. Only down side is it closes at 21:30.

Fantastic experience: Went there for my mum's wedding reception and had an absolutely amazing time!! The staff were so kind, helpful and respectfull. The place was very clean and perfect for the occasion!! I would highly recommend this place!! I would very much like to go there again!!

Fantastic experience: A great leisure centre with loads of facilities. The function rooms for parties and weddings are great, with a bar in the room and toilets just outside. The staff were really friendly and soon pointed us in the right direction. Free parking is available just outside and there seemed plenty of spaces even though there was a lot of people there.
