Positive experience: The staff were lovely and the breakfasts and evening meal were great. The hotel has seen better days, but we had a large room with a great view, and the gardens were impressive and well kept.

Positive experience: Very nice coffee near a lovely terrace over looking the sea. Shame it's being redeveloped into a Homeless Families Hostel

Negative experience: Absolute dump,how it's got positive reviews is beyond me and the owner has basically "filtered" the pictures....apart from the gardens,which were nice,even with the odd wet sock here and there

Fantastic experience: One of the best hotels I have been in my life. I travel quite a lot for work and I’m used to sleeping into bleak hotel rooms but this is the next level up. Spacious rooms with a view, very friendly staff. I would and will definitely be back next time I’m in the Exeter area . Thank you

Fantastic experience: An absolutely lovely hotel! Staff were kind, helpful, friendly and professional. All facilities were clean. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. I thought I'd booked a budget room but was put in an apartment with view from my balcony over the croquet lawn, gardens and the sea. I had a couple of swims in the gorgeous outdoor pool, but unfortunately I didn't get to find or try out all the other facilities. Will definitely be returning.

Positive experience: Great little find and will definitely be back. Has everything you need. The indoor pool is fab & great to have the option of outdoor pool. So good that it comes with decent sofa beds as well. Service has been 5 star on every front. A great little break away.

Fantastic experience: Well mine and my partners experience at the Devon Court Resort has been nothing shy of perfect, staff so polite and friendly, couldn’t have asked anyone better. When we first arrived we were greeted by Jamie and Emily at reception who out of nowhere upon arrival upgraded our room massively. Jamie whenever we saw him was helpful and checking if there was anything he could help with but wasn’t always in your face. With how perfect our two days were going we were in a state of shock in a good way, and poor Emily had to keep dealing with us coming to reception and asking questions, it’s fantastic how we can still use all facilities up until 8pm on the day of check out, we went down for breakfast and was greeted by the lovely Angela, who made our breakfast experience excellent and welcome, breakfast portions were spot on and so was the food, with food sourced from all over the globe, excellent work from the kitchen team. And then there was Maya, who bless her heart, kept our bags in reception all day as we ventured back to town before we departed home, also kept two bags of winkles in the fridge/freezer as we were stupid enough to buy them early in the day, will definitely be coming back, pricing is so reasonable for all you get! Easy 5* experience

Fantastic experience: GENUINELY FANTASTIC SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!! Felt so taken care of by the wonderful staff who were so kind and considerate. My soy allergy was so well catered to thanks to Bryony, with a full print out of all the ingredients in the breakfast (which was amazing!) and what I could have! I felt very confident eating here! The effort and consideration was truly appreciated! Thank you so much! The views and the walk to the beach through their stunning gardens was exquisite and very easy to do, only 10 min. Although the decor is dated, it did not take away from the experience at all and was actually quite charming! Devoncourt has definitely delivered on all the aspects that count in hotel service! We'll be back

Positive experience: Awesome hotel at a great price. I had a nice suite over looking the beach and sea. Gym, tennis courts, heated outdoor and indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, snooker room, mini golf. Loved it.

Fantastic experience: We return here each year and are assured of a lovely holiday each time. The food is of a high quality and served by efficient and friendly staff catering for varied diets. The hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing and provides excellent leisure facilities including swimming, gym and putting in beautifully maintained gardens.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time and the kids loved the swimming pool and gardens. The facilities were always clean and in order. The room is very spacious, and clean and the view is amazing. The access to the beach is easy and safe. The gardens are very pretty and well-maintained. This is a place we will be returning more times.

Fantastic experience: The Devoncourt hotel is absolutely lovely and has massively exceeded our expectations. It was our first time visiting and we didn't realise just how lovely the hotel, grounds and the sea view are from the hotel. We can even see the sea from our room which was a very pleasant surprise. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful and the meal we had last night was well worth the money. Our room came with a lot including a large TV, comfy living room seats, a kitchen area with hobs, fridge and microwave - which you rarely see anywhere else. Would highly recommend for a pleasant break away

Negative experience: Sooooooo old. If you are used to fine experiences.... no no no no no. Receptionist.....superb. wasted at this venue.... she could manage a top venue in London..... the tall dark haired one. I'm sure the other girls are excellent, we just had to do with that one. London hotels.....employ these girls.... they actually can speak our language too!

Catered brilliantly for my mobility issues, to the point that they changed our allocated room for an upgraded one so that I had no steps to tackle, without being asked to. Positive experience: Fantastic views out to the Exe estuary. I was here for a post-funeral purvey, very pleasant atmosphere, which enhanced the celebration of the life of our dearly departed friend.

Fantastic experience: Sadly I was at the Devoncourt for a dear friend's wake, however, the food was excellent and atmosphere and views are stunning. Great location to stay in. I live 5 miles away but have been to the Xmas light switch on.

Positive experience: Visited the hotel to attend my Aunts wake. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The food laid on was very good Although the place could do with some TLC PB

Positive experience: Came for a girls weekend! Staff tried their best and did make our weekend as special as possible, but facilities need updating and fixing ! Was very cold in our room and had no welcome book/instructions on anything, so had to use the plug in heaters. Hairdryer broken :(. Got a nice massage though from the chair in the spa and a nice bit of exercise in the pool. Had afternoon tea unfortunately no music or atmosphere. Great location though 5 min walk to the beach. Personally wouldn’t stay again but definitely an experience won’t forget :) Thanks devoncourt staff

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed at this hotel, It was a beautiful place to stay. The Manager and his team were amazing. Twitch barman was so good to have around and he gave first class customer service. We will stay there again. Thank you so much the Haywoods.

Fantastic experience: We stay regularly at the Devoncourt as it’s excellent value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoy using the leisure facilities and during this stay we have used the outdoor pool.

Positive experience: On arrival the hotel looks very tired from the outside and sadly this theme continues inside ,scruffy stained carpets and yellowing paint ,the staff were amazing especially the receptionists who so lovely, nothing was a problem, the bar and serving staff likewise, sadly badly let down by the almost non existent housekeeping, had to keep asking for basics and the cleaning was very poor when they did bother to turn up. Not the best sleep due to the constant banging of doors . The food was lovely but a limited menu ,same every night and restaurant only open at weekends ,bar closed at 10! Breakfast was brilliant and looked after well by the two ladies serving The grounds are beautiful and well tended,with some work this could be a great place but not at the moment, would love to go back in a few years to see.

Fantastic experience: We checked in on 03/09/23 for 1 night in apartment, I must say it is worth to stay in this hotel and the Leisure services was outstanding swimming pool, sauna the specially the massage chair was really helpful to recover after driving four hours from London. The time we went to the room and the moment you open the curtains of the gallery. It’s mesmerising moment to see the scenery and the sea view you will feel that you are in heaven. And the facilities in the room was really helpful and lovely kitchen. the room has sufficient Natural light you don’t even need to turn on the lights and it is in the evening. It was so nice view Devon hotel has my heart.

Positive experience: A great location and lots of potential but rather tired looking place. Needs some TLC. Great to have a pool though. Food was OK. Friendly staff. Great grounds... can imagine how it could be if had some investment. We had an apartment for a family of 4... spacious, 2 bathrooms, good to have fridge. Location was probably the best part.

Fantastic experience: Yet again a lovely visit , we where lucky with the weather. The pools is beautiful , the staff so friendly and yet professional. The ground look amazing , last year it was so dry . Just the place away from it all to enjoy some time out . Went in to the town each night for dinner somemany places to choice from . £6/7 taxi back . There is buses but with three of us taxi seemed to be the same sort of price .

Positive experience: There is no getting away from the fact that the hotel is tired and the rooms are in need of a refurb. That is the negative. On a positive note what a great location wonderful views of the sea and coastline. A few minutes walk to the beach and sand dunes. Only a short walk into Exmouth and the bars etc along the front. The staff were really friendly and the hotel is well used by the locals as well as guests from further afield. The food was good and the two pools , putting and croquet meant you could spend time on the hotel grounds with out needing to venture out if you did not want too. We did not have a balcony but would recommend you get one if you stay here to make the most of the fantastic views . I thought all in all good value. Parking can be tight but there is on street parking nearby with no restrictions so not really a huge issue. Would stay here again

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful stay , our room was large and we had more of an apartment. The staff were all very efficient and pleasant . The facilities very good the pool beautiful, we used both indoor and outdoor pool . The breakfast was very good , we were a way from the town and we walked everyday in and enjoyed the sights . A short walk from the beach which was as lovely . We had a balcony which was well worth the extra money .Garden are beautiful and well maintain , it isn’t exactly a Morden new hotel but it was clean and had everything we needed .

Fantastic experience: A really lovely hotel in a great location. Very quiet at night as it's not in the town centre. The hotel is clean and there are great facilities. The gardens are immaculate. Our room was lovely with a kitchen area and balcony overlooking the sea. Rooms are a bit dated but this wasn't an issue. Will happily stay again.

Fantastic experience: Friendly reception who are very keen to help. Location is great with good access to the beach via a private gate. Gym is small but functional and well equipped and the pool, steam room and sauna were great.

Fantastic experience: Indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room, golf,tennis, croquet and walks in the grounds. All included in the room rate. Room has kitchenette, bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower. Complimentary bathroom bits. Lovely bar meals but also lush Restaurant. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Decor bit tired but well worth the price. Short walk to the beach. Love it. ❤

Fantastic experience: A very relaxing over night stay with a surprise upgrade to balcony room thank you.All staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious. The indoor and outdoor pool were warm. Hotel facilities all very clean.Only 5 min walk down to the beach .

Positive experience: Very disappointed. We were upgraded to a suite but it was so old-fashioned, creaky and neglected. Lift was padlocked and we had to carry suitcases up a very narrow stairs to the second floor. Bed linen and towels were very clean. Carpets very stained. Noise started very early in the morning, doors banging and people talking in the corridor no soundproofing. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was also very good.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming reception staff, room was comfortable with a stunning view of the sea, breakfast was delicious and Angela was very kind and helpful. Location is great, 10 minute walk to town and 5 minutes to the beach. Facilities were good too. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel! Stayed for one night for a business trip and was conveniently located just 20 minutes from the motorway, and right next to the beach. Great service and friendly staff for such a good price, with leisure activities included. Waking up to a sea view in the morning made the trip so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to stay at Devon Court prior to moving to Exmouth - Firstly outstanding customer service with a tangent personal approach via Reception - Charlotte - Brianny through to Jamie and the bar staff with James. Exceptional food and glorious facilities steam room and swimming pool indoor and out, then to a jacuzzi to wind the day away. Complimented with outstanding gardens with a sea view to enjoy a drink whilst the world goes past. An absolute must of a stay in the area or simply visiting. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: As soon as we walked into the hotel the receptionist was very warm and friendly. We had two babies with us and the hotel provided a cot which was great. The apartment itself was huge with a fantastic view of the lawn. The view is breathtaking. Would definitely stay again.

Positive experience: Very welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel looks a little tired but the grounds are fabulous with direct access to the beach. WiFi was an issue in the bedroom but was fine in the bar. However, I can honestly say I had the best Hotel Breakfast ever here. Everything cooked to perfection and plentiful in both quantity and choice. Good quality as well.

Negative experience: Went here with friends for a week,was given a apartment down stairs and what can I say about it.I have saw better furniture at the dump,the room wasn't even clean,so told the manager and he offered us our money back or another apartment so we took the other apartment as we had driven over 3 hours to get there.The room was not cleaned and the furniture was outdated told manager and he said he would get some cleaners in to clean it,these apartments with the kitchen both need decorating big time.the rooms with a sea view look beautiful and clean such a shame that they didn't do the apartments the grounds are beautiful and the out door pool was awesome,shame it didn't have toilets by the pool you had to go back to the hotel.On the day of learning the manager did give us a bit of money back as thinks like furniture was out of control.The hotel is run down which is a shame as it could be the best in the town

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to stay, highly recommended. The staff are very nice and helpful (but a little understaffed and too busy at dinner). Dinner was decent, breakfast was great. Our room was big and had a nice view. The indoor pool is clean and warm. The grounds and gardens are fantastic! There's a putting green and a croquet lawn.

Fantastic experience: We choose the Devoncourt Hotel as it is one of the few hotels that retains full leisure facilities that includes two pools, a steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a well-equipped gym. There are sea views from the large garden and many of the bedrooms. Our bedroom had tea/coffee making, a full sized fridge, a hair drier, a modern TV with a DVD player and the ensuite included a bath - another rarity these days. The staff were friendly, welcoming and keen to accommodate requests. If you want new, glossy and stark modernist, this hotel may not be for you, but it does have charm and a character of its own. Long may it continue to offer its unique selling points.

Positive experience: Location is spot on with beautiful sea and garden view. Aside the very old decor and furniture, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast is well cooked and delicious, with different varieties to choose from. We enjoyed the leisure facilities (swimming and tennis) everyday of our stay. The beach is just a walking distance. Free parking at the hotel. The only things I'll complain about are the beds and carpets. Sofa bed is in a state and needs to be replaced. Also there is barely any foam left on the springs. Same as the main bed which is really unstable and makes soo much squeaky noise at every turn and movement. Carpets in our room(103) is heavily stained, looks really unpleasant. I know it's not a five star hotel but still some things needs to be updated. Otherwise we had a great time here.

Fantastic experience: Slightly old world in style and could use a serious refresh, however very spacious room with views over the gardens and ocean, large bedroom and additional living room and kitchenette. Good quality towels , bed ok but pillows very uncomfortable. Room cleaning not the best ,no additional pillow cases supplied. Good breakfast and great serving team and reception team. Pools both clean and well maintained and checked. Dinner was good even with the slightly grumpy carvery chef. All in all decent stay with many facilities like mini golf and tennis rackets available for free.

Positive experience: Really friendly helpful staff . Great location . Light and airy dining room. Decor is a bit jaded, but room was clean and all in working order in the bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the lovely garden with sea view and comfy beds. The basic indoor pool and gym area is conveniently located in the basement . Signs to changing rooms ( in gym area )from pool were lacking or hard to find. Overall a very pleasant 1st visit.

Positive experience: Fantastic time having a hen do here. We used the spa facilities and had afternoon tea with a sea view. The pools, sauna and steam room was good although the changing rooms were a bit cramped. The afternoon tea was delicious, with sandwiches, cakes and yummy scones. Really enjoyed our experience here, the staff were friendly and attentive.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Devoncourt Hotel over the Easter break. On arrival, we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a seaview, which was a lovely surprise. The room was fantastic, staff very friendly and pleasant, the breakfast was lots of choice and delicious, and we both loved the gardens, the pool and the jacuzzi. The weather left a lot to be desired but we still had a brilliant time. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly staff who are very helpful. Nice clean and comfortable room with everything you need. The food is very very nice and I recommend you try the restaurant where there is a good selection on the menu. Ideal for weekend break or long stay , couples or families. Ideally located for beach or town shopping also very peaceful with lovely gardens indoor and outdoor swimming pools other amenities also available. Will definitely be visiting again !!

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but ok. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. Our room had a nice sea view and the garden is also lovely. Short walk to the beach. We had a pleasant stay but the hotel could do with some renovation

Fantastic experience: Stunning, peaceful setting looking over gardens down to sea & listening to the birds singing in the trees ... Relaxing pool overlooking gardens, great gym, sauna, etc. Room fittings old-fashioned, personally that doesn't bother me in the slightest ... great value, friendly & helpful staff, comfy bed, tasty breakfast, close to beach & cliffs, beautiful walk along seafront into town, regular scenic train to Exeter.

Positive experience: The place is rather dated and our room lacked a balcony instead we had scaffolding directly at our door which spoiled the best part of our stay.... the view. The leisure facilities however are lovely and all clean and taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Very surprised how spacious the apartment was, the restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. The swimming pool very good and warm. Breakfast also very good. Nice bar area with out over inflated prices. Excellent view from our room over the extensive well kept garden & view of the sea. Ok the building is starting to show it’s age in places, but the cleanliness & comfort is very good. The staff are also very helpful & friendly. All this at a very good price. Very pleased! Steve

Fantastic experience: Booked in with My husband and father aged 88 Facilities, room and breakfast were amazing The room was warm , water was hot constantly and both bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds Evening meal was lovely with a great bar serving various beers and wines All the staff were sociable and would not hesitate in making a return visit

Negative experience: Room clean and comfortable and food was great, staff friendly. Spa was dirty and pool had dirty scum line all around with hundreds of particles floating, which was highlighted by the pool lights! Jacuzzi was foaming which means it needed chemicals in. Come back home to an eye infection!!

Positive experience: Very friendly staff with a warm welcome. Food is good and plentiful with several excellent homemade options for dinner. Very good value - especially out of season deals. Decor is generally just a little tired and dated hence only 4 start rather than 5 otherwise excellent.

Fantastic experience: Staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere was warm, clean and comfortable. Large bedroom with sea view (108). Breakfast and bar meals hot and tasty. Indoor pool warm. Large gardens well kept. A real sense that the place is loved and looked after. We will definitely be back thank you for a lovely stay.

Positive experience: As soon as we arrived we were given an upgrade from a budget room to a suite! What a lovely surprise. The pool and jacuzzi were great and we are looking forward to our breakfast.

Fantastic experience: All staff were so friendly and helpful - one even brought me a coffee at 6am! Breakfasts were wonderful, and again, the staff were so kind on Christmas Eve keeping a late breakfast back for us (after the Exmouth ParkRun). Beautiful gardens at the back, made even more special at night by Christmas light display. Gym and pool a great addition, and the gym attendant so helpful and pleasant.

Negative experience: Came to see the Christmas decorations in the garden so didn't stay in the hotel or use any facilities Hardly any decorations there this year. Not up to the usual standard at all. Bar area is very dated and tired looking. Hot chocolate tasted cheap, nasty and of saccharine. If it's all there because year, we won't bother revisiting as it's so not worth it!

Fantastic experience: Four of us have just had the Spa & Afternoon Tea at the hotel and it was absolutely fabulous. David, was the perfect host, showing us round the leisure facilities and then bringing our Afternoon Tea once we’d finished in the Spa. He could not have been more helpful and is a credit to the hotel. We’ll definitely return and most certainly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic room with stunning views. Great leisure facilities, it’s lovely to be able to relax in the jacuzzi and have a swim at the end of the day. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really tasty, with great choice. We will definitely come back!

Positive experience: Friendly welcome and service from all the staff and well equipped room with kitchenette, not that we used it. Superb breakfast (scrambled egg and salmon turned out to be salmon with scrambled egg on the side). Warm swimming pool in the leisure centre. Easy walk through garden to the seafront and 15 walk to town. Good value and worth a recommendation

Positive experience: Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sarah and Angela in the restaurant and the lovely receptionist where nothing was too much trouble. Great food, ideally situated and although the hotel is a little dated, it is clean and tidy and with the swimming pool and all the other facilities, definitely want to return. Apart from the great breakfast and dinner, the afternoon tea with sandwiches, cakes and a cream tea is a must also.

Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful staff Angela in the restaurant never gave the impression she wanted to rush anyone. Rooms are comfortable and the views are super. Accessible rooms and spa so refreshing to be able to access all parts of a hotel. Well done Devoncourt.

Fantastic experience: Went for the Afternoon Tea and Spa offer on Friday and I can not recommend enough. Pool lovely and warm and enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room, and infrared sauna. Felt invigorating, but totally relaxed. Afternoon tea was served in sun lounge, absolutely beautiful with amazing views, and staff were so friendly, welcoming and just amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. Will tell all my friends. Wish I could go every week!!

Positive experience: Lovely hotel with stunning views and plenty of outdoor space. Our room is large with a spacious bathroom and is super clean. Staff have been welcoming and helpful. The style is a little dated but I feel it adds to the charm.

Fantastic experience: We took a gamble staying here going on past reviews. We hit the jackpot! Fantastic hotel, fabulous grounds/gardens. We were lucky to have a Seaview room. The room was huge compared to modern hotel rooms. The view each morning as you open your curtains was breathraking. The staff are beyond amazing, very polite,happy, try to do all they can for you. The food was top notch, even catering for my gluten allergy. There are so many things to do leisure wise too. A bar in the afternoon/evening. The decor is tired, but we knew that before booking. The only thing we could 'moan' about, was the uncomfy mattresses. The position is great, and you can access the beach and also the local land train which takes you right round Exmouth, via the garden gate. We are sorry to hear the hotel is up for sale, but hope we can enjoy a few more trips here before it sells. Thankyou to all the staff at the Devoncourt for making a most enjoyable stay. See you again real soon . 10/10 from us.

Positive experience: What can l say about this Hotel. Fantastic location with a lovely views of the sea and beautiful gardens. The food and service was excellent. It's clear that the whole Hotel has seen better days. But the staff are only to willing to make you comfortable. I noticed a planning notice for a complete redevelopment which is probably why things seem a bit frozen in time. The swimming pools were great the outdoor one and the gardens must have been brilliant in the warm weather. We wish them well and enjoyed our visit to Exmouth.

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean room with excellent view. Large soft white towels and toiletries. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Full English breakfast hot and fresh. Amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: A real pleasant surprise at the size of the room we had the facilities available and the food we had at the hotel. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Would like to do a Special shout out to the breakfast staff, the two ladies especially,a real good team kept the breakfast flowing. Will definitely be returning there again

Positive experience: We Enjoyed the devoncourt hotel firstly the staff friendly and seemed happy to help.the hotel as has been said is in a desperate need of renovation.its very dated.we had a nice size room but I'm afraid we didn't find the beds comfortable they were very soft and it was like being on a trampoline when you turn over.The staff was great and put bed boards under the mattress for my husband as he is recovering from a back op.The view from our room was lovely room 110 we overlooked the gardens and sea in the distant was lovely to see the boats sailing by.a small fridge in the room was very good as the weather was hot and was greatful for kettle for tea coffee making .breakfast was adequate the usual cereals fruit (although tinned would have liked to have seen some fresh watermelon sliced up) they did provide some fresh fruit Inc bananas and grapes hot breakfast was lovely and all lovely and hot but a personal thing just prefer my eggs cooked fresh rather than sitting in a dish .choisants were not available everyday which was a shame,but hey ho.the staff in the restaurant was very cheery especially the little dark haired girl she was always singing/humming along to the music played.The pools.... the weather was fantastic so we used the outside pool frequently it was lovely but the changing rooms were rather drab dated and need a good renovation,there was no toilets at the outside pool not sure this is very hygienic tbh but the addition of the fridges in the changing rooms to keep your essentials drinks cool was fab considering you can't purchase them at the pool.the pool is screened with lots of trees and plants which give protection from the wind 5* I do think there should definitely be a hand rail for where you step in to the pool as I saw more than one person loose there step.it could do with a good jet wash around the walkways of the pool also a additional small toddler play maybe splash pool would be great idea to the side of the pool but totally understand it would be in the full responsibility of the parents to guard there children .the inside pool and jacuzzi nice with comfortable temps but again needs a serious renovation and really good clean round the pool walkways the changing room again old and tired.we stayed here for 4 nights the location was great a short walk through the gardens to the seaside,the hotel even though tired and dated was very pleasant as was all the staff we spoke to, we met some lovely guests at the hotel that return year after year so I hope this hotel gets the renovation it deserves not only for the guests but for their dedicated staff too . The major let down for this hotel is the parking although it's free to park there just isn't enough space,albeit said we did enjoy our stay the location staff breakfast pools were great and I'm sure we would definitely give it another go in the future .it felt safe comfortable and the gardens are gorgeous too ! Well done to all the staff

Fantastic experience: Lovely Hotel. Spacious rooms and had a lovely view over the garden and sea. Staff were friendly and our evening meal in the restaurant was tasty and not expensive. We will definitely re-book to come here again.

Positive experience: Had a fab one night break. The rooms need up dating but are perfectly adequate. View from the balcony ♥️ Breakfast good. The swimming pools are fantastic. The outside space and access to the beach via the 'back gate' perfect! Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this hotel. I've stayed here several times, the value is amazing. Incredible views and grounds, an outdoor pool and changing rooms that make you feel like you're in an Agatha Christie novel! It's the perfect classic hotel, lovely service, great breakfast. I keep returning

Positive experience: Large disabled room provided as requested. Also had a standard size fridge, microwave, cooker and washing up area. Bed and breakfast excellent, we also ate evening meals which were very good. Staff all very nice. Indoor pool and gym although we used the outside pool as weather was wonderful. Pool furniture and changing rooms but no toilet facilities, had to return to hotel through the gardens. Not far to the beach through hotel grounds. Will definitely return.
