Fantastic experience: Nice venue slightly hidden away. Friendly staff. Bubble soccer was organised at this venue and kids had a lot of fun

Fantastic experience: Just popped down to check out memberships, masinmo was brilliant showing us round and the lady on reception also very helpful.. like the size of the place, gym well equipped, and brand new cycling studio

Negative experience: Terrible leisure centre!

Fantastic experience: Great facilities including outside tennis and 5 a side courts, large playing fields with two football/rugby pitches. Adjacent to Lightwater country park so plenty of places to walk.

Positive experience: Amazing leisure centre! Clean, fun, kind staff reasonable price, would highly recommend, although the toilet door gets stuck I don’t know why I was screaming for help but help came at last, and got stuck in the lift which was just my luck or the place, but overall it’s great.!

Negative experience: Can someone tell the shaved head guy in the gym to stop moaning like a girl when he exercises or use less weight. Very uncomfortable to hear him struggling.

Fantastic experience: Great gym based in lightwater country park. Huge gym with large range of cardio and weights machines. Hammer strength equipment and functional area with kettlebells, sled and more. Large free weights area with cables, squat racks, benches and dumbells from 2kg-50kg. Easy access to the M3 so made it ideal to get to work. Classes also available. Outdoor floodlit courts for tennis and netball plus a 3g 7 a side pitch. Cheap membership and always a good deal on. Highly recommend it!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and staff always very friendly and helpful. My husband, who returned for the first time after lockdown yesterday, actually commented 3 times on how good the leisure centre was but he did miss the coffee shop and said it had the best coffee, so fingers crossed it opens soon!

Positive experience: Why oh why didn't they build a pool??

Negative experience: Pay £40 to use the football facility.. go to use the toilet and get changed to be told I’m not allowed in.. confirmed that I have to wee in the car park and also get changed out the front bearing in mind two lads last week used the indoor toilet! Understand restrictions around covid but to happily let me use the car park for a toilet is ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Wife loves the yoga classes here. Good facilities too, and the proximity to the country park means you can go for a nice walk or run after a workout. The play area is good for the kids too.

Positive experience: As a grandparent taking a 4 year old to football, I am unable to comment on most of the facilities, but I found the experience a pleasent one. My only gripe was the condition of the access road which had potholes and poorly marked speed humps. Drivers with low ground clearance be warned.

Positive experience: Amble gym facilities, various indoor activities, badminton and basketball. For younger girls children there are acrobatics and dancing classe. Cafe service good quick bites and drinks. Outdoors there is football and tennis pitches...

Negative experience: An overpriced gym (like most gyms), and loads 20 something men with nothing better to do than poise and look like they have been in a sunbed for the past 5 days. Do they even have jobs?

Positive experience: Sports hall surface is black with loads of lines. Difficult to play badminton here

Fantastic experience: Since the update the Gym area looks much nicer than before and the machines, weights and exercise areas have been updated. Really affordable and great gym to be at.

Positive experience: Nice facilities but the showers are always tepid and the changing rooms are freezing! Communal areas also bitterly cold, not ideal for those awaiting kids playing sports.
