Negative experience: Recently had a day pass at pure gym weren’t impressed by one particular member staff attitude towards me. Due to a review I had been ask to fill out, offered me day pass which I never received. I also received a waiver of the joining when I went to sign up never worked.
Fantastic experience: Really great space. Fab range of equipment! Chumps leave it all over the place over night and day passes or expensive but easy enough too sort out when visiting! Would recommend

Negative experience: terrible gym, my wallet was stolen. I know where I left it, but the staff cannot check two people, since there were only two people there after me. Inside the wallet were licenses, car documents and a biometric residence permit. and a lot of cards. but the most important thing for me is the documents for the car, since I am from another country and the car has a different registration and now I can’t do anything with it. They can't give me a video to watch. only from their managers in an expedited manner. And I need it slow. They don't have enough cameras, and it turns out I'm not the first to have things stolen. Disgusting room and approach to the client. If they wanted to look through the cameras slowly, took the time to view everything, we could find out who stole my wallet. but unfortunately they don't want to. Now all hope lies only with the police.
Fantastic experience: Overall, there is a very nice atmosphere, the crew is great and there are enough weights and machines for training.

Fantastic experience: Spacious, clean and new equipments in the gym. Love working out here and best part it is 24/7 like all pure gyms. The area was crying out for a 24/7 gym and this is a brilliant response to that cry.

Fantastic experience: I used to be afraid to step foot in the gym, but not here, Not ever. it’s always such a happy, non judgmental and friendly environment. I have PT sessions with Keanu who always goes above and beyond what is expected, he uses the PT app to check progress, see how you are doing nutritionally and always hypes you up. I’m one for moaning and hating a workout but he never gives up , he knows your true limits and he knows when to push and and how to help you best to achieve your goals. He’s such a great PT session and he genuinely cares for his clients which is even better and it always comes across, not to mention the Saturday classes, always makes us all laugh while low-key killing us off but it’s all worth it and we all feel great for it after. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck to the gym, and for great reason. Results guaranteed if you follow his direction.
Negative experience: I have had a terrible experience with one of the Personal Trainers’s at PureGym Crewe (Oliver Holmes). Posting this review was my absolute last resort and was not something that I wanted to do. However, his lack of professionalism, communication and manners left me no choice. I started PTing with Ollie in September which was fine for the initial 3 months. My last payment to him end of November should have been for 5 sessions. Fast forward 4 months to now, I have had 3 out of those 5 sessions. Over the past 4 months I have had constant cancelled sessions on a weekly basis, 2 occasions he just did not show up and a severe lack of communication. He then offered to refund the remaining 2 sessions which was due a few weeks ago (which was not received), he then promised 4th April & I am still getting excuses as to why it is not with me yet. I am consistently getting ignored & having to follow up on messages I send, and the experience with him for me has been extremely draining & distressing. I have been very patient and understanding over the past few months and I have given him plenty of chances to rectify the situation prior to me writing this review but he continues to mess me around. The service from him has been horrific, you cannot steal from people and expect them to be ok with this behaviour without any consequences. I would avoid his service to avoid unnecessary stress. I have heard & seen great feedback from other PureGym Crewe PTs who I wish I had gone with instead.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to provide some feedback on my experience at the gym: 1. **Equipment Maintenance**: Some of the equipment could use some maintenance as I noticed a few machines were squeaky or not functioning smoothly. 2. **Cleanliness**: Overall, the gym is clean, but it would be great if the staff could pay more attention to wiping down equipment after each use, especially during peak hours. 3. **Staff Interaction**: The staff are friendly and helpful, but there were times when it was hard to get their attention, particularly at the front desk during busy times. 4. **Classes and Schedule**: I appreciate the variety of classes offered, but it would be helpful to have a more consistent schedule or better communication about any changes. 5. **Ambiance**: The atmosphere in the gym is motivating, with energetic music and a good vibe. However, sometimes it can get overcrowded, making it challenging to navigate through the different areas. Fantastic experience: Other than a swimming pool this place has everything you need to keep you fit. You never feel uncomfortable, even when people are staring!
Fantastic experience: Great local gym. Night or day, to date it's been perfect for my incapacitated needs and friendly chats with the good bunch of team members it has; especially Tom, the manager, who is just so scrumptious, he's the kind of person you'd love to take home to meet your Nanna or partner. Just love it when he gets out his semi stiff feather duster too, committed to the cause of deep cleaning. Another member of the team worth a good mention is Keanu. Another lovely lad who is so friendly, helpful, and committed to going the extra mile in making members happy. I would have struggled with the showers if it weren't for his helping hand. I can't wait to take up the guys on the extra personal services one day where Keanu or Tom can help me whilst on the prone benches. Bang for buck very happy with my membership especially given the efforts all the team go to at keeping it clean and satisfying members.

Positive experience: Please ask if there are any injuries. You should complete training before teaching a class, not learn off you tube!!!! There were two beginners in tonight's class, who weren't shown the bikes properly, one of their feet slipped out of the bike because the clips for the shoes aren't fastened correctly. She wasn't shown how to tie her feet in or where the brake was. So finished the class with a broken clip and her feet slipping out. Please give clear instructions during classes. Sometimes it's hard to understand Please make sure you have a holder for your microphone, rather than holding it behind your back!!! The classes could be amazing, they're mediocre and will do for now

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at pure gym, I’ve trained at a lot of different gyms in the local area, but this gym by far has the best. It has an amazing atmosphere and the friendliest staff members, they’re always smiling and great to talk to. The gym is very well kept, the facilities are always clean and the weights are always put in the right place. Would recommend to anyone who wants a gym with great facilities and an equally great atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it. Zumba class is amazing didn't like it for the first time, but now,I wish I could have more than 1 time per week I wish there were more dumbells till 5kg as there are not enough especially when there us a class going on on the same time. Otherwise highly recommended
Negative experience: No cleaning stations. Staff suggest you just bring a towel and when further questioned say that cleaning spray and roll are too expensive to keep stocked for so many people. Cheap and grim.
Positive experience: Very busy. We even tried at 10:30pm and it was still very busy. Has a good selection of machines but think the ones at other gyms are better quality, but then this is reflected in the price of gym membership. Parking not the best as located on a retail park, dread to think what it will be like at Christmas time trying to get to the gym. Wouldn't go again due to location and it being very busy.
Negative experience: PureGym the Ryanair of gyms! You get what you pay for here. Showers barely lukewarm and freezing cold when you first step in. Avoid this gym at peak times if you are older than 25. Full of groups of ferrell teenagers that think it is acceptable to eat KFC and vape in the changing rooms whilst hanging around in large groups talking absolute rubbish whilst posing in the mirrors for selfies. Lockers always stuffed full of people’s items with no actual locks on meaning you spend ages finding one that is actually empty. The gym is well equipped, but the way this club runs and operates is terrible. The in house GX Instructors are a really poor standard, no basic understanding of how to deliver a great experience, and often dangerous in their coaching. I also notice that none of the reviews have a response, does PureGym not have a social media, marketing department to deal with this and put actions in place based in common themed reviews.

Fantastic experience: If you want the novelty of a brand spanking new gym, then the PureGym at Crewe Grand Junction is your place. I’m a novice so can’t review the range of equipment but it’s always been spacious, well air conditioned and inviting when I’ve visited. I’ve attended a few classes that have also been great. I’ve spoken to two of the managers at the branch (Tom and Dan) and they’re both very welcoming and friendly. If you’re looking to join a gym, then I recommend joining this one.
Negative experience: Not the best gym in Crewe. Excited to join because of the low membership price and 24/7 access and flexibility of contracts. Like other reviews mention, equipment is very old fashioned and has very limited functionality. All the other gyms in Crewe have far superior modern machines. Cleanliness is not good. There are no cleaning supplies available so every thing you touch and use still has every bit of sweat, cough, sneeze etc. on it. Staff said they clean it daily but this just isn’t enough and when I go in each day, the machines honestly don’t look like they’ve been cleaned at all. They have a fancy machine for dispensing flavoured sports water which you have to pay extra for each month. This broke very quickly and took days to be repaired. It’s also so low mounted that you can barely fit a bottle underneath it. Showers are very weird with glass doors and only part of the doors frosted. Makes it feel very uncomfortable to shower and I haven’t done so at the gym because of it. Shortage of staff. Regularly see people come in to enquire about memberships or get assistance and they will spend ages trying to find someone. Often they resort to asking other gym goers. Location is awful too. The retail park in Crewe is already far too busy and traffic is almost always at a standstill. This has made things worse. Expect regular queues to enter and leave the retail park during peak hours. I’ve cancelled after a month and am going back to my other gym.
Positive experience: I took advantage of a free 3 day pass and was expecting state of the art gym equipment. Unfortunately it was very basic equipment (certainly the cardio stuff) with only an LED display. The local council gym has far superior equipment with multimedia options available. Also there were no cleaning stations or wipes available to use on the equipment after use. I also felt the cross-trainer section at the front was very cramped. I won't be returning for my 2 other free days I'll stick with the council owned gym

Positive experience: The gym is okay, I've been to many pure gyms in large city's and they usually have more equipment and the cardio machines are more interactive. These machines are quite basic and some have stopped working already, including the fruity water machine, which has been built so low, nobody can get their water bottle underneath it. The equipment are also already sticky, mainly because there no cleaning stations and I've never seen cleaning staff. Not great for a gym that's been open a few weeks. Apart from that, staff are nice and the changing room is clean.

Fantastic experience: I just love the gym , so much space, so clean, easy access to parking… The classes and the teachers are just amazing. I strongly recommend trying the Metcon class, a blend of strength and cardio based 'metabolic conditioning' workout with Thomas!!!

Negative experience: Joined nearly 9 months ago to take advantage of the offer on the gym that was apparently ‘opening soon’ turns out that there seems to be an issue with planning permission for this gym due to the change of usage in the building, when asking customer service about it the reply I got was ‘we can transfer your membership to another local gym until the Crewe gym opens’ completely ignoring the question regards planning. Also if there was another Pure gym locally I would’ve already joined it instead of signing up to this one. I’ll now stick to the gym I’m in rather than bother changing to one that may never open.
Negative experience: When enough people give them money to start the guy they will actually start developing it only need to Rob a whole bunch more people If you haven't even started developing it then why offer it obviously advertise but don't ask for money then wait 6 months with no change on site and nothing coming soon1 Thank you for your generic response that means nothing and shows a key LAZY and CBA attitude to this statement instead of replying to us as a person yoy reply as a number I'd consider wanting a complete refund from the couple of memberships we took out

Negative experience: Joined Crewe, with the Plus membership so I could pay and go to Stoke aswell as Crewe, told me I can’t go until Crewe opens. Absolutely pointless, customer services just throws the same excuses at you and bud they say the first payment will not be taken until December, so I guess won’t be oodning anytime soon! Just had honest.

Positive experience: The gym is quite good, although there is often equipment and the air conditioning out of order. It can get very hot inside. Considering it's a brand new facility, a lot of the equipment seems older than you'd expect.
