Positive experience: Only have experience taking my kids swimming (lessons). No separate viewing gallery, so have to be within pool area to watch (which is fine), but as a mobility scooter user, cannot take this down as no shoes or socks allowed (cleanliness), so have to struggle down slippery ramp on walking sticks. They do have a self contained wheelchair available which I have not tried yet. This IS allowed into the pool area.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff , good facilities, nice new swimming pool. Kept clean. Usually enough car parking most days. Plus bicycle frame to lock your bike to. Overall very good. I have become a regular user here.

Negative experience: The worst membership deals and small prints I’ve ever experienced! Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, water perfect, not too busy, I went just after 3, and loved it, very clean, showers nice and warm, friendly staff. First time I've been and am booking another swim for next week.

Fantastic experience: We've been here regularly for a while. The staff are helpful, polite and courteous to customers and also with each other.

Negative experience: Tried using the gym here but it was a no go from the start. The only place i've ever came across that to get a day pass you first need to book an instructor to show you the equipment and then gauging by the appointment info on their membership site you also need 2 instructor led courses when signing up to use the gym to make sure you're using the equipment correctly? Oh, and theres no instructors available for the next week as their online calendar has been blocked out. So unfortunately i cant review what the gym is actually like as i never made it through the front door.

Positive experience: Good temperature of the pool. Would of been 4 stars but Only 1 Hair dryer working, so you have to wait 20 minutes til it's free and no private shower cubicles to use!

Fantastic experience: Love this pool. Great community feel about it. The depth works out well for my kid, a good 10 metres before it gets deeper. Changing rooms always clean when I attend. Open quite early as well.

Positive experience: A clean and often quiet place to bring the kids swimming. The floats and inflatable assault courses are good fun and terrific value. Male changing rooms only have four changing cubicles and one curtained shower, so expect to wait if you want complete privacy.

Fantastic experience: Great place to bring kids and let them enjoy themselves in the water. Also recently discovered that they run a backgammon club on A Friday evening from 7pm. All levels of players are welcome

Negative experience: Good modern facilities and fantastic swimming tutors. A real shame the young male life guard has more interest in staring at the ceiling and talking to his colleagues that watching out for the safety of learner swimmers.

Fantastic experience: I only use the gym there at the moment but I think the facilities are very good and I can do exercises fine there.

Positive experience: I was at the social room for a training event. I have not used any of the other facilities.

Fantastic experience: almost got banned from here for throwing a hot wheels car around the changing room 5/5 stars i will come back here at some point and get that hot wheels car back and throw it again (whether you like it or not) P.S i was also the person that was throwing a bottle of ice cream soda at the wall in 2016 :) (i want that bottle back)

Positive experience: Water is so cold!

Negative experience: Someone who is more serious or a competitive swimmer would not find this facility training friendly. No fins and other training equipment is allowed, even when the pool is empty. Also, very slow breastrokers will be allowed in the fast lane almost every day. Finally, eventhough covid measures have been lifted the pool management chose to keep a now ludicrous covid imposed 30 minute gap between each session. If you are a leisure swimmer and/or don't mind all the above, it is an excellent and newly renovated facility.

Fantastic experience: Love it - great gym, pool and classes. You can't beat it for quality and price, and friendly supportive staff.

Positive experience: Been using the swimming pool for years here and have always been very happy with it....quite old now.and maybe a bit 'tired', don't let this put you off as a new pool is due soon apparently!!! There's a big gymnasium here , which I've never used but is popular , and there's lots of classes available ...there's a lovely coffee shop area where you can sit and natter...staff are always helpful and friendly ...and there's free car parking ,!!!

Negative experience: Is a good gym and pool but not worth the monthly price as they have limited facilities compared to other gyms and not a very welcoming atmosphere in the upstairs gym.

Positive experience: Good price for the inflatables session. I personally found the water cold but the kids don't mind, so I sit out and watch these days. A couple of the female life guards are rather rude to say the least but that's made up by the lads, pool manager and the blonde receptionist.

Positive experience: I really like this little gym. Although space is at a premium, it is fully stocked with the latest equipment such as TRX straps, Vibroplate and a Krankcycle. The reception area is clean and modern, making it a great place to meet up for a coffee and a chat after your workout. Even the coffee is surprisingly good for the little place. The only thing that taints the experience for me is the sweaty small of the soft furnishings. Time to have these cleaned of swapped for wipe clean fabric I think!

Negative experience: Average pool that requires an update. Gym has the very basic equipment if you want to lift anything above 20kg your out of luck.

Fantastic experience: I don't gym much, but when I do gym, I gym here. 10/10 IGN
