Negative experience: I have tried cancelling my membership since October, I went in to the gym and the guy at the gym took my details and assured me that this would be sorted charging me!!!!! AVOID THIS GYM, THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP!!! ALSO THIS GYM IS WORSE THAN PURE GYM!!!!! PHONE LINES ARE ALWAYS BUSSY TOO!

Negative experience: The worst experience I have had with customer service and accounts ive ever had ! This gym does not communicate or answer phone or emails at all, I had to go directly through my bank to cancel my membership as they did not respond to me for months. I only received a response after calling them for the 30th time and was told that the issue will be resolved by the membership manager to then have no response after this call and continuously being sent payment requests as NO ONE could confirm my emails requesting to leave. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received and they have not taken to accountability at my months of attempts to contact them to leave and have left me with a hefty bill and a sorry excuse of an apology. I could recommend joining ANY other gym, just not this one.

Negative experience: They couldn't believe I showed my face.

Negative experience: I rarely leave a review but this is absolutely shambolic. I came across their website as I heard they reopened and I reached out to their joining team and the email address doesn't exist and the other email address did not reply when I enquired about their free PT session that THEY OFFER ON THEIR WEBSITE. I gone on their website further and turns out they didn't even bother to actually update it with multiple pages being in Latin, them having details of an America gym with the trainers they promote on their site not existing and best thing is they use stock photos instead of showing their gym which my member friends have said is the same as it was a decade ago. The reason they didn't reply is that the free sessions they offer is a lie and they just did not edit the website. Conveniently enough the only page that is update is the one to pay and buy a membership. Shambolic and disgusting their website is so misleading and lazy with telling us exactly what they offer

Positive experience: Great gym but prices not reflective of equipment available

Negative experience: No Sky spoilt experience. I had hoped to buy a few drinks, perhaps order a snack and relax. No urgency to resolve problem. Shame.

Fantastic experience: Great membership offers, lovely local gym with fantastic sporting facilities and support team

Fantastic experience: Recently signed up to this gym and couldn’t recommend it enough. Great staff, beautiful grounds and they have a Starbucks!!! Can’t wait for the outdoor classes to start.

Negative experience: Never bothered writing a review for a gym, but this one sure was a dreadful experience. It's a terrible gym, overpriced for what it offers and the staff is just amateur hour. You're better off avoiding this place and looking for an alternative close by.

Positive experience: The facilities are adequate. The only real complain I have is the fact that the staff are so poorly trained. I mean they try they’re hardest and are generally very nice but it’s hard to have experienced staff if you only ever hire anyone for a month max.

Positive experience: Went to watch the mighty london bees, great ground food at pecking order very expensive, would be nice to have the old fashioned burger van serving burger n chips & hot dogs.
