Fantastic experience: Great gym, great variety of equipment, best of all for those visiting the island you can pay as you go. Excellent parking, I had space and I was in a lorry. 10/10 would definitely use again if/when I come back to the island.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, a lot of others you can’t pay as you go. These guys were welcoming, well stocked with drinks and you had all of the equipment needed for a full workout, including cardio equipment. £7 in, can’t go wrong.

Fantastic experience: This gym is brilliant, if you want to step your training up this is the place, equipment that's specific to how and what you want to get out of training, staff are really friendly, there's a shower facility and two weight rooms, and no posers!

Negative experience: If you are looking for a gym where the changing rooms are filthy and stink, where the equipment is poorly maintained and old and where you get a lot of unnecessary attitude from the owner this place is perfect for you.

Positive experience: I appreciate that the owners and trainers are helpful and encouraging and prepared to offer advice. The fact that there is a separate room for free weight workouts is a bonus for those members who are used to working out with heavy, free, weights. Only very limited changing facilities but don't know of many gym members who would use them rather than their facilities at home.
