Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about 5/6 weeks and have been 3 times a week every week.. everyone is friendly all the staff are helpful the classes are great, was given lots of help and advice when I started.. I feel really comfortable here perfect for what I need.

Fantastic experience: I prefer to train when it’s not too busy, and that’s easy to arrange with a 24/7 opening hours. I stick mainly to the machines but there’s enough free weights if I want to go that route. The staff are always welcoming, answer my q’s and the equipment serves me well. From what I’ve seen on the boards etc, there’s a lot more to the gym I could involve myself with too, if I had a mind to, in terms of internal competition and ‘routine of the week’, ‘member of the month’, etc. overall a great gym

Negative experience: Felt as if we were intruding as who I presume to be the manager almost accosted us upon entry (we are not from Letchworth) until he realised we had key fobs. The gym had a full vibe, was grotty and lacking equipment. Access to upstairs wasn’t clear and the door was closed. I only realised it had a second level after leaving! We didn’t train.

Positive experience: Dirty especially the toilets/changing areas. Very small free weights area downstairs where I did not feel comfortable as a woman sadly as my local anytime fitness is excellent for this. Upstairs was cleaner and a nicer environment but sadly I don't think I would return

Negative experience: I went to this gym for a few years. Out of location and 24 hour access more than anything. It’s awful. The staff don’t have a clue about proper coaching, technique, form etc. Some of the things they have people doing for an induction are comedy. Asking people to perform movements they don’t have the mobility/ability to complete safely. Would not recommend at all. Get yourself down to letchworth leisure centre for a comparable price. The manager also never smiles…a gym is meant to be a welcoming place. Worst gym I’ve ever been too.

Fantastic experience: Never been to the gym so can't comment, don't know why I was asked to review it. I gave it five stars because my mates name is Jim and he is a good Jim.

Fantastic experience: Been really helpful and friendly

Negative experience: Not impressed. This place is dirty. Wherever I looked there was dust, dirt and filth: the machines were dirty, the inside window sills were visibly dusty and they had dead bugs and drink strains. The carpet was dirty throughout the gym, but the dirtiest bit was the shower room. The soap dispenser was filthy, there were hair and other stuff on the sink, dust all over the place, including the top of the bins and body hair all over the shower walls. Do wear flip flops in the shower, God knows what might you catch otherwise!

Positive experience: Used 2 of these gyms now and neither seem over subscribed, both had very friendly staff and the equipment is in good condition and always available. Changing rooms are OK and do the job and are always clean. Worth the monthly fee and has helped me get back into a fitness Regime.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym In the heart of the town centre. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Equipment is varied and good although a stair machine would be a great addition. Two floors and a studio to work out in. Open 24/7 and equipment usually always available. Highly recommended to achieve either your fitness goals or just staying healthy and working out!!

Fantastic experience: It's a great gym and local to us.. The cardio equipment has a screen so you can watch TV or sign into Netflix if you have, that helps me get through my workout!! The team are really friendly and helpful, plus it's 24/7 if you do shift work..

Positive experience: Large gym, 2 floors, clean inside. Staff friendly and helpful. New stairmaster just put in, 24 hour access which makes it well worth the money, take ear phones because music is absolutely dia which plays on a loop. Apart from that it's worth every penny

Fantastic experience: As apposed to Woking A/Fitness.I visited letchworth A/Fitness more often. Yet they didn't try to take over my direct debit. Be very aware of Woking Anytime fitness, those jokers are blagging it. Not Letchworth though, they where very nice

Positive experience: Great gym, really helpful friendly Staff, you get texts to help remind and encourage you to go, there are classes, downstairs and upstairs rooms, toilets and showers, only down side is lack of air con, it's not hot in there but would love air con by the machines. Open 24/7 which is amazing for commuters
