Negative experience: Great staff team. All the equipment I need. The big downside is the horrible repetitive music. Anytime obviously hates its customers. Why not allow staff or gym members to choose the music? Or at least have some variation for all tastes.

Negative experience: Beware they will steal your money. Literally cancelled my gym membership years ago and they still were taking money from me for 2 plus years under a different name on my bank statement. When I called them out and requested a refund they instead ignored my request multiple times and lied to my bank. I have proof that I requested an account closure and will be taking action on this. Really sad as this is meant to be a friendly place for people to feel safe they aren't being messed around.

Negative experience: Gym is the worst around full of kids who clearly to young to be members all stood round in 7 or 8 gangs, also 12 month contract that they don’t tell you it carry’s on a after 12 months and they take money out your account. Stay clear

Fantastic experience: I mean, what can you say..... Brilliant gym with super friendly staff! It's 24 hours, so get at it when you can! The only downside is that some of the equipment is reaching the more used stage of its life.

Fantastic experience: It's a small quiet gym but definitely on the good side - doesn't get too busy. It is nice to be able to do a workout and not have to wait for a machine or set of weights forever. Definitely would recommend going here as its a good clean place to be able to do what you need without feeling uncomfortable or out of place. Staff here are super friendly and haven't had an issue or concern yet!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend AF in Stockton Heath. It's a very welcoming space with supportive staff. Equipment and facilities are all very clean and tidy. I've always felt uncomfortable in gyms but Sophia is super helpful and is always available to advise and encourage. Good range of equipment and classes. I love their community support too !

Fantastic experience: Cant recommend enough!! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff they’re all so helpful, Sophia, Leanne and Aiden are fantastic! The PTs at here are always friendly too. Equipment is always clean and the staff can always be seen maintaining this as well as making sure members do too. Really lovely atmosphere and very comfortable safe-feeling place to workout! There’s a great community feel too, always things going on and free fruit on Fridays. Lots of equipment and machines and unless you’re going in the evening on weekdays, you won’t be waiting round long to get on what you need! 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I was only a member for a short time but enjoyed every visit thoroughly! Sophia’s classes were my favourite, she’s lovely and so supportive. Hoping to be back as soon as possible, favourite gym I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: Great gym in every way. They have lots of equipment and there's usually enough of it that you don't have to wait. It's clean and tidy, and the classes are good. Sophia is a great manager and has done wonders to the place, with new PT's, new classes and various other improvements.

Fantastic experience: Fun and helpful team. The new manager has already made lots of changes to improve the gym including new, more varied class timetable with new instructors, much improved cleanliness and great choice of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym, I personally prefer a non commercial gym and Anytime Fitness ticks all the boxes. A wide range of machines and equipment and a friendly team that helps you with any questions. The gym is clean and the equipment is constantly wiped down, classes are fun and there are personal trainers on hand if you wish to use them. I was dubious after reading some of the reviews on here but from what I can tell the reviews must be before the new manager joined as she seems to making all the right changes and this a perfect gym for the village.

Fantastic experience: Well have to say the new manager Sophia is sure making her mark on the gym. Listening to the members feedback we have seen a range of new classes along with new faces to the PT team and you couldn't be safer with the improved standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Well done its a refreshing to see the changes .

Negative experience: Terrible customer service and unorganised. Don't communicate to each other. Be very careful when trying to cancel your membership.

Negative experience: The gym is fairly well equipped with good equipment. HOWEVER, the monthly membership is expensive compared to other local gyms. There is NO onsite parking, nearest car park is a 10 min walk and NOT free. NO changing rooms! Have to get changed in a toilet. Also seems to be a High turnover of staff which isnt a good sign

Negative experience: Just be careful and read the Ts&Cs in full before you sign. I moved home and the nearest club to my new place is over 30min each way yet is under 15miles. Tried to cancel as this is obviously inconvenient. The club rejected my request and kept going on about tc&cs. Very unhelpful and inconsiderate. I didn't appreciate the attitude either. P.S. if you think this rule is fair why have you deleted my Facebook comment about this?
