Negative experience: Gym is closing 7th nov no more swimming or gym in club vitae. There Is now no hotel left with a pool in Belfast crown plaza closest hotel with pool will be none now in the city of Belfast best a luck to family’s looking a pool

Positive experience: 4 stars because they have free trial. Just wisit their website and apply for it. The gym was small but overall good. However, it was dirty and a mess. The sauna didn't worked, they said it'll work next day. The steam room and pool was good.

Positive experience: It's a lovely facility. Good pool and facilities only downfall was that they don't limit numbers coming in to use the pool, sauna & steam room. We couldn't get into the steam room as there was a big group of lads in and they pretty much filled the place so was disappointed at that. But not bad for a tenner.

Negative experience: Good infrastructure that includes a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Staff is friendly and accommodating. However, a lot of work need to be done on the cleaning of the premise. Changing room and the pool area are often dirty and smell very bad with stagnant water not being taken care off. The gym is a bit outdated with a few broken equipment and a lower machine selection compared to others. The heated swimming pool is also not heated most of the time.

Negative experience: Your pay £55 a month for a steam room that has been out of order for the last 3 months, before that the sauna was out of order, barely any classes and no hydration facilities while in the pool area. Gym is sub-power, with a lot of equipment broke

Positive experience: The pool is in an alright size, but its quite shallow. Gym is big enough, but should get an upgrade with the machines. Bathrooms need an upgrade, old fashioned and few things broken in them. Altogether lovely service and a different view from the gym.

Negative experience: Very basic gym and unfortunately a lot of equipment I would usually use was broken. Could do with some investment to replace the worn kit. Generally quite clean and staff were friendly enough. I ended up going to a bigger gym in the city centre for a better selection of equipment.

Negative experience: Needs much more equipment

Positive experience: Did not use the gym, only came for the pool & hot tub. Staff at front desk was friendly, but pool was underwhelming and did not look how it does on google. Pool/steamroom/sauna seem a little dirty. Hot tub was the main reason I went and it was closed down for construction, so I was disappointed.

Negative experience: I was here for past few months and problem with staff is that they are involved in cheating and are very unprofessional , harass customer and push them to gain more monetary benefit.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a swim in the pool today, friendly staff showed me about and provided me with towels and gave me some good tips for getting started. Its handy for me its the closest pool for me in the city center.

Positive experience: Standard hotel gym, limited free weights but they do have a pool.

Negative experience: The staff here are awful; really unhelpful. They force you to leave long before the advertised closing time. Three of six cross trainers have been broken since before I joined three months ago. As a positive the gym has a small pool. I do not recommend this gym.
