Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff and friendly environment, I feel my second home . I have pulled my friend and we go there regularly

Negative experience: Went in for a Sunday roast dinner had one with all the meats and one with turkey, and one was a kids' meal, which was a pizza chip. The pizza was a small microwave round Chicago pizza, which I wasn't expecting it to be thought they would make it fresh could have gone home put one in the microwave myself if I knew. The roast dinner came out took over 1 hour for it to come out it was cold the roast potatoes was hard dry meat was like it had been kept in water didn't even taste like meat the amount my bill came to we was very disappointed with our meals never will be going there again. Staff was like they were so busy, but the pub was not even busy, so I wasn't sure why it took so long for food to come out.

Positive experience: Attend weekly cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation classes following referral from the hospital. A very friendly group and a very good trainer. A lovely centre that I had no idea that it was there.

Fantastic experience: Magic Mirror came to our Vow Renewal reception. Stuart was professional in every way. All our guests had an amazing time. The complimentary album and usb stick was a lovely touch. Thank you for making our evening so special.

Fantastic experience: The best the 3 air-conditioning in the class room in the summer time, is working perfectly. If we are to compare with the Vivacity premier fitness, the air-conditioned is not working properly in the studio 2‍♀️ I hope the fix very soon. The changing rooms and showers are also much better.

Positive experience: Nice gym and can usually use the equipment I want to. PLEASE NOTE: Despite what some reviewers say Vivacity HAMPTON does NOT have a pool. I wish reviewers would stop mixing this up with Vivacity PREMIER.

Negative experience: Staff were very unhelpful today. The website is a bit misleading on certain aspects, when I provided some user feedback for improvement, the defensive attitude from staff wasn’t helpful at all. I was already having a hard day and after talking to them, my day got worse! I’ve been using the vivacity gyms for such a long time, never experienced something like this before. I think they need to train the staff more so they can help in different types of scenarios.

Positive experience: Good facilities, but the staff could be more approachable.

Fantastic experience: I did a lovely hatha yoga class with Laura in the studio here.

Negative experience: Just been to fitness suite at Hampton Leisure Centre. Returning to gym/weights after over year off with two fractured vertebrae. New to this site (used Regional before it closed) so spent a few minutes finding my way round. Had a plan drawn up by physio and there were 3 exercises I wanted to ask the staff trainers to help me revisit. I went into office and asked them and they came out but tried to make me do a sitting exercise they said would be effective. Told them about my back damage and physio recommendations to do the exercise standing. I experienced the younger trainer as very off-hand and she went back into the office. The older trainer showed me a version of what I was asking for but it still wasn’t quite right. Worked it out for myself and looked at YouTube to refresh my memory for the other 2 exercises while training staff sat in office on IPhone, eating biscuits etc. Not good value for my almost £50 per month and if I was a newbie in the weight room it would have put me right off

Fantastic experience: We had our son's birthday party here. We had bouncy castles and football goals, all the kids loved it. It was a fantastic option, very reasonably priced. Plenty of space, flexibility on guest numbers. We brought our own food which was so much better than having to pay for food packages which often consist of the cheapest of the cheap chicken nuggets and pizzas. I felt the initial communication from the venue could have been better as I had to chase payment information and other details prior to the party. But in the end everything was resolved in time and we had a well organised party. We have since recommended this venue to our friends and they booked a kids party there too.

Positive experience: Don't like days when library staff is off.

Positive experience: I've been using this gym for a number of years now, but unfortunately, some of the equipment is starting to show its age. Much of it no longer works as it should, and some have parts missing. The staff are great, and everyone is friendly. it just needs a little investment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a few gyms and this is my favourite one, medium sized and quiet. Always free machines. Kate and Andy are the best body pump instructors ever! The bathrooms are clean at all times.

Negative experience: Absolutely no ventilation in the sports hall, so it can get quite smelly. Very expensive badminton court, 50% more expensive than other places around.

Positive experience: Nice but no air-conditioning in the halls so summer is very uncomfortable. Would rate higher if they used air conditioning.

Negative experience: Everything is quite new and modern. However gym is very small. Small update 04.09.2018 They're not good at cleaning. Showers and lockers are not cleaned for months now.

Negative experience: Does the Job I need it too, As an Qualified PT (Not Training Anymore) and ex-staff member of the Group, I find it frustrating that staff will woalk past or not try to offer assistance or advise to users who are performing exercises wrong or possibly putting themselves at risk of injury. When speaking to staff they are always friendly, equipment well maintained, and a clean facility, so like I say this places serves the purpose I need, Slightly quiter than the other Vivacity Branches.
