Fantastic experience: A great club to learn karate that really works. This is not just for show, with high flying head kicks, it is proper martial arts that can be applied when needed. Top notch instruction and a really familial and welcoming feel. Learn kata, kumite, application and self defence, plus get fit at the same time. Pop along on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings to check it out. You won't be disappointed.
