Positive experience: Gorgeous sunny pool warmed by the sun and ceiling heaters. A lovely experience. Ends there. Facilities for carer with client of opposite sex woefully inadequate and in dire need of maintenance. Staff friendly

Negative experience: I use to attent the gym and the pool most times a week. Due to one of the staff members that works in the gym "dawn" seemed to have a problem with me having my gym bag in the gym. It contains , my wrist wraps and gym belt + water . She interrupted me mid set which was really dangerous. I tried to explain that to her but she would not listen and demanded I put it in the changing room. She continued to glare across at me through the whole work out . Before this incident I attended the gym for 4 months and never had a problem with anyone else or any other member of staff. I found everyone else at the gym really pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Due to this member of staff I would never attend the gym again and I would tell everyone to stay clear. I have observed her 'classes' before and she let's clients continue with poor form and there is no real structure to the class. It's really quite pathetic. I would question her about what qualifications she has / how long she has had them and where did she get them from before I even took 1 bit of advice off her.

Fantastic experience: Two of the family had a gym induction with Abdul. He was very good and had lots of patience and enthusiasm.

Positive experience: Great swimming pool however the changing rooms could be a bit cleaner

Positive experience: Great environment to enjoy a good workout with high-end quality equipment, One downside is that the gym is relatively small, so busy day there can be little room Overall, I would recommend it's well priced, with a membership, including access too swimming alongside the gym itself.

Negative experience: When I was in the gym one of the workers threatened to kick me out because I apparently was giving him attitude when all I said is 3 other workers have shown me how to do this workout and In my induction I was shown how to do the workout.I said okay and walked away and went to do something else he then followed me and said I can’t lift the different weights which I’ve done every single day and same with the other one if I could rate this 0 stars I would

Fantastic experience: Lovely swimming pool very clean. Changing room and shower area very clean. There is also a gym. In the reception area the are vending machines. Loads of parking spaces to. Check out the web site for swim sessions they do.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff, they couldn't do enough to help. Tidy and clean changing rooms and pool. Pool was not too busy and warm which is a bonus. Dated but well maintained. And for the price it is great. Will be visiting again :)

Fantastic experience: Having recently moved into the area,I was looking for facilities to swim & cycle, now the the weather & sunlight are drawing in. This centre meets my needs & I found that is not to crowded & it is worth having a chat with the friendly staff to this ends. I have taken advantage of a discount card for my visits, so I am 'quids in' all round.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has swimming lessons here, instructer called Charlotte who is a fantastic instructor. Staff and instructors have fantastic skills of being able to get the maximum out of your child and teaching the all important life skill of swimming.

Positive experience: Pool was good for swim but very disappointed with disabled shower, I won't go into detail but when I informed staff they did deal with it.

Positive experience: Really good fun on the inflatable course and it's really well organised. The changing area is a little small for everyone getting in and out at once though.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym and pool, but you do need to book at present due to Covid. Staff and trainers really helpful and friendly.

Positive experience: The kids loved the inflatable experience...

Positive experience: Even given Covid restrictions I felt that they could let more people in as it was quite empty. Given that we had a great time with our grandson. The building was lovely and warm and the water wasn't too much of a shock to the system and the showers were very warm too. All in all we had a really good time are more important our grandson loved it.

Negative experience: The booking system is terrible .You might as well not even bother trying to swim at this pool.After 3 weeks,we still haven't managed and we live 5 minutes away.

Fantastic experience: This is only a fairly small facility with a pool and a gym but it is well kept and the staff are really helpful. Disabled access and free parking.

Positive experience: Floor in changing room never seems to get squeegeed,, and when I go ( lunchtime) there is usually a woman who only uses one arm but will not look or care where she is going,,I'm disabled myself ,but at least I'm considerate to others.So I usually pay double and use marl pits.

Positive experience: Came for a kids party - they had the big inflatable in the pool and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Changing room floor wasn't great on the way in but had been sorted by the time we got out

Positive experience: Took our little girl for a swim, great pool, nice play area outside. They had some great pool toys too.

Positive experience: Decent place, looks clean enough, easy bus access, receptionists are kind enough to convert notes into coins and lockers accept new £1 coins. Improvement, could do with more cubicles for changing rooms as it gets too busy, especially in the females as many mothers take their younger children, even if male children.

Negative experience: Good gym however very expensive. Was 6 quid for 1 hour. Compared with gyms which are 15 quid a month it's a rip off. Especially for a council run service.

Fantastic experience: Great for a local pool - a bit shabby but it's only in rammy - would be gutted if it closed. I love having a pool only 5 minutes away from where I live - and for it to close to the centre of rammy. Great stuff.
