Negative experience: Absolutely pathetic that they advertise for 24/7 and 7 days a week yet they are closed right now and tomorrow? Before the response mentions anything to do with staffing issues - there have never been any staff when I go at 3am. So I basically paid for a 24/7 gym that does in fact not give me access 24/7...

Fantastic experience: Personal trainer Rob has been brilliant in training my autistic son and teching him to use equipment and improve fitness. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Gym has everything you need, equipment is great. However please… do something about the fact that there are almost 200 people in the gym. Maybe setting up a limit would be good as it’s impossible to work out when there is almost 200 people at the same time. I noticed that the PureGym app advises up to 10,000 can work out at the same time. This isn’t true. Other than that gym is nice!

Negative experience: The mens shower smell terribly, they smell like they are never cleaned. This is a grave issue that can easily be addressed but the gym is very negligent on hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Brotherhood Peterborough - .amazing, where do i start, i have been coming to this gym since it opened. i love the classes, sometimes i do use the equipment/machines but classes are for me. lovely bunch of staff but i do have to mention instructor Andrew Playle he is just fabulous, do not ever let him go!!!!. he is always so friendly, kind and positive, such a great motivator and really wants you to achieve the best. MIND, LIFT and RIDE are great mixture please keep them!!!!! only reason i gave a 4 and not a 5 is that the showers aren't always nice to use, they are smelly and dirty. the entrance barriers keeps on breaking and some of the equipment too

Andrew Playne is a top instructor. Clear, no waffle instruction and demos, big smiles, great motivation and high energy levels. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy Libby and Andrews lift classes. They really inspire and motivate you to do your best and keep going. I hurt my back a few weeks ago and Andrew took the time to explain how to do the class safely.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about joining a gym as I haven't been in years I think this place is amazing, facilities are great, super clean and I really like the structure The get started tour really put me at ease and I love all the different classes they offer so I can change up my workout and keep it interesting Also love that it's a 24 hour gym so if your a bit nervous and also have a busy work schedule you can go at quieter times and fit it around your work Also the free app really enhances your gym experience with work outs, advice, recipes, how to use machines and loads more features And to top it off it's extremely good value for money!

Negative experience: Been at this gym for a few months now and I can honestly say this gym has no soul no welcoming atmosphere. Just do your thing and get out. The staff do not want to know you. Same times very rude. Every time you go into the gym via car you have to put your number plate in on a pad. If you don't you risk getting a ticket which is really annoying because sometimes you forget. I wouldn't recommend this gym. I have left recently and gone back to my old gym which I should not have left.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed. I have been going to the PureGym Brotherhood gym since June and I have the Plus pass. Definitely, today was my last training at this gym. I have a very bad experience with one of the member of staff (woman with red hair) who makes it difficult to start 2 series of exercises in the green zone, because she starts private barbell training there despite the zeros, this zone is not intended for that at all, and when we politely ask if she can do your own private training with a client, she refused this and was arrogant as she is doing training with the client and do not care, even though she saw that we were in the middle of a series. If this is how you treat customers who have purchased the most expensive package, I definitely recommend changing the gym. Such an approach to a client, where it actually makes training difficult for him, is unacceptable to me, and such people should not work in a place like a gym if they don't like people and have no respect for other people training at the gym. When I go to training, I would expect the people working there to be involved, smile and help when necessary, not to make training impossible or to discourage me.

Positive experience: I do like the gym and its cost. I do find at the times I attend the gym is messy. Some of the out of order equipment takes some time to be fixed, which can be enjoying. All in all though a good gym and would still recommend.

Positive experience: Siłownię oceniam na 4. Często maszyny są zepsute i to nie jedna tylko aż 4 , plus kilka urządzeń do kardio. Brakuje karabiner do zakładania uchwytów. Najlepiej kupić własne . Nie zawsze jest papier żeby wytrzeć pot z twarzy. Waga do pomiaru tkanki tłuszczowej jest płatna . I nie jest dokładna , gdzie na innych siłowniach mamy za darmo. Dużym minusem jest to że na siłowni ćwiczą dzieci 15,16,17 lat jest to niepespieczne. Powinny być z starczym opiekunem. Np kolega koleżanka co ma 18 lat.

Fantastic experience: Just seen all the reviews of people leaving bad reviews around the concepts of a dirty gym and dirty toilets/showers, and then claiming to be paying “top tier prices as a top member” like get to just shush mate you’re paying a dirty price for what you’re getting, if anything PureGym is getting scammed by you mate, in all honesty, the gym is a decent gym and for the price of what 28 quid compared to 80 quid I've heard other places charging, it’s alright for multi gym access, bring a mate, n free mineral water, honestly get a grip you fat bonnet. Haha suiiii

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I go for 5 in the morning so can't comment about how busy it is on an evening but in never struggle to get on a single thing. It's always tidy with friendly staff

Fantastic experience: It's a good well stocked gym with a large free weights area and plenty of machines as well.

Positive experience: This is not meant to be a bad review just observations. When this gym opened you could get on any equipment you wanted now it has become popular this isn't always the case. They do have instructors there but they are not always available if you have any questions or need help so you end up asking someone else who is there training. The men's changing rooms could do with cleaning at more regular intervals especially the showers as they can smell really bad. It's my local gym so will keep going there but I really hope they get more staff and equipment as it used to be brilliant and the classes are always popular and from the list very varied.

Positive experience: Overall a good gym. Plenty of benches & cable machines available. Weights area is also good The only thing they can improve on is bringing in another lat pulldown & seated row machine for back as there's only one in the whole gym. Two of each would be perfect. There is also no seated shoulder raises machine. This would be another great addition

Positive experience: Gym is fantastic, i have only joined less than a month ago and already received a parking ticket. I was in gym for 57 mins on sunday evening and got ticket for that. Is there any way i can speak with PureGym management to resolve this?

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have been too. However be selective which times you go as there seems to be an influx of youngsters up til 2200/2300 so getting on the equipment in an amicable fashion is quite testing at times.

Positive experience: Great gym! The only thing I really do not like and the reason for the three star review I am leaving is due to not having any cleaning stations to wipe down after a workout. Very gross to workout after someone has sweated all over the machines/benches.

Negative experience: No seated leg curl machine Full of uneducated people in art of bodybuilding Cheap equipment. Not the right handles for different exercises. Owned and run by people who don't understand what is needed in a gym to train the body properly. Example dumbbell benches don't goto decline only incline and have nothing to push your feet into...the list goes on

Negative experience: In the gym now and there are 6 treadmills, a bike and a leg press out of order which is an absolute joke. If you have half the machines broken then start charging half the monthly fees also. Treadmill issue is ongoing for over a week now creative massive struggle on busier periods and with leg press now broken aswell the queues for the downstairs ones are taking too long. Someone needs to look into this or start giving out discounts for not providing services advertised. I Don't pay to wait in queues longer than actually excercise.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for around 8 weeks now and have to say im absolutely loving it, I was very nervous about joining a gym but i settled in fast and the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is plenty of very good equipment to use! Actually looking forward to going on the days i can get there and chatting to the staff and doing better every day!!
