Negative experience: I got kicked out because I got stuck on the slide nd someone else came down nd hit me because the guy told him to go down, I will not be back don't advise u going there

Negative experience: A women at the reception was quite rude to my children. She was speaking down on them little did she know I was around the corner. I really hope this doesn’t happen again shocking !

Fantastic experience: I popped in earlier in the week, there was a local gardening group selling a great range of plants and flowers at much better prices than what you would pay at your local gardening centre,it was very busy morning and people were coming and going all the time.

Positive experience: This Sports Complex provided a pleasurable experience for me and the rest of my family, by having a great café, wonderful flumes, and a 25 meter pool that was not that bad. One thing I will comment on however, is the cleanliness of the venue, both inside the pool, flumes and changing village. The floor was extremely dirty, and that was especially disgusting considering I forgot to bring my poolside shoes. While I was swimming inside the 25m pool, I could see a rather large patch of some form of dirt or mould at the bottom of the deep end, and I found it rather concerning that the pool may not be cleaned out as well as the health codes would require. However, since I am no expert on health codes, I shall leave that judgement to someone else. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you found it helpful.

Positive experience: Good facilities and classes at the gym with knowledgeable, friendly staff. The pool is fine with laned areas. Changing rooms are a bit dated, and the sauna is in need of a major update.

Positive experience: I've started using this facility recently as I have a 3 month old daughter who I would like to get accustomed to swimming ASAP. We have been 4 times now and have faced different challenges each time, the majority of the time being caused by unsupervised children and inconsiderate adults. I have quite a bit of sympathy for the staff, who mostly seem to be teenagers themselves having to try and manage the behaviour of kids whose behaviour should sicken their parents. My daughter and I go to the training pool and bob up and down for 15 minutes or so before she gets too cold. In that time, the biggest issue we face is being splashed (mostly accidently, but not always) by children that should really be in the other pool who I have to ask to give space - we literally use 1 meter squared of the surface area and stick to the corner. Changing has also been a challenge as the baby and toddler/ disabled cubicles are frequently taken by people that should be using single cubicles. There are only a couple of changing tables which has meant we have to wait a long time for a cubicle to become free or I have to lay my daughter on a towel on the floor. In terms of facilities, there is a good amount here, but the website is difficult to navigate, especially to see when the public can just come to the pool and from what I can tell, the information is inaccurate. We will keep persisting, but I hope that our experiences will become more positive as time goes on.

Fantastic experience: I regularly use the gym, which is a big open space with plenty of equipment for everyone, even at its busiest times. Staff are helpful and friendly. Changing rooms, especially showers, could be upgraded. Otherwise, I would say it is excellent value.

Positive experience: I joined the gym with a go card, price was very reasonable. My induction the gym instructor was a friendly guy he showed me how to use the equipment and booked me in to get a program made for me to follow, in the mean time I can come and go as I please and use any equipment I like. I'm not sure how busy it is a weekends but will find out tomorrow. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and hopefully lose some weight and get fitter in the near future.

Positive experience: This is a nice pool would say for the more serious swimmer,kids pool is warm but don't expect them to spend any time in the adult pool as it is pretty cold also no waiting times like other pools have a good option for a swim

Positive experience: Really good gym and running track, alot off the scottish athletics meets and training is done within this venue and can get quite busy at peak times. It could do with an upgrade off some equipment.

Positive experience: Swimming is good but the cafe is bad, I ordered chips and curry sauce and the curry sauce was watery and full of onions aswell when it didn't say that on the menu, it also took ages to come after ordering.

Positive experience: The cafe was good with nice food. In the large pool I observed a group of ladies doing exercises to music. The smaller pool was not very busy and the Clorine seemed quite strong. Its a shame that more people don't use these facilities. Since it was the school holidays I thought it would be busier.

Fantastic experience: Thought this was a public swimming pool, apparently not as no entry 4 the public EVERY DAY from 3.30 to 6pm. No after school swim 4 my kids then. So sad. Must give a 4 stars now as I went there today and the place is immaculate. Flumes on, pool so clean, staff on pool side so helpful, receptionist lovely and soup amazing. Was there at 11am. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: A great sports complex with gym and weight room as well as halls for various sports from 5 a side to badminton. Halls also used for mini gyms and other parent child activities. 25m pool for swimming beats the play pool the mariner centre has if you are wanting to go for a swim. Normally there are at least two lanes reserved for swimming sometimes more. The pool is reserved in the evenings sometimes for the local swim team and or triathlon club so check pool opening times before you go incase clubs are using. Pool also used for events such as swimming galas. Because it is used for these events there is also a good sized viewing area above the pool to spectate. If you are lucky you can get a window seat in the cafe and spectate while you snack. The on site cafe is decent serving the usual cafeteria food at reasonable prices. There is a smaller kids pool with water slides that seems to be enjoyed by most. It isn't always open so check times before telling the kids they can go to the slides. There is an annex in the large car park which I know was used for local clubs and social events. It's been a while since I have used the soft play area but my kids enjoyed it when they were a bit smaller. Zetland Park backs onto the Sports complex so you can use the carpark to park up and use the Park instead of the sports complex. Probably the best council run multi sports facility in the Falkirk area.

Fantastic experience: A nice pool for kids swimming lessons. They are organized through Falkirk council and all the instructors are professional and friendly. My kids have all enjoyed them.

Positive experience: Staff friendly and helpful however the facilities are desperately needs attention, shower area,toilets and changing area especially. Broken tiles in spectators seating area have been duck taped up for months . Could go on but lack of investment is almost certainly the case. I really would score it less if it wasn't for the great efforts from staff .

Negative experience: The pool opening times are nothing short of ridiculous. They need to look into expanding or adding a separate area for kids lessons and training as you are seldom likely to ever get there at a time you can swim.

Positive experience: Just joined the gym and been really impressed so far. It's maybe not the most modern gym, layout or equipment but everything is in great condition and is clean. The winner for me is how friendly and supportive the staff are. It's a little more expensive than my previous gym but seems to be line with the area.

Positive experience: First time in dance studio, not ventilated enough, should be better than this, still in a pandemic, so we're supposed to have plenty ventilation when exercising, there's a fire exit door could've been open, under these pandemic circumstances, I know normally fire exit doors are closed, or sports complex could have better air con.
