This means not only can you work out and wind down with the physical activity opportunities at the centre, you can also pay a visit to your local GP or health professional at the onsite medical practice.
A lifesaver if you are looking to keep your little ones busy, and always a treat for them (and you). Our holiday activities give children the opportunity to meet and make friends, discover new interests, explore and try out new sports and activities, and stay fit and healthy.

We are delighted visitors to our Severn Centre can access both sport and leisure and their local library under one roof. Our library has a wonderful stock of adult fiction and reference as well as a special section of books for children and teens, plus games and DVDs for hire. The library at the Severn Centre can even give you local bus timetables and renew your bus passes.
Halo Leisure is a registered charity and Social Enterprise operating community-focused leisure facilities throughout Bridgend County, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Merthyr Tydfil County, Shropshire, Wiltshire and Stratford-upon-Avon.

As a not-for-profit organisation, Halo doesn’t have shareholders like private companies. Instead, we reinvest profit straight back into the work we do in your area to enhance and improve the leisure and health facilities for everyone to enjoy.

Negative experience: Started gym here get an email everyday saying I owe £8 when I have no idea why customer service is shocking can never get through and never get help pointless place just a waste off somthing that could be very good
Positive experience: delivered to the bus company that works out of there....met a great local Bobby that pointed to their location and the guys where brill just a pig to get to in a lorry

Fantastic experience: Attended a weekly craft group here. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant location. Easy parking. Newly refurbished Café, charging reasonable priced. Airy large room for group meetings. Food bank for local community. TV in the reception area. Small lending library on site. Many group meet and classes are run in the annexed lido swimming pool and gym. Wonderful community resource.

Positive experience: The staff are really friendly but the gym is pretty basic. Good for getting started though, if you need to lose a few lbs well worth jumping in for a few months. Desperately need better free weights though, a dedicated weight room might bring in more members imo.....pretty cheap membership to be fair, I'll give them that.

Fantastic experience: Joined as a full member about 5 months ago to use the gym, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Went in the pool for the first time ever as i have only lived in Highley for 5 years and what a fantastic experience, it was raining but the water was nice and warm, a really sureal experience especially when twin rainbows appeared over the centre. 10/10.
