Fantastic experience: Love the LBT class

Fantastic experience: Really good experience sauna and steam. Well very good I’d say the steam was probably the best I’ve had very clean in the sauna and steam area. Changing rooms were a bit unclean.

Negative experience: NO swimming pool. Drained and closed. Try Clayton or Clitheroe. Just a gym now.

Positive experience: Used the gym for a week whilst Hyndburn Centre was closed. Nice gym but smaller and with less equipment than I'm used to. Still managed to all I needed. Friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolutely incredible, I highly rate the friendliness and customer service of the employees at the front desk, the facilities alright as well. Its easy to find and parking is usually good but the swimming pool is currently shut.

Negative experience: 'Refurbished' yet took forever and still didnt use that time to fix the problem of the mens changing room opening up into the swimming pool. False advertising- LADIES only is actually ladies, two male life guards and men oogling at you as they walk out of their changing room. Amazing. Members also seem to have a problem with a woman choosing to dress however she wants. If you want a comfortable experience swimming you're better off going to Hynburn Sports Centre. Much more friendly, understanding and a 100% comfortable experience there.

Positive experience: Not really been here much so can't comment on the gym but the pool is good. It's not heated so it's cold but that's not to bad once your in. I've taken my daughter here but could stay long because it was to cold for her which is a major downfall of the place as it would be great for mother and baby groups. Otherwise it's a good place.

Positive experience: I have just started going to Great Garwood baths as others are being done up, on the three ocassions of going I have noticed the bottom of the swimming pool to be dirty, but past it off as just a few bits of things floating around?, until this week where I have picked up Athletes foot, straight from coming from the pool, as I do not walk around without socks or shoes on other than here, I have to take it this is where I have picked it up and wonder at the cleanliness of the pool, I also see attendents walking up and down at the side of the pool with shoes trainers, on that they also wear it other areas, bringing in things from the soles of their feet, I have never seen anyone cleaning the pool, this needs to be looked at. Skin cells causing bacteria are all around the pool from peoples feet, hence reasons for washing feet from changing to pool in that divide of water, which they no longer have.

Positive experience: Its had a face lift but its not great. Time table needs improvements. Shame

Positive experience: OK place a bit on the small side but if you don't want the hustle and bustle then it's the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I take the kids swimming lessons here. They love it, great tutors, friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and the lady swimming instructor is superb to watch with the kids especially infants scared of water at first then giggling and smiling due to her confidence building. If your child wants to learn to swim this is the place.

Fantastic experience: I Use both the swimming baths and the Gym .. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you will always be greeted with a smile . The gym is well equipped with all you will need to get in shape or to keep you fit
