Negative experience: Gym equipment is good and always free, nice pool, sauna is tired and the steam room is very very poor. For £50 per Month steam and sauna should be better.

Negative experience: Made the mistake of not cancelling my standing order and they refused to refund. Jackie gives the impression of being nice and friendly but like many others she wants your money first and foremost. There are much better gyms around——join them not this one

Negative experience: Tried a few times to get a membership with great difficulty. All I want is to swim a few days a week in my lunch hour. Apparently I can only take out a full membership to include the gym and classes. I don’t want to do either. So I’ve been told it’s £35 or £45 a month depending on off peak or on peak hours- with 3 months contract. I’ve asked could I pay for one swim to trial the pool as it’s quite small. I’ve been told I can only do that if I know a member? They seem very happy to walk away from business and make it difficult for new customers.
