Anytime Fitness Aldershot

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Not single member has followed up on my issues yet. I have been trying to contact to them since october and yet no response. However when i stopped my direct debit they messaged me the next hour

Positive experience: Loved the ambience at the gym.

Fantastic experience: Wide selection of equipment and not overly busy at the times I visited, which was mostly weekday daytime and early at the weekend. Would recommend this gym to other people and was ideal for when I was in Aldershot for a few weeks visiting family.

Negative experience: We can’t cancel the membership and late fees also add quickly staff also very bad & management think about the Membership before join and expensive monthly fee

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with friendly and helpful staff who work really hard to make the place a fun, welcoming and clean environment. Other gym members that I have interacted with have been friendly and respectful too. The gym runs various classes throughout the week which is a plus...as well as the free tea/ coffee machine. There is defiantly something here for everyone, a very diverse Gym that would cater for a wide rage of people/ needs; including step free access around the gym floor (the latter is limited to wellington shopping centre access times).

Negative experience: You cannot cancel your membership, think twice before registering.

Fantastic experience: it’s a great gym, staff are all so friendly and it really got me back into fitness after years. i was so scared when i first came back to the gym, but this place made me feel so welcome and comfortable!

Positive experience: Had decent number of equipments and isn't busy as PureGym. You don't have to wait to use any machines which is a good plus. WiFi is slow and there is no cell reception as it's in the basement. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: I cannot believe how filthy these showers are! I refuse to believe there are cleaners in this place. This is embarrassing!

Fantastic experience: I joined recently, went to pick up my keyfob and Natalie gave me a tour. She was super friendly and made me feel so welcome! I'm not very confident with fitness but I can't wait to come here again :)

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym, with very accommodating staff. Can get quite busy during peak times like lunch and straight after work however, never busy enough where you will be waiting for to long to get on the equipment you want. Fantastic gym, well worth the price.

Fantastic experience: Today, namely on 24 June 2021, two polite girls were handing out flyers for this place. They were not pushy, which was nice. More flyering would be nice - some people really want to start getting fit again, but need more motivation.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym which is an excellent example of a franchise setup run with some heart. I have trained at this gym since it opened and all staff have been friendly and welcoming. I have never personally used the Personal Training services on offer but frequently see staff giving advice and helping people start their fitness journey. The gym can be a little crowded but I am always using it at peak times (6 - 7:30pm) and so with an open mind you don't let this get in thew ay of your workout. Reasonably priced membership with perks for referring friends. Free parking available and 24 hour access in a clean and modern environment, there's not much else I could ask for.

Negative experience: BULLIES....... Awful people who work here not only have u bullied my daughter to sign up but u have been bullying her on the phone and emails yet waiting for someone to call us we get fobbed off nobody will be sent in ur direction for membership.

Positive experience: Only thing that I don't lke about this place is after 6pm when you take the entrance near car park, there is very strong smell but when you go down to the gym hall it's fine. Quite new and it has quite a number of equipment compared to other gym around Aldershot.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, as a larger lady I was nervous of going to the gym here, shouldn't have worried! Staff are very supportive and the fellow patrons are all friendly. People of all shapes, sizes and ages go here. Keep it up guys! Ps lovely private shower/bathroom cubicles to sort yourself out after a workout.

Negative experience: After one year of membership with this Anytime Fitness branch I can say that I don't like it anymore. Too many members for very small gym, not enough space and it just puts me off from going there. No space for people who would want a quite space for meditation and yoga, and clean floor!!!. During this year I never dared to take a shower there, it is just not clean enough. Seems like cleaners are there only during late hours. I tried quite hours for yoga in this gym after 10pm and was disturbed by cleaners. Also I just found out that my key fob is non returnable, and they keep my deposit of £30 for the key. Take this into consideration, because when I joined this gym they called it a deposit, now it is their sale/profit.

Fantastic experience: Brill gym has everything you could want and a lil bit more . Staff always happy to help and approachable which a lot of gyms aren't . This should def be your gym if you are local

Negative experience: Awful just awful typical commercial gym, they don't have enough equipment there over 200+ members that come to workout yet there very little equipment 5 benches for that many people to use if terrible I come in most days with a plan on what I want to do and never get it done because there's to many people, the music is awful, people are disrespectful of the equipment throwing everything around, everyone keeps to themself so it's very hard to make friends or get help with working out. When you work out eyes just look at you making it very uncomfortable to workout. Bad gym not worth the money and you don't get you fob money back when you end your membership so there just ripping you off not worth it the best gym in Aldershot goes to fight science huge facility with plenty of equipment Ps there Wheel chair access is stupid there are 2 ways to enter and leave the gym one way through the shopping centre and other down 7 flights of stairs so in other words when the shopping centre closes you can only enter through the stairs case door meaning no one who is in a wheel chair can workout past 5pm what a joke

Fantastic experience: Just opened and purpose built so you will find everything you need here. Two entrances one by wilko inside and one outside by boots. Very clean with modern equipment. Suitable for all levels of training. Instructors are polite and professional and the whole place is sparking clean... give it a try and lose that Christmas over indulgence.

Negative experience: DON'T BOTHER JOINING. WASTE OF TIME 1. 2 showers to accommodate a gym with more than 100 member- you can calculate the probability of using it. Next to impossible. 2. Can't use showers more than 15 mins at peak time. Got told by The assistant manager kim. 3. After 6pm, take 35 stairs to walk out of gym, nightmare if you have done a leg workout that day. 4. Showers clog up frequently. 5. Only 6 free parking spaces if you come before 6pm. This was never told to me when I joined the gym. Simply unacceptable and mis selling. Now I can't go before 6 because I am not sure if I can get a space or not and I am not paying for parking.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities. The staff is really friendly. Perfect if you don't like crowds... open 24/7 so you can go whenever! Plus the classes included are incredible

Fantastic experience: Outstanding gym facilities to train in! The equipment is top of the range and the staff are very helpful as well. 24 hour convenience is perfect for me, as my job means i sometimes have to train at odd hours! Keep it up guys :)
