Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff, they couldn't do enough but I will say it was a bit weird when they came in the locker room asking if I needed help with changing. But apart from that it was a solid visit. I also spent time at the cafe where there were serving a Sunday dinny so I ate it and then paid the whopping £67.99 and then left for the day. 10/4 would recommend

Positive experience: Great pool Great family changing . A little old and in need of update . But great child friendly pool. Enjoyed our family swim and will return next week .

Negative experience: From the Gestapo Michelle on reception to the holy usless poolside assistants I found some of the most sanctamonias, supercilious individuals ive ever come across. Most off the staff are related in one form or another and cover eachothers backs. Complaints regarding pool staffs conduct wearing" G strings" in family sessions and playing roughly with colleges banging into disabled completely ignored. Elle! Pool staff also argue and become abusive and even laugh at you if you raise concerns. Charlotte! If you have disabilities stay away. You will be bullied by the people specificly employed to assist you!

Negative experience: Took the kids swimming today & won't be going again. Absolutely disgusting, I don't know when this place was last cleaned but clearly not recently. Such a shame as the pool & slides are great for kids, we went pre-covid & I don't remember it ever being as dirty as it is now. Floors are disgusting, hair absolutely everywhere & everything is visibly grimy. Please hire cleaners!

Negative experience: Loved the Goole Leisure Centre, making the trip from Selby with big smiles on our face, until Covid brought about this new queuing system they have in place; an utter joke and entirely nonsensical. I have no issue pre-booking a designated slot, online and paying in advance, if that helps manage the amount of people in the pool at a given time. Issue wrist bands to track time. So many solutions which don’t involve waiting outside! My son begs us to go back nearly every week, what a shame as we won’t go back :-(

Negative experience: Terrible wait times and organisation for the pool. People with young children queuing outside in all weather's, small numbers let in every 20 mins or so, complete shambles. Best to avoid and go elsewhere we're you can pre book and wait in the warm!

Positive experience: My daughter and I went swimming, the pool was warm. Facilities were clean. Went to the cafe and was reasonably priced.

Negative experience: Badly organised. Took my 2 grandchildren today. Queued for 20 minutes in the door, which had a high pitched alarm that kept going off. Then they let 15 to 20 people in and we were told to wait another 45 minutes. 3 people behind the counter doing nothing much, would of been better telling us where the cut off was for the next swim. I dont think i would of wasted my time if i knew i was going to have to wait for the next swim. Dissapointed. Will go elsewhere next time.

Negative experience: Great pool for the kids. Sadly place is extremely unorganised and badly managed. Had ques of small children outside in freezing wind because they only let so many people in at once with no way to prebook. No where for people to wait inside. Just stand outside in the cold while member of staff has a scrap bit of paper to count people. Total joke. Then wanted food afterwards, to be told(after a 10 minute wait, because person in cafe was in kitchen and didn't come out when the 1 person in front of me was calling them) they do not do kids food on weekends. And they think there might be a notice somewhere that says it. Lifeguards were very friendly though.

Fantastic experience: Nice pool. It does its job and has family friendly and deep ends and one exhilarating slides

Positive experience: I really wanted to book some yoga classes for two of us, but the online booking is so long winded, mainly showing me things that aren't happening, I gave up after 45 minutes. We booked elsewhere in five minutes instead.

Fantastic experience: Tier 3 Covid-19 measures work really well. Felt really safe and staff really friendly.

Positive experience: Its not bad.

Negative experience: As a full member you get less for your money than those paying less for example you can’t use the squash courts on an evening unless you pay extra, the courts are free for day time users. The pool is not open many evenings due to lessons, and the toilets are often smelly and dirty. Sadly the only facility’s in the area so stuck with it, unless you really have no choice I’d try a different leasure provider. If you work you get a raw deal on the membership front !

Positive experience: A bit old and tired looking, and the showers I'm afraid are just not acceptable. They are in full view of the pool so you have to shower infront of everyone swimming with literally nothing to hide you at all. No slope or big steps into the shallow end of the pool which was hard going for my dad who's had a knee replacement. Just a ladder type entrance/exit.

Positive experience: Nice pool which is badly managed. Very difficult to complete a structured swim workout as there is only 1 hour of lane swimming at the same time each day on a Mon-Fri. There is no lane swimming at all on a weekend.

Positive experience: It has a decent gym that has occasional offers, baths with a slide for the kids. You can do lots of fitness programs here as well. There is a decent function room for that special occasion as well.

Positive experience: Great pool can sometimes be on the cold side but on the whole good. Kids love the slide and blow up adventure thing.

Fantastic experience: We only used the centre for the swimming bath but it was a nice clean place we have a 3 month old and the facilities were to a high standard and a nice little separate pool for the kids my only gripe is the shared car park with the other shops it was a really busy car park even for a Monday!

Fantastic experience: There is something for everyone here! A large swimming baths with baby pool, shallow area and deep area as well as a large water slide. A modern fully equipped gym. Tennis courts Squash courts A huge hall for sports and activities A cafe Function room for parties And more. We currently attended my daughter's dance competition here and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be coming here in the summer holidays to swim!

Positive experience: Brilliant pool for everyone with shallow baby area and fun slide for older kids. Changing rooms and toilets are 4 out of 5 not bad at all. Some areas like under the slide look like they need a revamp but I guess it's difficult to maintain that part with it being constantly wet

Negative experience: Stood outside waiting for half an hour, no one allowed to enter. A leisure centre that doesn't seem to allow people to enter. Go elsewhere to save you wasting hours of your life. Update: Still an utter shambles, still make people stand out in the cold for almost an hour. East Riding Council need look at the appalling management of this leisure centre and get someone in who actually let's kids use it! Keep well away from here until it's run professionally.

Positive experience: Most staff I've had contact with are pleasant and helpful. Decent range of classes, tho more on weekends would be appreciated. Well equipped gym, weekday evenings can be busy, which can be tricky if you want to use weight machines.
