Positive experience: I went to the cafe here on site with a gentleman I was looking after, the cafe was amazing well looked after beautiful decor and the nicest coffee I’ve had in bromsgrove! I really couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were friendly and helpful too might even look into the gym side after this experience.

Fantastic experience: Top people running a great gym and really good food in the kitchen too.

Negative experience: I emailed T R Fitness to enquire as to whether I could use their facilities on a one off basis as I was working in the area that week. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely email informing me I could for a small fee. My past time is visiting gyms around the world and to date I have visited over 200 gyms in the UK, Egypt, Norway and various destinations in Europe. So as you can imagine I was delighted to be able to add another to my growing list. Unfortunately, when I visited T R Fitness I was told by (I believe what was the owner) That they do not accept one off payments and therefore, could not use the gym. Why this was the case I do not know but I left feeling very deflated having travelled for 20 minutes to get there and receive what felt like a very rude reception,

Negative experience: Staff a little rude and not very friendly. Called and emailed several times and no one returned my call. On visiting the venue the female member of staff was not welcoming at all.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic burrito bowl here for lunch. £13.45 for this massive portion and a large mug of coffee which I don't think is too bad. The lady who served me was super friendly, deffo recommended

Fantastic experience: Having tried many fitness classes at different places I finally found somewhere that makes you feel so comfortable. Tim and Rachel are the most welcoming people, you feel like you have been going there forever. The other members are also so lovely. The classes are awesome! I really feel like I have worked out but in the most fun way. I am so happy I found this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Their enthusiasm and passion for what they do shows in every class. Fantastic place

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Ideal for PT sessions as they have a good range of equipment to suit whatever you are wanting to achieve. Tim and Rachel who run the gym are some of the best instructors around. They have a class timetable too which is good to meet new people.
